Top Value Quarterbacks:
Deshaun Watson ($5.1k at Philadelphia Eagles)
Three. Weeks. Straight. Watson comes in as the top-rated value quarterback on the board and man, I hate it. I just think he’s the worst quarterback in the league, but he does have enough rushing upside to make his floor plausible and this Eagles defense can give up some big plays. His pass catchers aren’t terrible either with guys like Amari Cooper, David Njoku, and Jerry Jeudy. He hasn’t gone over 20 DraftKings points yet this season, but the Eagles rank 28th in EPA against the pass this year. I’m not sure the upside is there for me to get here in tournaments, but he makes sense in cash games paired up with one or two of those pass catchers. The Domination Station has him projected for 16.1 DraftKings points giving him 3.16x his current price tag.
Justin Fields ($5.8k vs. Las Vegas Raiders)
Russell Wilson will return to practice this week, but sounds like he’ll open the week with the second unit with potentially some first-unit reps later in the week. I still think Fields will be the starter this week and probably gives this team their best opportunity to be good. He’s always going to be in play for me in DFS due to his rushing upside and he does enough in the air to warrant it as well. He had a fine game on Sunday Night Football coming off of a ceiling game in week 4. The matchup is great against this Raiders defense and I actually don’t mind teams that can get pressure on quarterbacks like Fields because, at the first sight of pressure, he’s going to tuck and run. His main stacking pieces include George Pickens and Pat Freiermuth. We have him him projected for 17.95 DraftKings points giving him a value multiplier of 3.09x his current salary.
Will Levis ($4.8k vs. Indianapolis Colts)
$4.8k for a starting quarterback against the Colts secondary? Sign me the hell up. Trevor Lawrence has been awful all season and he dropped 371 yards and two touchdowns. We can throw week 4 out due to leaving early with that shoulder injury, but assuming he’s good to go here, he makes plenty of sense as a value option. We can pair him up with guys like Deandre Hopkins and Calvin Ridley, he also has some sneaky rushing upside as well. The Colts rank 30th in DvP against opposing quarterbacks this season. Our lineup optimizer has Levis projected for 13.9 DraftKings points giving him 2.9x his price tag.

Running Backs:
Najee Harris ($5.8k at Las Vegas Raiders)
Najee will be the workhorse yet again this week with Jaylen Warren doubtful and Cordarelle Patterson out. Much like we touched on with Fields, the matchup is elite against this Raiders defense that ranks 29th in both RB DvP and rushing EPA. He hasn’t had a ceiling game yet, but he also hasn’t scored a touchdown which in some part, we can put on Fields with his redzone rushing. That said, he’s got receiving upside and we can expect the volume to be there in what I expect to be a positive game script. The Domination Station has him projected for 14.8 DraftKings points giving him 2.55x his price tag.
Bijan Robinson ($6.6k at Carolina Panthers)
The Falcons are so damn frustrating, I played a ton of Bijan at captain on Thursday Night and he was extremely disappointing. He saw just 67% of snaps last week which is egregious to me considering he’s their best offensive weapon. All of that said, this is an absolute dream matchup. The Panthers rank near the bottom of the league in just about every category and is another guy who should benefit from a positive game script. I think we get a breakout Bijan game, something to the tune of 100+ all-purpose yards and 2+ touchdowns. We have him projected for 16.48 DraftKings points giving him 2.5x his current price tag.
Chuba Hubbard ($6.3k vs. Atlanta Falcons)
Chuba has been awesome since Andy Dalton took over, he has at least 18 DraftKings points in three straight games and is getting all of the work in the backfield regardless of the score. The Falcons rank dead last in DvP against opposing running backs as well. Chuba feels extremely safe with upside, I think we can play him in all formats. The lineup optimizer has him projected for 14.91 DraftKings points giving him 2.37x his price tag.

