Every team in the NHL is playing tonight, and it is going to be chaotic. We are going to win by keeping it simple, stacking hard, and sticking to our guns. There will be no chalk on this slate, especially with McDavid sidelined for over a week. There are several sneaky spots on this slate, but I am going to keep most of them for our subscribers. So let’s get to 2 of the stacks that I deem the best for this slate.
Correlated Snipe #1 – Tim Stutzle – Brady Tkachuk – Jake Sanderson
Stutzle and Tkachuk correlate on the top line, as well as the top powerplay unit for the Senators. Sanderson is Ottawa’s top defenseman and quarterbacks their top powerplay unit. These correlations mix very well together to create a high upside, and the spot they’re in helps as well. The Senators have looked great, and are catching the Sabres on a second game of a back to back. This stack will be expensive, but I love the raw upside that comes with it.

Correlated Snipe #2 – Aleksander Barkov – Sam Reinhart – Evan Rodriguez
You can also add defenseman and powerplay quarterback Oliver Ekman-Larsson to this stack as well. This is the Panthers top line that also stays together for the top powerplay unit. They aren’t the most expensive either, so you may be able to construct a decent lineup with them. The Panthers have shown a potent offense to start this year, and the Sharks are probably the worst team in the league with zero goaltending to boot. This is the classic don’t overthink things stack. With every team playing tonight, and no chalk anywhere, the Panthers are a solid no nonsense option with upside.
Grinder #1 – Leo Carlsson – The CBJ have played better as of late, but Carlsson will be a kid that wants to prove himself. Carlsson loves to shoot that puck, and the number 2 overall pick will be a top line center and be on the top powerplay unit his entire career.
Grinder #2 – Alex Barret-Boulet – TB are trying out new combinations. ABB looked good and produced on the top line last game, all signs are pointing to him skating with Point and Kucherov again
