Getting sucker punched is about the lowest- low within the unwritten rules of manhood. Kicking someone in the groin may be the only thing that could top a sucker punch.
Nevertheless, the spectacle that surfaced on twitter was nothing short of your run-of-the-mill sucker punch… Except it happened DURING a high school track meet in Tohopekaliga, Florida.

We have your normal high school kiddo running around the track and then all of the sudden BOOM… “Florida Man” sends one right to the dome, on the run. Simply amazing.
I am deeply disappointed no one chanted “Jerry, Jerry, Jerry” in the video, only f-bombs.
The Backstory
TMZ reported that the athlete in black was not even in the race. In fact, the punch-thrower was standing on the track and naturally the runner in white… who was in first place at that time… yelled at him to get out of the way.
On the next lap, the athlete in black got even further in the way of the first place runner, which led to the runner in white pushing the bystander down. This is ultimately what set off the sucker punch because after that, the athlete in black tracked him down and delivered the punch.
It still remains unclear if charges will be pressed. However, the police did show up to the scene.
Sadly, the runner in white was passed by all of his counterparts who were probably too tired to care and I don’t blame them because running in circles is stupid (Yes, I am bitter. I suck at running).
The victim of the punch did finish the race. What a storybook ending that we can all get behind.
