Quarterbacks:
Russell Wilson ($5.4k vs. Cleveland Browns)
Wilson comes in as our top point-per-dollar quarterback option on the week in a really tough matchup with the Browns. Cleveland probably has the best overall defense in the league and ranks 1st in DVOA against the pass, so Wilson will have his hands full, but it’s baked into the price tag. He’s been giving us a solid rushing floor as well outside of last week against the Vikings. I can’t say he’s my favorite option simply because I hate the matchup, but he has some solid stacking pieces with Courtland Sutton and Jerry Juedy in GPPs. The Domination Station has him projected for 16.69 DraftKings points giving him 3.09x his current price tag.
Gardner Minshew II ($5.1k vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers)
Minshew hasn’t been great over his last couple of games after a really nice stretch when he took over as the starting quarterback, but he gets a really nice bounce-back matchup against the Bucs in this one. Tampa ranks 20th in DVOA against the pass on the season and 30th in DvP. The nice thing with the Colts is they’re playing extremely fast and rank 2nd in the league in pace of play which raises the floor and ceiling for this team. You can stack him with Michael Pittman Jr., Josh Downs, and even Jonathan Taylor. We have him projected for 14.76 DraftKings points giving him 2.89x his price tag.
Mac Jones ($5.1k at New York Giants)
Before you puke in your mouth, let’s at least talk through this. He’s not a sexy option, I get it, but he allows you to jam in a ton of high-priced guys at other positions and gets a great matchup against the Giants in this one. They rank 23rd in DVOA against the pass on the season and assuming he’s good to play here with an undisclosed injury, I have no issue with him… but the ceiling probably isn’t there if you’re looking for a GPP guy. The other issue is the stacking pieces, the only one I have any sort of trust in is Pop Douglas who has at least seven targets in three straight games. The lineup optimizer has Jones projected for 14.5 DraftKings points giving him 2.84x his price tag.

Running Backs:
Javante Williams ($5.7k vs. Cleveland Browns)
Williams comes in as the highest point per dollar option on the week coming off his worst week in about a month. Coming into last week he had seen at least 18 touches in three straight games and seemed to have grabbed the workhorse role in the backfield. He still saw the most snaps of any running back on the team and is someone I think we can go back to here, if you’re going to move the ball on the Browns it may have to come on the ground. As I mentioned with Russell Wilson, this Browns defense is probably the best in the league, they’re great against everything but if there is any sort of hole it’s the run game as they come in ranked 9th in DvP against the run… not great, but hey. The Domination Station has Williams projected for 14.52 DraftKings points giving him 2.55x his price tag.
James Conner ($5.9k vs. Los Angeles Rams)
Conner returned two weeks ago and hasn’t been great yet, but I do think Kyler Murray returning will help this offense as a whole. The matchup is good against a Rams defense that ranks 25th in DVOA against the run this season. The nice thing with Conner is it should be his backfield and nobody else’s, his snap count has only increased since returning from injury. He has pass-game upside as well if Murray needs to dump off at all, the price tag is just too cheap. We have him projected for 13.83 DraftKings points giving him 2.34x his price tag.
Travis Etienne Jr. ($7.1k at Houston Texans)
The matchup for Etienne is kind of sneaky bad, it’s not the worst, but not the best against a team that has had a terrible defense over the last few seasons, but has been better this year. Etienne has hit a bit of a wall over the last couple of games but has still been one of the best fantasy running backs on the season. He ranks 8th among all running backs in expected fantasy points per game which is slightly under his actual fantasy points per game, so maybe a small amount of regression is still coming, but I still like him in this one. The lineup optimizer has him projected for 16.15 DraftKings points giving him 2.27x his price tag.

Wide Receivers:
JuJu Smith-Schuster ($3.0k at New York Giants)
We touched on Mac Jones in the quarterback section, so you could get yourself a dirt-cheap stack between him and JuJu in this one. The issue… JuJu stinks. He did see 99% of wide receiver snaps last week which is great to see and I guess at this price tag you don’t need a ton from him. The Giants rank 29th in DvP against opposing wide receivers, so if there was ever a week for JuJu to get us there, it’s now. We have him projected for 8.2 DraftKings points giving him 2.73x his price tag.
Tyler Boyd ($4.6k vs. Pittsburgh Steelers)
We’ll need to keep an eye on the status of Tee Higgins as he comes into this game as questionable, Boyd would see a solid boost if he were to miss again. The Bengals will be without Joe Burrow for the season which is going to hurt all of these pass-game options, but maybe Boyd the least? Boyd is more of a possession receiver where Browning could look to him as a safety blanket of sorts. Boyd has double-digit fantasy points in three of his last five and at least five targets in four of those five. The lineup optimizer has him projected for 11.96 DraftKings points giving him 2.6x his price tag.
Rondale Moore ($3.6k vs. Los Angeles Rams)
I’ve got a soft spot for Rondale Moore, I played him a bunch last week and he was great in catching that deep touchdown pass early on in the slate. Kyler Murray being back helps him as well and they’re creative in finding ways to get him the ball. He did only see that one target last week but saw a few rushing attempts as well. I love the upside we get at this price tag in a great matchup against a Rams defense that ranks 23rd in overall DVOA on the season. He would see some additional opportunity if Michael Wilson is forced to miss again as well. We have him projected for 9.34 DraftKings points giving him 2.59x his price tag.

Tight Ends:
Evan Engram ($4.2k at Houston Texans)
Engram comes in as the top point per dollar option on the week for the second straight week. He has lost some of his consistency that he showed earlier in the season, but his price tag has come down as well. He gets an elite matchup in this one against the Texans who rank 22nd in DVOA against the pass on the season. Even though the production has been a bit more volatile, he still has at least seven targets in all but two games this season. We have him projected for 11.51 DraftKings points giving him 2.74 his price tag.
Trey McBride ($4.7k vs. Los Angeles Rams)
I’m a big McBride fan, he certainly passes the eye test and with Zach Ertz still out, he’s going to be THE guy in the tight end room. He has at least 7 targets in three of his last four games and we’ve seen a massive ceiling with at least 24 DraftKings points in two of those games. As I’ve mentioned with a lot of these Cardinals, especially the passing game, Murray being back will help push the ball down the field with more consistency. The Domination Station has him projected for 12.29 DraftKings points giving him 2.61x his price tag.
Hunter Henry ($3.4k at New York Giants)
Oh hey, another dirt cheap Patriots pass catcher that you can look to stack with Mac Jones from the quarterback’s section. He has back-to-back games with at least five targets and the matchup looks great here. If he catches a touchdown he probably pays off this price tag. The Giants have been fairly good against opposing tight ends this season though ranking 9th in DvP against them. The lineup optimizer has him projected for 8.3 DraftKings points giving him 2.44x his price tag.

Defense/Special Teams:
Buffalo Bills $2.7k – I can’t say I love the matchup against a high-powered Eagles offense, but there are some playmakers on this Bills defense including their new addition in Rasul Douglas who was all over the place last week. They have more talent than the price tag suggests… it’s just a matchup thing.
Atlanta Falcons $2.9k – If the Saints send out Jameis Winston I’m going to loveeeeeee me some Falcons exposure. Yes, Winston can move the ball, but he’s not afraid to try and force the ball into double, triple, or quadruple coverage and is full of bonehead mistakes.
Jacksonville Jaguars $3.0k – This Jaguars defense is sneaky great, they have at least 7 DraftKings points in four of their last five games. The matchup isn’t great against this Texans offense that is cooking right now, but I have no issue getting to them in this one.
