No grinders today as I am in a bit of a rush and not feeling the greatest tonight. With that being said there are some cheap pieces to go around, like McLeod who is on the Oilers. Any Oiler is a good play on this slate really. Either way we have one very obvious stack, and some pivots off of them. This slate will be boom or bust with the Oilers!
Correlated Snipe #1 – Connor McDavid – Zach Hyman – Ryan Nugent-Hopkins
The Oilers are my other favorite stack of the slate. McDavid and his line-mates are the easy way to stack, and the most profitable. That is who I am writing up, and who I deem most profitable. However, Draisaitl whether naked, or with a random Bouchard or RNH, is a more sexy and contrarian play for me game theory wise. If you have to jam in McDavid, with Draisaitl, Draisaitl is cheap enough that you can make a somewhat normal rest of your lineup. Draisaitl is a scorer that doesn’t get droves of assists normally, so he doesn’t need to be included in a 4 way Edmonton stack. Either way, Chicago sucks big time, and that makes Edmonton the best stack on this slate by far.

Correlated Snipe #2 – Mark Scheifele – Nikolaj Ehlers – Gabriel Vilardi
The Jets are at home, and against a CBJ team that quite simply isn’t very good this year. As of right now, from what I’m seeing, the Jets’ top line has some good talent, and correlates on the PP1 as well. If the Jets can stay afloat while Kyle Connor recovers from that knee injury, then they will be a playoff team. As of right now they’re fighting for the central division title, as well as the President’s Trophy. I think Vilardi and Ehlers can fill those gaps well here, and are at a cheaper price tag. They have very high upside at home here against a struggling CBJ team. Vilardi has been an absolute force, and Ehlers has been a very under-rated playmaker for a while. Josh Morrissey is always viable in Jets stacks, as he is the glue that holds this team together.
