Quarterbacks:

Sam Howell ($6.2k at New York Jets)

Howell comes in as the top point per dollar option on the slate and has consistently made the cut as a top-value option all season long. The issue with Howell here is the matchup that I absolutely hate against this Jets defense. They rank 3rd in DVOA against the pass and 2nd in DvP against opposing quarterbacks this season. They’ve consistently shut down opposing pass games but did have a down game last week against the Dolphins, but the Commanders are not the Dolphins. Howell also had a down week against the Rams last week but has been ultra-consistent prior to that game with at least 20 DraftKings points in six straight games. The Domination Station has him projected for 17.95 DraftKings points giving him 2.9x his current salary.

Nick Mullens ($5.3k vs. Detroit Lions)

I don’t think Mullens is all that good, but he has the weapons and the offensive game plan against a Lions defense that has fallen off a bit as of late. He made his first start of the season last week and looked really good against the Bengals. He has some really nice stacking options with Justin Jefferson, TJ Hockenson, and even Jordan Addison who had a big week last week. The Lions rank 27th in DvP against opposing quarterbacks on the season and I think they’re playing catch-up in this game. We have him projected for 15.2 DraftKings points giving him 2.87x his price tag.

Case Keenum ($4.9k vs. Cleveland Browns)

This is not a sexy quarterback group, but man they’re cheap. Keenum was fine last week but the matchup was elite against a terrible Titans secondary and now gets a matchup against potentially the best defense in the league. He doesn’t need to do a ton to pay off this price tag and has some solid stacking, cheap, stacking pieces with Nico Collins and Dalton Schultz. Our lineup optimizer has him projected for 13.43 DraftKings points giving him 2.74x his price tag.

Running Backs:

Antonio Gibson ($5.2k at New York Jets)

Gibson is another guy that you could add to a potential stack with Howell due to his pass game upside. That being said, I would want Brian Robinson out again in order for me to feel great about this play. Gibson has consistently received around five targets per game over the last handful of weeks. Even if Robinson plays that shouldn’t change and even with him out last week Gibson only saw four rushing attempts, so as I talk myself through this, maybe the Robinson availability isn’t as important as initially thought. The Domination Station has him projected for 13.67 DraftKings points giving him 2.63x his price tag.

Breece Hall ($6.1k vs. Washington Commanders)

Tough game for Hall last week as the Jets played catch-up from the start of the game as they fell behind early and often to the Dolphins. He gets a much better matchup against the Commanders in this one, they rank 26th in DvP against opposing running backs this season, so we could see a really nice bounce-back week for Hall in this one. Our lineup optimizer has Hall projected for 15.57 DraftKings points giving him 2.55x his price tag.

Ty Chandler ($5.6k vs. Detroit Lions)

I would want Alexander Mattison to be out again if we’re going back to Chandler in this one, but he looked great last week with 23 carries for 132 yards and a touchdown along with some pass-game work. The Lions have been really good against the run, but I think the pass game upside gives us enough of an out to go back to him at this price tag. Mullens could look to him as a safety blanket if he gets any pressure from the pass rush as well. We have him projected for 13.27 DraftKings points giving him 2.37x his price tag.

Wide Receivers:

Zay Jones ($4.2k at Tampa Bay Buccaneers)

Jones has been demanding a bunch of targets ever since Christian Kirk went down with an injury a few weeks ago. He has at least eight targets in three straight games and gets a great matchup in this one. The Bucs rank 29th in DvP against opposing wide receivers on the season and this price tag is just too cheap. At least 10 DraftKings points in two of his last three weeks as well. The Domination Station has him projected for 10.2 DraftKings points giving him 2.43x his price tag.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba ($4.5k at Tennessee Titans)

Huge night for JSN on Monday night football as he caught the winning touchdown against the Eagles and gets another elite matchup in this one. The Titans rank 27th in DVOA against opposing pass games and 27th in DvP against opposing wide receivers. He has at least 13 DraftKings points in two of his last three and I’m not all that concerned with the starting quarterback, but it sounds like Geno Smith should return after being close to playing on Monday.

Garrett Wilson ($5.8k vs. Washington Commanders)

Wilson had a down game last week and has had a roller coaster of production this season. It sounds like Zach Wilson will be able to go on Sunday after passing concussion protocol. He had a great week against the Texans in week 14 before getting injured last week which could be a boost to Wilson in this one. The Commanders are atrocious defensively, listen to these numbers… 31st in overall DVOA, 32nd in DVOA against the pass, and 31st in DvP against opposing wide receivers this season. Our lineup optimizer has him projected for 13.61 DraftKings points giving him 2.35x his price tag.

Tight Ends:

Chig Okonkwo ($3.1k vs. Seattle Seahawks)

Back-to-back weeks we get Chig as the top point per dollar option at the tight end position. He has at least 8 DraftKings points in three of his last four games at a dirt-cheap price tag and gets a pretty solid matchup in this one. The Seahawks rank 16th in DvP against opposing tight ends on the season. I have some slight concerns with the Will Levis sprain injury, but regardless the price tag looks nice on Chig here. The Domination Station has him projected for 7.74 DraftKings points giving him 2.5x his price tag.

Evan Engram ($5.4k at Tampa Bay Buccaneers)

Engram came crashing down to Earth last week in a tough matchup against the Ravens defense, but prior to that game, he had been in elite form with at least 23 DraftKings points in back-to-back games. He’s seeing a bunch of targets especially now with Christian Kirk out. The Bucs rank 27th in DvP against opposing tight ends on the season. We get a nice floor and ceiling with Engram here and will be a guy I like in all formats. We have him projected for 12.11 DraftKings points giving him 2.24x his price tag.

Trey McBride ($5.7k at Chicago Bears)

McBride just continues to crack the list of top options ever since Zach Ertz went down and will be a guy who looks great again in this one. It’s a sneaky bad matchup against the Bears who have been good against opposing tight ends this season, but McBride has been good enough that I think we can go back to the well with him here. He has at least 22 DraftKings points in three of his last five games and has at least nine targets in four of five. The lineup optimizer has him projected for 12.72 DraftKings points giving him 2.23x his price tag.

Defense/Special Teams:

Miami Dolphins $2.7k – It’s a tough matchup for the Dolphins against this Cowboys offense, but they were pretty rough last week. The Dolphins have also been extremely consistent as well with at least 12 DraftKings points in five straight games.

Carolina Panthers $2.4k – This is strictly a punt play on the cheapest option on the board. The defense stinks and the matchup isn’t all that great, but if you need to save some money, what could possibly go wrong?

Tennessee Titans $2.6k – At least 8 DraftKings points in four straight games and is getting to the quarterback often. The matchup isn’t the best, but isn’t the worst, if Geno starts for Seattle and is still a bit hobbled they could be in for a big day.
