Defenses to Stream – Week 10 Fantasy Football

DFS Army’s Gthom goes over the defenses to stream this week. The defenses to stream listed below are normally found in at least 40-percent of leagues (prior to waivers).

Follow Gthom on the cesspool they call X, or Twitter, or whatever @GarettThomas.

Seahawks D/ST vs Washington Commanders

Available in 64% of Sleeper Leagues

The Commanders always make a good option for opposing defenses. They lead the league in sacks allowed and they have also turned the ball over 14 times in nine games. Seattle is top-10 in the sacks department too, they have logged 27 sacks this season.

In their last three games, Washington is allowed 2.6-fantasy points above expectation and allow an average of eight-fantasy points per game (21st). Seattle is the top streaming candidate this week and sadly, there are not great options.

Raiders D/ST vs New York Jets

Available in 75% of Sleeper Leagues

When in doubt, stream against the Jets’ quarterback, Zach Wilson. Over the last five weeks they have been the worst team against fantasy defenses allowing 13.3-fantasy points on average. The Jets have allowed 31 sacks this season and that is the third-most in the NFL. Additionally, the New York’s Zach Wilson has 10 turnovers this season and that is tied for sixth-most in the NFL by any one player.

On the Raiders’ side, this defense is coming into form. Over their last three games they have 11 sacks, five turnovers, and one defensive touchdown. Solid option in a down week for streaming defenses.

Buccaneers D/ST vs Tennessee Titans

Available in 84% of Sleeper Leagues

You can always attack rookie quarterbacks on the road, and that is what the Bucs are up against in Week 10. Last week Titans’ quarterback, Will Levis, was sacked four times and threw one interception. That allowed their opponent, the Steelers, to score seven fantasy points for the week. The Titans have allowed 29 sacks in eight games this season, that is tied for the fifth most in the NFL.

This is a weird week for streaming defenses so do not expect a huge fantasy day for this Tampa defense. They average 7.4-fantasy points per game and got torched by rookie C.J. Stroud, on the road, in Week 9.
