Justin Fields (CHI) vs Detroit Lions
Available in 53% of ESPN Leagues
There is no one hotter in fantasy football than Justin Fields. I am not sure how he remains so widely available, even in single-QB leagues. If you are needy at the QB position, grab Fields because he is a start for the rest of 2022.
Over his last four games he has finished as the overall QB8, QB5, QB5, and QB1 respectively. Start him anywhere you can find him because Detroit can’t help but allow points to opposing offenses. Chicago’s defense has had trouble stopping opposing offenses too. This has the making of a shootout.
Rushing performances of 88, 82, 60 and 178 over his last four games makes him one of the safest options in Week 10.
Trevor Lawrence (JAC) @ Kansas City Chiefs

The Chiefs have allowed a top-10 opposing QB in 6 of their 8 games. KC also allows 2.9-FPPG above expectations, which is 28th out of 32 teams. A big reason this has been a trend for KC’s defense is because they allow the most touchdowns to the QB position with 17. Additionally they are the worst at forcing takeaways and have only logged three interceptions.
While Lawrence is prone to making mistakes, he has excelled in certain matchups this season. Lawrence’s best three weeks were QB4, QB4 and QB7 in 2022. He averages 16.24-FPPG so he carries a decent streaming floor too.
Jimmy Garoppolo (SF) vs Los Angeles Chargers

I am honestly shocked that Jimmy G has finished as QB14 or better in all but two starts. This is more about the supporting cast rather than Garoppolo himself. An ensemble of Brandon Aiyuk, Deebo Samuel, Christian McCaffrey and George Kittle is scary. Samuel and McCaffrey are no strangers at breaking away from defenses for huge plays. You could easily see one or two of these big chunk plays from a Garappolo dump off. While Garappolo does not stand out in any special way, his skill players are elite enough to carry him this week in fantasy. Lastly, he is more of a floor play rather than a ceiling play.
