Brooklyn Nets @ Charlotte Hornets
Vegas Total: 241
Vegas Spread: Bkn -3.5
Starting with the Nets, Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant are going to be premier plays here tonight as both are healthy, plus this game has an insane total as well. Seth Curry is seeing the most minutes of these BKN guards as well, but with Kyrie in tonight it hurts his upside a bit, along with Patty Mills, but both are still viable here tonight especially if Kyrie were to miss for any reason. Andre Drummond does have a great matchup here tonight but with KD and Kyrie in tonight his usage takes a hit. Bruce Brown has also been starting and seeing solid minutes, he does a bit of it all but he needs to start to be viable in GPPs here. Lastly, Cam Thomas saw the most minutes of anyone off the bench, but overall its just hard to trust anyone from this BKN team outside of Kyrie and KD tonight.
Now for the Hornets, LaMelo Ball has an insanely good matchup here tonight and he is still a bit too cheap especially on FanDuel. Terry Rozier is also a solid play here but don’t pair him and LaMelo in the same lineup. This BKN team is not good at all defensively and their strategy is to just outscore everyone. Miles Bridges also has a good matchup here but with LaMelo in his upside hasn’t been the same as it was earlier this year. Montrezl Harrell is solid as well coming off the bench, he should feast against this BKN frontcourt especially their 2nd team. Kelly Oubre is also in play for GPPs as well as he has insane scoring upside with Hayward still out here but he hasn’t been hitting that ceiling as of late. Cody Martin also saw 30 minutes last game and he is pretty cheap on both sites as well.
5-star play: Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving, LaMelo Ball
4-star play: Seth Curry, Andre Drummond, Miles Bridges, Terry Rozier, Montrezl Harrell
Deeper Value: Kelly Oubre, Cody Martin, Bruce Brown, Patty Mills
GPP Sleeper: Cody Martin
Cleveland Cavaliers @ Indiana Pacers
Vegas Total: 222.5
Vegas Spread: Cle -4
Starting with the Cavs, Darius Garland is going to be back here tonight, but Rondo is still out so that still makes Brandon Goodwin viable here for value. Jarrett Allen broke his finger last game, so he’s going to be out here which makes me love Evan Mobley here as he draws a great matchup and he’ll likely slide over to the 5 here. Kevin Love may also start here, if he does he’ll be a core play from me tonight as he’ll smash that price tag if he gets close to 30 minutes. Lauri Markkanen is also a decent play as long as he continues to start at the 3 and will get more usage with Allen out. Lastly, Isaac Okoro saw 30+ last game as well and he’s cheap on both sites but he isn’t a high usage guy, he does moon every once and a while though so he’d be a big leverage value play tonight.
Now for the Pacers, they’re basically a new team halfway through the season, Tyrese Haliburton is still a bit too pricey for me, especially as Malcolm Brogdon is still way too cheap here so he’s going to be my preferred option here tonight. Buddy Hield is also a big piece of this offense but his price is still a bit high especially as his usage takes a hit with Brogdon back. Goga Bitadze is now their big man and he has some nice upside at this price, but he’s been playing a ton of minutes off the bench and he is still very viable here. Oshae Brissett has been hot as well, but he is priced up to where you really have to think about it. Lastly, Jalen Smith has been the more productive big man off the bench as well, as Jackson is basically there to take up space.
5-star play: Darius Garland, Kevin Love, Malcolm Brogdon
4-star play: Buddy Hield, Lauri Markkanen, Tyrese Haliburton, Evan Mobley, Jalen Smith
Deeper Value: Jalen Smith, Isaac Okoro, Goga Bitadze
GPP Sleeper: Jalen Smith

Phoenix Suns @ Orlando Magic
Vegas Total: TBD
Vegas Spread: TBD
Starting with the Suns, Devin Booker and Chris Paul are both out again here tonight so that’ll open up a lot of value on this Suns team. Mikal Bridges is in play here as well but he has good upside and he’ll be low owned, but the floor is low as well but he should get more usage here with those guys out. Jae Crowder is in play here, but he’s still a GPP play at best and not really someone I’m targeting too heavily tonight. Deandre Ayton also has a great matchup here as the Magic bleed FPs to bigs, and he finally got back on track as he had a huge game last time out. Cameron Johnson is also seeing big minutes off the bench and he has some nice upside as he should see like 30ish minutes as well. Lastly, Cameron Payne is going to continue to see huge minutes at the PG spot as he is a full go here, Elfrid Payton should see around 20-25 minutes off the bench and is near minimum on both sites, he could be a slate breaker if this game gets ugly.
Now for the Magic, Cole Anthony has been heating up, and he’s still way too cheap on both sites, especially if Jalen Suggs misses this game tonight. Markelle Fultz is also back here and seeing limited minutes, but he’ll hurt both their ceilings here tonight. Mo Bamba has insane upside at any time especially at his price, but I’ll like him more if Wendell Carter misses again. Overall the Magic should stay with this Suns team given they will be without CP3 and Booker. Franz Wagner has had some big time games as well this year, but he usually needs Anthony to be out to really hit his ceiling.
