NHL 2023 3/19/24 Snipes and Grinders!

Correlated Snipe #1 – Charlie Coyle – Brad Marchand – Jake Debrusk

David Pastrnak and Charlie McAvoy are also both stackable in Bruins stacks, but this top line that also correlates on the top powerplay unit is where I am putting my money. The Senators stink and have always been crushed by Boston. Ottawa also has questionable goaltending at best, and a soft defense to boot. The Senators often give up tons of shots, and well, Pastrnak is a volume shooter, and his teammates are often beneficial to his shooting prowess. This matchup is quite simply a mismatch where the Bruins have a noticeable edge in talent and experience. This is a high upside stack for tournaments. Pastrnak is the cash game play, the Marchand, Coyle, Debrusk, line is the tournament stack to go with here.

Correlated Snipe #2 – Ryan O’Reilly – Gustav Nyquist – Filip Forsberg
Roman Josi is absolutely in play on the this slate and at his price, is a wonderful correlating piece to this stack. Nashville is fighting for points in a tight playoff race, and need to win all of the games they are supposed to. Forsberg is healthy and back in form this year, and he now has chemistry with both of his new line-mates in Nyquist and O’Reilly. Nyquist may have a Swedish hockey connection with Forsberg as well. This is a very sneaky stack on this big slate with how many great players there are that people want to play. The Predators are never going to be sexy. The Sharks (for obvious reasons) do not scare me one bit, because they stink poopoo farts.
Grinder #1 – Pontus Holmberg – May be jammed on that top line with Matthews with all of the injuries that the Leafs are facing. This is a big opportunity for this kid.
Grinder #2 – Kirill Marchenko – is still too cheap given his talent level and ceiling. The Wings are struggling hardcore, and their goaltending is simply terrible, especially as of late.
Bankroll Grinder – Give me Boston -1.5, Nashville -1.5, and the Oilers/Canadiens over 7. This should be a nice little dart odds wise!
