Week 15 Points
Baker Mayfield 33.04
Christian Mccaffrey 44.7
Rachaad White 21.9
Noah Brown 22.2
Jayden Reed 17.2
Demarcus Robinson 14.7
David Njoku 29.4
James Cook 39.1
Cleveland DST 13
Total 235.24

The first thing that sticks out about this lineup is the rare QB + RB stack that ends up winning a large field GPP like the Milly Maker. On the surface, yes White catches a lot of passes and can see Wide Receiver volume some weeks, but not this week. However, White took only 2 targets and turned them into 50 yards and a Touchdown so he was extremely efficient on his volume. You could make the argument that Godwin should’ve been in the lineup, and he could’ve, but Baker was so low owned that there weren’t many Baker stacking combinations.

Stacking

Primary Stack: Baker Mayfield 33.04 FPTS + Rachaad White. 21.9 FPTS

Secondary Stack: David Njoku 29.4 FPTS + Cleveland DST 13 FPTS

Total Stacking Ownership: 38.6%

What I love the most about this lineup is it had several chalk plays and surrounded them with a contrarian Baker Mayfield stack, James Cook, and Noah Brown. The entire lineup doesn’t need to be contrarian to win the Milly Maker – it just needs pivots in about 3-4 spots most weeks. It goes back to building a big parlay with some great odds and needing to hit some longer odds in a few spots. Same mindset.

Top Leverage Plays

Baker at 1%

Baker at 1% was a great leverage play because he’s cheap and is surrounded by talented players like Evans, Godwin, and White. Also a lot more of the field was on Love so it made sense to play the other side and run it back with Jayden Reed.

Noah Brown at 5%

I had played Noah Brown two weeks prior because of the opportunity he had for targets with Collins, Dell, and Schultz out. Well this was the week to play him as he caught 8 of 11 targets for 82 yards and a touchdown. That’s DFS.

James Cook at 4%

In a game with the highest total on the slate and a lot of expensive pieces that were getting more ownership and are difficult to stack, the best option was just to play James Cook at 4%.

Pricing and Value from the Milly Maker Contest

Week 15 Pricing FPTS per Dollar
Baker Mayfield $5,700 5.79X
Christian Mccaffrey $9,300 4.80X
Rachaad White $7,000 3.12X
Noah Brown $5,000 4.44X
Jayden Reed $4,900 3.51X
Demarcus Robinson $3,600 4.08X
David Njoku $4,700 6.25X
James Cook $6,300 6.20X
Cleveland DST $3,500 3.71X
Total $50,000 4.70X

The best way to afford $9300 Christian Mccaffrey in a smash spot is finding multiple value spots – starting with the $5700 QB. Reed and Robinson also combined to form an average of just over 4K Salary, and James Cook was the best pricing value play of the slate as he hit over 6X at $6300 to the tune of 39 points.

Ceiling

This marked the 5th time in a row where the winning Milly Maker score was under 250 points. In fact, out of 15 weeks of the season, we’ve only had a GPP winning score of over 250 points 33% of the time; The average winning score on the season is 239 points.
