New York Knicks @ Boston Celtics

Vegas Total: 221.0

Vegas Spread: Bos -8.5

We’ll kick this slate with the Knicks, Jalen Brunson hasn’t been great over his last few games and gets a tough matchup in this one against one of the better defenses in the league. I don’t love the price tag on him either which makes him more of a secondary option on a short slate. I do think Julius Randle is a good option at the very least with at least 41 DraftKings points in four straight. He still has some positive regression coming his way in the shooting department as well. RJ Barrett has been in solid form but can be volatile at times, he’ll be more of a tournament option and a fine cash play if you land on him as a filler in this price range. Mitchell Robinson struggled in the opener in this matchup but is a great per-minute producer and you can attack Boston in the frontcourt. Then we get to the ancillary pieces on this team, Immanuel Quickley has been good with at least 30 DraftKings points in back-to-back games but the minutes are all over the place. Then guys like Josh Hart, Donte DiVincenzo, and even Isaiah Hartenstein make sense as MME options on a short slate to round out the team. From the Celtics, Derrick White hasn’t been great since his first game back, but the minutes are still there in competitive games. He makes plenty of sense as a mid-range option in all formats. It’s hard for me to prioritize anyone from this team with how many options they have on offense, the guy would be Jayson Tatum, but you’re going to pay for that with his price tag. Guys like Kristaps Porzingis, Jrue Holiday, and Jaylen Brown are all fine options in that $7-8k range, but good luck predicting which one will have the big night on any given night. With White back, Al Horford returned to the bench and saw his minutes take a hit, he’s priced up and probably not a guy we need on this slate.

5-star play: None

4-star play: Jalen Brunson, Julius Randle, RJ Barrett, Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown, Jrue Holiday, Kristaps Porzingis, Derrick White

Deeper Value: None

GPP Sleeper: Mitchell Robinson, Isaiah Hartenstein, Donte DiVincenzo, Josh Hart

Washington Wizards @ Toronto Raptors

Vegas Total: 228.0

Vegas Spread: Tor -9.5

Starting with the Wizards, Kyle Kuzma has been a guy I’ve played a good amount of this season and is going to look good again in this one. He’s been really good this season with a 32.3% usage rate and 1.32 fantasy points per minute. Jordan Poole has been all over the place this season and hasn’t shown us the ceiling we thought he might have on this team. That said, his price tag is at a season low and I do think the upside is there to pay off on a short slate. Deni Avdija has been pretty consistent and is playing a bunch of minutes, I like him as a mid-range option in all formats. Lastly, Daniel Gafford has been up and down and up and down, if the trend continues in this one, he’s in for a good game, but obviously a tournament option. From the Raptors, Scottie Barnes came down to Earth last time out but has been unreal this season. He has a 25.1% usage rate and 1.36 fantasy points per minute on the season. The matchup is elite, he’s going to look like a nice spend-up option in this one. I can’t say I love the price tag on Pascal Siakam given his production this season, but again, if there were ever a matchup to bounce back, it’s this one. Dennis Schroder has been a nice addition after they lost VanVleet in the offseason. He lost minutes due to some early foul trouble last game but is someone I don’t mind going right back to in this one. I’m pretty sure OG Anunoby has it out for me, every time I’ve rostered him this season he’s been terrible… so keep an eye on my Cheat Sheets, if I play him fade, if I fade him, play him. Easy as that! In all seriousness, the price tag is nice in a good matchup. Jakob Poeltl has seen just 21 minutes in back-to-back games and Precious Achiuwa being back doesn’t help those minutes. Lastly, Gary Trent Jr. is questionable, so make sure to keep an eye on the Breaking News Feed as we get closer to lock for news on him.

5-star play: Kyle Kuzma, Scottie Barnes

4-star play: Jordan Poole, Deni Avdija, Pascal Siakam, Dennis Schroder, OG Anunoby

Deeper Value: None

GPP Sleeper: Jordan Poole, Daniel Gafford, Tyus Jones, Jakob Poeltl, Gary Trent Jr.

Chicago Bulls @ Milwaukee Bulls

Vegas Total: 229.0

Vegas Spread: Mil -8.0

Starting with the Bulls, I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, it’s so hard to predict which of these main three Bulls’ pieces will have the big night. Last night it was Nikola Vucevic, but guys DeMar DeRozan and Zach LaVine could be in store tonight. I think we just have to play the matchups with them going forward which means LaVine would be my preference in this one. The Bucks have given up some big fantasy games to opposing guards on the season. Coby White has been really solid as of late with at least 31 DraftKings points in three straight games and is right in line with LaVine in having a great matchup. Lastly, we got the big Andre Drummond game last night, he always grades out well in the Domination Station due to his price tag and point-per-minute ability if you need a value piece. From the Bucks, they should get Damian Lillard back who has missed their last two games while Jae Crowder will be out. Giannis Antetokounmpo has at least 62 DraftKings points in three of his last four but will take a usage and opportunity hit with Dame back. He’s a top raw option on the slate in a great matchup, with that said. Lillard is a solid option as well, but feels like he’s priced right about where he should be. Khris Middleton is still seeing around 20 minutes per game which makes it hard for me to pay this price tag. Brook Lopez and Bobby Portis both make sense in the mid-range on a short slate, they can both score in a hurry and Lopez brings that block upside. Lastly, Malik Beasley is a fine flyer, the minutes should be there along with the shots as defenses collapse on these main pieces for the Bucks.

5-star play: Zach LaVine, Giannis Antetokounmpo

4-star play: DeMar DeRozan, Nikola Vucevic, Coby White, Damian Lillard, Brook Lopez

Deeper Value: Andre Drummond

GPP Sleeper: Andre Drummond, Bobby Portis, Malik Beasley

Cleveland Cavaliers @ Sacramento Kings

Vegas Total: 224.0

Vegas Spread: Cle -2.5

Starting with the Cavaliers, Donovan Mitchell looks good again in this one, he’s taking a ton of shots with at least 21 field goal attempts in four of his last five games. The matchup is great and will look like a nice option yet again in this one. The price tags on Evan Mobley and Darius Garland look good as well and are guys I like on a short slate. Caris LeVert has continued to see big minutes and has at least 42 DraftKings points in back-to-back games, he makes sense as a mid-range option here. Jarrett Allen had his minutes monitored last time out but should still see around 30 again here and is underpriced if he can find his production. Lastly, Max Strus has been playing big minutes as well and we know he can get hot from behind the three-point line, he’s a solid mid-range option here. From the Kings, De’Aaron Fox will remain out, but we did see a starting lineup change as we saw Keon Ellis start over Davion Mitchell last time out. I would assume they do the same again in this one. Below is how this team has operated with him off of the court this season:

Sabonis has been great with at least 56 DraftKings points in back-to-back games and is a guy I like going right back to in this one. Huerter went bananas last time out and has looked really good over the last few games, he’s another good mid-range option. Lastly, I do like Malik Monk off of the bench again in this one, he should continue to play around 30 minutes and is a nice per-minute producer.

5-star play: Donovan Mitchell, Domantas Sabonis

4-star play: Darius Garland, Evan Mobley, Jarrett Allen, Caris LeVert, Kevin Huerter, Keegan Murray, Malik Monk

Deeper Value: Keon Ellis

GPP Sleeper: Max Strus, Keon Ellis, Harrison Barnes, Malik Monk
