NHL 2023 11/30/23 Snipes and Grinders!

Correlated Snipe #1 – Sam Bennett – Matthew Tkachuk

Montreal is playing their 2nd game of a back to back and traveling home to play an angry Florida Panthers team. Bennett and Tkachuk are still gaining their chemistry back since Bennett’s return this past week, and they have looked promising. They correlate on the powerplay as well, and are a key cog in the Panthers’ lineup if this team wants to keep banking points and pushing towards the playoffs. Players don’t need extra motivation when entering the Bell Centre, and the Canadiens’ defense is suspect at best; with shaky goaltending to boot. The Panthers are one of my favorite tournament stacks here.
Correlated Snipe #2 – Mark Scheifele – Kyle Connor – Nikolaj Ehlers
Josh Morrissey is also viable in Jets stacks. The Jets are cruising right along this year even without Gabriel Villardi. The Oilers are on a little heater since they hired their new head coach, but in Winnipeg is a tough beast. Edmonton still hasn’t had much goaltending, and can’t outscore their problems forever. The Jets have the forechecking and cycling ability to wear down the Oilers, and I expect the Jets to be able to score some goals here at home. Ehlers is a great player that is finally getting the opportunity to play with Scheifele and Connor. With Connor being one of the best goal scorers in the league, this line has the potential to be incredibly dynamic.

Grinder #1 – Scott Mayfield – Has the blocked shot bonus on Draftkings in eachnof his last 4 games. He has a pretty safe floor for those cash games. It also doesn’t hurt that he is hitting well into the mid 20 minute mark per game since his return.
Grinder #2 – Jake Neighbours – As of right now I am seeing Neighbours still very cheap, and still on the top line and powerplay unit for the Blues. He is playing tons of minutes, including a whopping 20 minutes last game.
Bankroll Grinder – I have a 3 leg parlay of: TOR/SEA over 6.5, as well as both of the VGK and WPG moneylines. This is currently around a +664, woohoo!
