Slate Tonight

I will be testing a theory tonight, I am going to first eliminate the players I do not see breaking the slate such as the Skowerneck’s of the world. He is an NFL player, so of course he is elite in terms of talent, but look at it from a game theory perspective. Let’s stay with Skowerneck, but instead of telling you anything, I am going to leave you with reflective questions:

Questions to ask:

• How likely is it that Skowerneck performs well enough to break the slate?
• How likely is it that Skowerneck receives over a 100 or catches a TD?
• If Skowerneck catches a TD, what is the likelihood he receives enough volume outside of the TD to break the slate?

Opinions are My own

This is my personal opinion, but it is based off of studying what the professionals do and how they think.  The questions above are examples of why I will not play Skowerneck tonight. I said no to all the questions I asked and the risk is not worth the reward in my opinion. Furthermore, remember, this is football! Meaning, crazy things happen all of the time, maybe Kupp goes down early and Skowerneck gets unexpected work, it could happen!!

Not into Chasing

I prefer not to chase outlier performances, but if you have been hitting and chasing, by all means, do what works for you! I do believe a solid rationale to your building will enhance your chances of “getting lucky”, and included in that is taking stances and excluding players you don’t have confidence in.

Big Game Tonight!

The message for tonight is simple, be present in the moment! You will not have another Superbowl 56 to watch, so live it up! This notion does not only pertain to Superbowl Sunday as it should pertain to everyday of your life. Tomorrow when you wake up on February 14, 2022, it will be the last Monday February 14, 2022 you ever get to live. Make the most of everyday! Unplug and invest in those you love!

Shout out to @bigMarley!!! Listening to VIP MMA Podcast you did for last night had me a very happy man at the end of night!!
