Zero to Hero: Dominating the NHL Season with Smart Bets – November 22
Can’t wait for the turkey and stuff tomorrow! Happy Thanksgiving to you all!
The premise of each article in this series is to feature a few “safe” foundational plays to build some strong cash lines around as well as to offer any props or straight bets that have some solid potential. We’re looking for players and teams that have a solid floor and are in a good spot matchup-wise; these will be the building blocks of a booming bankroll. (Yeah, I alliterized…deal with it.) I will also provide a recap from the day before and rewind to see if we were on the right plays. Keep in mind that just like a regular season, the building of a solid bankroll is a grind – it requires patience, mental fortitude, and discipline to weather the cold streaks until things turn around and you go on a heater.
Recap from 11/20

THE BUILDER – NOVEMBER 22
The Player Builder: Connor Bedard ($7200 DK / $7700 FD)
Continues to shoot a lot and to score very well; 15 points in 16 games and really starting to find his stride. Should have ample opportunities here against the Jackets. Great price on both sites for his upside.
The Stack Builder: CAR PP1
Like the matchup here as the Oilers can’t or don’t play defense (guess it doesn’t matter which). Hurricanes put the puck on net 34 times per game, and the Oilers give up close to four goals per. Seeing Slavin possibly move up to PP1 gives even more correlation with the others, which is great for mixing in additional exposure. They’re also fairly inexpensive compared to some of the other stacks tonight, which gives you the ability to stack them with a stud offense as well.
The Bet Builder: SEA/ANH ML parlay (found around +110)
Seattle ML (facing the Sharks) can be found around -300.
Carolina ML (facing the Oilers) can be found around -150.
