Let’s get to it!
NFL Quarterbacks:
Lamar Jackson ($8,000 vs. Detroit Lions)
Lamar comes in as one of my top point-per-dollar quarterback options this week as he just feels too cheap in a game that has such good shootout potential. He has all his weapons back and I love the stack of him, Flowers and Andrews as it isn’t very expensive and they’re going to need to throw the ball here if they want to win, as the Lions have the best run defense in the NFL through the first 6 weeks of the season. I think we can get MVP type Lamar in this one as this offense is due to breakout soon.
Geno Smith ($7,000 vs. Arizona Cardinals)
This Cardinals secondary is in shambles right now, but their offense has been good enough to keep them in games. My main issue with this play is that the Seahawks really need a favorable game script to win you GPPs, but if the Cardinals can get off to a hot start like they have been we can get that perfect game script where they fall behind early and have to throw the ball a ton. I love pairing him with DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett here.
Baker Mayfield ($6,600 vs. Atlanta Falcons)
Baker just feels way too cheap in this spot here. The Falcons have been susceptible through the air this year and pairing him with Godwin is a great way to help you load up on studs at other positions. The Falcons rank 18th against QBs on the year and QBs have also been able to run on them a bit. Baker will be under pressure here and he can use his legs which I think boost his ceiling big time in this one, really like him in GPPs to help load up at other spots.

Running Backs:
Jahmyr Gibbs ($6,200 at Baltimore Ravens)
Is this week the Gibbs week we’ve all been promised? I think so, as Monty has already been ruled out and Gibbs looks like he’ll be a full go in this week based on Dan Campbell’s comments. I’m expecting a Monty type workload here as he is improving in his pass blocking which I think has been the major factor of him not being on the field a ton to start the year. At this price he also will catch passes so I expect a nice FP/$ return here as the Ravens are just middle of the pack against RBs this year.
Aaron Jones/AJ Dillon ($7,700/$6,400 at Denver Broncos)
We’re still waiting on news for Aaron Jones, but he has been practicing so that is a good sign. Either way, the theme has been to attack this Denver defense on the ground, the Chiefs did not do that last week and that game was a lot closer than it should’ve been because of it. Denver has allowed almost 1,000 yards on the ground through 6 weeks already and the Packers passing game is still a work in progress, if Jones misses this game I will be an AJ Dillon lock type week for me as this matchup is just way too juicy.
Josh Jacobs ($8,000 at Chicago Bears)
The Bears rank 28th against the run through the first 6 weeks of the season. Jacobs is coming off a string of a few games where the game script hasn’t been in his favor but this one definitely should be as it looks like the Raiders will be starting Brian Hoyer here. Expect Jacobs to be fed early and often here as the Bears have been getting absolutely torched on the ground so far, I don’t expect Jacobs to be below 8.5K moving forward this year after this matchup.
Wide Receivers:
Stefon Diggs ($9,000 at New England Patriots)
Diggs is primed for another big game here, as I think the Bills offense explodes here as the Pats are just in shambles right now. His last 3 games against NE he averages 11-94-1 which are insane numbers, you don’t get the same reception boost like you do on DraftKings but with Christian Gonzales out the Pats secondary is gonna be thin for the rest of the year and they’re also in full tank mode as well.
Chris Godwin ($6,500 vs. Atlanta Falcons)
The Falcons have been been great against WR2 this year, and Godwin finds himself in a prime matchup where he’ll mostly be lined up against Jeff Okudah who hasn’t been great this year. The Bucs play much better at home and with Terrell on Evans I think Baker will look more towards Otton and Godwin in this one. Especially where Godwin can rack up YAC as they will throw to him on those easy underneath routes I think he can have a monster game.
Wan’Dale Robinson ($5,600 vs. Washington Commanders)
Robinson has been fantasy gold the past few weeks, and now gets a WAS secondary that just got torched by Desmond Ridder and Drake London to the tune of 125 yards. His targets have gone up each week, and depending on the Daniel Jones news I actually like him more if Taylor starts, the fact that the Giants are working out additional QBs this week leads me to believe he won’t play. With Taylor at the helm he caught all 8 targets last week for 62 yards. I think we can expect closer to 10 targets this week as he is one of the few Giants WRs that is able to create separation and I love attacking this Washington secondary.

Tight Ends:
Mark Andrews ($6,900 vs. Detroit Lions)
He’s due for a monster game, this Ravens offense I think gets it together this week at home and the Lions weak spot has been the TE position as they rank 27th against them this year allowing just about 14.7 FPPG over the first 6 weeks. He won’t be this cheap for the rest of the season.
Luke Musgrave ($5,000 at Denver Broncos)
Denver ranks dead last against TEs on the year, allowing 16.5 FPPG to them through 6 weeks so far, he feels too cheap here as his role should increase especially if Aaron Jones is out again.
Cade Otton ($4,700 vs. Atlanta Falcons)
The Falcons rank 26th against TEs so far this year, and Otton’s role has been increasing as the season goes on. Mayfield looks for him near the endzone as well and a TD is really all you need from him to exceed value so I like him a ton as a value option this week.
Defense/Special Teams:
Tampa Bay Buccaneers $4,000 – Falcons are due for a letdown game and a division game on the road seems primed for one. Expecting this to be low scoring as well as Tampa should have a field day against Desmond Ridder as their run defense should be able to contain Bijan Robinson.
Green Bay Packers $3,900 – The Broncos are just in shambles right now and its not getting any better, even at home they should have a tough time moving the ball and I see this being a low scoring game, Packers are one of my favorite value defenses this week.
Buffalo Bills $5,000 – This Patriots offense is in shambles right now, even at home in a division rivalry game I don’t see them getting it together as Mac Jones is just making too many bad decisions, expecting a route in this game.
