Decent slate here with some interesting spots. Hopefully everyone had a good weekend and now we can look towards an NHL Tuesday. We are also about to done with political ads! Regardless of what side you’re on, we will be safe from ads ruining our time, and we can finally enjoy our hockey with a cold one with our buddies in peace. Now, let’s get to stacking.

You can add Werenski to any CBJ stack, but at his salary, you are kind of all in if you roster Werenski. The Jackets got smacked in their last 2 games and they are in the perfect get right spot in San Jose. One can assume that they are starting a big road trip, and this can make or break a team. They might need to get away from home, bond, and galvanize. The Sharks have allowed the 4th most goals per game in the NHL, and the CBJ are 11th in the league in goals scored per game. That makes this a genuinely good spot at affordable salaries. This is my main stack on a random Tuesday, I am not being a homer here.

Correlated Snipe #2 – Tim Stutzle – Brady Tkachuk
If you need some salary savers I understand going the Norris/Batherson/Giroux route as well. However, we want all of the upside, and that comes with the these top big boys of the Senators. The Senators are 7th in goals scored per game this season, and Buffalo has given up their fair share of goals this year. These 2 teams are directly competing with each other and they should both be super motivated to do well in this game. This game could be a total barn burner.
Grinders:
Macklin Celebrini – First game back will be against my Blue Jackets. Too cheap, and will see plenty of ice time. Healthy Celebrini should be a 6k player. This is a big salary saver.
Artturi Lehkonen – The Avalanche have been super injured, and this is a big add to get Lehkonen healthy. He may be on the top line and top powerplay unit with Mackinnon and company.
Timothy Liljegren – Traded to Sharks and is their powerplay quarterback. He is super cheap, and typically is fairly active on the back end.