Value Priced Wide Receivers:
Dontayvion Wicks ($5.2k vs. Arizona Cardinals)
Wicks was fairly chalky last week and I played a ton of him as well, and honestly, I’m going to do it again in this one. He played 76% of snaps and that shouldn’t change even with Romeo Doubs likely back. Malik Heath also saw 76% of snaps, so I would expect Doubs to take those snaps instead of Wicks. With Christian Watson out, the snaps are there, and I think Wicks grabs the job from Watson and runs with it. He’s struggled with drops, but this guy is a 7-11, he’s always open. He’s led the Packers in targets in back-to-back weeks and gets an elite matchup against this Cardinals secondary. I could see this game turning into somewhat of a shootout and Wicks is a guy I want again at this price tag. The Domination Station has him projected for 12.58 DraftKings points giving him 2.42x his current price tag.
Diontae Johnson ($6.1k vs. Atlanta Falcons)
Johnson came down to Earth last week but still saw six targets. He’s likely going to be Dalton’s top target as long as he’s in at quarterback and double digit targets isn’t out of the realm of possibilities again in this one. I would expect a pass happy game script thinking the Falcons get up early or speed the Panthers up a bit. As long as Dalton’s starting, I’m going to have interest in Diontae for the volume alone. We have him projected for 14.72 DraftKings points giving him 2.41x his price tag.
Tre Tucker ($4.2k vs. Pittsburgh Steelers)
It sure feels like Davante Adams has played his last game in a Raiders uniform which opens up the opportunity for Tre Tucker moving forward. He’s played 80+% of snaps in three straight games and I see no reason that doesn’t continue here. He’s had at least 15 DraftKings points in two of his last three games and is a bit of a gadget player for them. At this price tag, the ceiling is huge if he can break a big play, but it won’t come easy against this Pittsburgh defense. The lineup optimizer has him projected for 10.1 DraftKings points giving him 2.4x his price tag.

Tight Ends:
Cade Otton ($3.5k at New Orleans Saints)
Otton has been extremely consistent as of late at a position that has been just the opposite. He has at least 7 DraftKings points in three straight and double digits in two of those games. He’s going to be out there a ton, he leads all TE’s with a 92.5% snap share and is 4th in routes run. At this price tag, that opportunity share is going to be tough to beat in a pass-heavy offense. The Domination Station has him projected for 8.45 DraftKings points giving him a value of 3.5x his price tag.
Dallas Goedert ($5.2k vs. Cleveland Browns)
Goedert is going to be an ownership play for me, if he’s heavily owned, I will be underweight. The Eagles are expected to get both AJ Brown and DeVonta Smith back in this one which will take away those targets he had been getting. If he’s low-owned, there’s still a path for him to get there but he probably needs a touchdown due to the loss in volume. It’s not a great matchup either against this Browns defense. We have him projected for 12.05 DraftKings points giving him 2.32x his current price tag.
Jake Ferguson ($5.0k vs Detroit Lions)
Ferguson has been another consistent TE with at least 7 targets in three straight games. Brandin Cooks is going to be out for a few weeks, so the only other “main” option Dak Prescott has is CeeDee Lamb making Ferguson the second option in a Dallas offense that can’t run the ball. He ranks 4th in targets among TE’s this season and I like targeting this Detroit defense in DFS. They have playmakers on defense, but they’re going to allow points and yardage. The lineup optimizer has him projected for 10.9 DraftKings points giving him 2.18x his current price tag.

Value Defense/Special Teams:
Washington Commanders $2.5k – Huge week for the Commanders last week with 7 sacks, although it came against Deshaun Watson who is taking sacks like they’re going out of business. I don’t think this defense is all that good and I don’t love the matchup against the Ravens. That said, at this price tag, they help make lineups work.
New England Patriots $2.4k – Didn’t think we could get cheaper than the Commanders? Here we are… and I don’t hate it. The Pats have a sneaky good defense, it’s their offense that straight-up stinks. The Texans will put up yards and points, but with a young quarterback, they could force him into some mistakes. They’re averaging over 6 DraftKings points per game on the season, I think I prefer the Pats for $100 cheaper than the Commanders.
Tennessee Titans $2.8k – I’m more inclined to go to the Titans if Anthony Richardson is the starting quarterback, which may sound odd, but he’s proven he’ll take chances and cause turnovers this season while Joe Flacco is going to go in there and play like the veteran he is. That said, the only time this defense has gotten to double digits was week 4 against the Dolphins who barely have a starting quarterback.