5-star play: Deandre Ayton, Cole Anthony
4-star play: Jalen Suggs, Mo Bamba, Wendell Carter, Franz Wagner, Cameron Payne
Deeper Value: Mikal Bridges, Cameron Johnson, Elfrid Payton, Markelle Fultz
GPP Sleeper: Mo Bamba
New Orleans Pelicans @ Memphis Grizzlies
Vegas Total: 231.5
Vegas Spread: Mem -5.5
Starting with the Pelicans, CJ McCollum has been fantastic and is soaking up a lot of usage, he has a solid matchup here tonight as the Grizzlies are actually one of the worst teams in the NBA against shooting guards. Jonas Valanciunas has been solid, but he draws a tougher matchup here tonight going up against Steven Adams, that should be a battle down low. Brandon Ingram is also in play here tonight Devonte’ Graham is in play for GPPs here as well, and if you want to get really deep, Willy Hernangomez is seeing solid minutes off the bench and Herbert Jones is also still starting and playing heavy minutes. Jaxson Hayes is also still seeing solid minutes starting as well but his price is coming up.
Now for the Grizzlies, Ja Morant has continued his massive 2nd half and this is a great matchup for him tonight as the Pels are bleeding FPs at all positions. Desmond Bane is also solid here, and he’ll have to help Ja out with the scoring and he is in a good spot here as he is cheap with Brooks is still out. Steven Adams is also in play for GPPs, but he has been losing some minutes to Brandon Clarke who is a deeper MME type play here tonight, I do like Clarke here though as he has been solid and Adams is coming off a monster game so both are in play. Jaren Jackson is also always in play for GPPs as he has insane upside when he can keep his hands to himself, this is going to be a constant from him in his career moving forward, but the upside is definitely there every night, especially with how bad the Pels are at defending PFs.
5-star play: CJ McCollum, Ja Morant
4-star play: Jonas Valanciunas, Brandon Ingram, Desmond Bane, Steven Adams, Jaren Jackson
Deeper Value: Willy Hernangomez, Devonte’ Graham, Brandon Clarke, Jaxson Hayes
GPP Sleeper: Brandon Clarke
Milwaukee Bucks @ Oklahoma City Thunder
Vegas Total: 230
Vegas Spread: Mil -14.5
Starting with the Bucks, Giannis Antetokounmpo is obviously going to be a premier play here tonight given the upside he has and how bad this OKC team is, but there is obviously blowout risk tonight. Serge Ibaka is seeing decent minutes off the bench here and he would get some nice extra burn if this game blows out as well. Jrue Holiday and Khris Middleton are obviously both in play here, but with Giannis likely a full go it caps both of their upsides especially at their respective prices. Grayson Allen also has his starting role back and he’s decent for value here, and of course you can go to Bobby Portis for a mid range C play as well. Overall the Bucks aren’t a team that I’ll be targeting much outside of Giannis, but given the blowout risk here I’ll be underweight on him as well.
Now for the Thunder, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is gonna be the premier play on this team, but overall I don’t love them at all as this game should get pretty ugly as the Bucks should handle business here. Josh Giddey is gonna be out for a few more weeks with that hip injury, so that puts Tre Mann into consideration as he’s been starting and playing heavy minutes. If you’re looking to get deeper, Darius Bazley is also in play here tonight as he’ll be virtually unowned. If you’re really looking to get different Aleksej Pokusevski is now playing big minutes tonight with how shorthanded they are, Derrick Favors would be a decent play if he starts here, but if he is out then Isaiah Roby ends up starting then he’ll be a great value play here as well. However both those guys missed last game and Bazley started at the 5 so keep an eye out there.
5-star play: Giannis Antetokounmpo, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander
4-star play: Tre Mann, Darius Bazley, Jrue Holiday, Khris Middleton
Deeper Value: Aleksej Pokusevski, Bobby Portis, Grayson Allen, Isaiah Roby
GPP Sleeper: Tre Mann
Los Angeles Clippers @ Golden State Warriors
Vegas Total: 220.5
Vegas Spread: Gsw -7
Now for the Clippers, they haven’t been a great team to target from a fantasy perspective, but we’ll dive in here as this should be an interesting hammer game. Ivica Zubac is gonna be in a great matchup here as the Warriors don’t defend bigs well at all and the Warriors are on the 2nd half of a B2B. Overall I won’t be targeting this Clippers team much, but Reggie Jackson can light it up from time to time as he has been hot and just went off a few games ago and he’ll be virtually unowned as his price is continuing to climb. Terance Mann has been playing fantastic over the past few games, he’s a sneaky target in GPPs tonight. Marcus Morris is also in play here with Powell likely done for the year as he has some nice upside at this price if he can see close to 30 minutes, but he hasn’t been playing a ton of minutes. Lastly, Isaiah Hartenstein has been seeing big minutes off the bench with Ibaka gone and he’s in a good spot here as well.
Now for the Warriors, Steph Curry could be a slate breaker here, as he is well rested here tonight after staying back in GS, I’d expect him to be a full go here tonight. It looks like Klay Thompson will be in here, I like his price on FanDuel for the upside that he has. Andrew Wiggins is still listed as out along with Otto Porter so that could open up some value if that holds. Kevon Looney should also see big minutes here as the Warriors are really hurting for bodies in their frontcourt and they need someone to bang with Zubac and Hartenstein. If you’re looking to get really deep, Jonathan Kuminga should see around 30 minutes off the bench here and may even start if Wiggins and Porter are out. Juan Toscano-Anderson would also be viable if Porter is out as well and you could go to Nemanja Bjelica if you’re really looking to get crazy.
5-star play: Reggie Jackson, Stephen Curry
4-star play: Klay Thompson, Kevon Looney, Marcus Morris, Terance Mann
Deeper Value: Jonathan Kuminga, Juan Toscano-Anderson, Nemanja Bjelica
GPP Sleeper: Jonathan Kuminga
