We have a big Thursday slate of hockey games tonight, which is fairly typical for the NHL schedule. Some fun matchups here, but nothing really popping off of the page for me. I will go over a couple of my favorite stacks of the slate here, but don’t forget to tune into our podcast tonight at 6:15pm eastern time at the DFSARMY youtube channel. We will be going over everything for our Thursday night pre-lock show, as well as general NHL and hockey chatter afterwards. We have had several winners in the discord showing us love, and you should join in on the action. Now, we stack.

We are still waiting on a diagnosis as to why Sean Monahan didn’t finish the game in Pittsburgh, so we have to wait and see on these 2’s center information. Zach Werenski is always playable with these guys as well. The Jackets powerplay has been humming lately, and the Jackets are one of the highest scoring teams in the league at home. Here they get the Kraken at home, who are a middle of the road team that doesn’t really jump off the page. The Kraken do have some good defensemen and Joey Daccord is a good goalie, but Daccord is coming off a little injury hiatus, and I don’t think Seattle’s defense is all that fleet of foot. I expect the status quo for the CBJ at home. That doesn’t mean they are guaranteed a win, but it should be fast-paced and high scoring. If Adam Fantilli takes over the Sean Monahan role for this one, throw him in your lineups with full confidence. The kid looked great with them in Pittsburgh after Monahan went down.

The Senators have stunk recently, but they are at home against the Buffalo Sabres who stink way worse. The Senators are still in the hunt, and I think they have a little regression to the mean here, and get back on track in this one. Jake Sanderson is always viable when playing Ottawa stacks, and that isn’t changing here. This one is fairly simple; I am playing the law of averages and the Vegas odds here.
