Golden State Warriors @ Milwaukee Bucks

Vegas Total: 224

Vegas Spread: Mil -2

Starting with the Warriors, Stephen Curry is coming off a disappointing last few weeks but this could be a get right spot for him with how bad the Bucks are at defending the perimeter. Jordan Poole is also a decent option here as he can get hot from 3 as well, but his upside is capped as long as Klay Thompson is back, but with them on the first half of a B2B I wouldn’t be surprised to see him sit this one out. Draymond Green has also already been ruled out, so Juan Toscano-Anderson and Otto Porter will see increased roles. Andrew Wiggins and his streaky self are in play here as well. Kevon Looney also had a solid game last time here as they’ll need his big body here without Draymond.

Now for the Bucks, they are pretty much back at full strength as minus Jrue Holiday, as he is doubtful here. Giannis Antetokounmpo is a great play here but he is pricey, however, this is one of those games where he could take over and get you 70+ FPs. Khris Middleton is also coming off a monster game and should be in line for another here as long as Jrue is indeed out. Bobby Portis should also be in line for big minutes here as he can play the small ball the Warriors like to do, he is streaky though but the price is fantastic on both sites. If you’re looking to get really deep, Grayson Allen, Pat Connaughton, and Jordan Nwora could all see some decent time here, especially Nwora if he continues to start at the 2.

5-star play: Stephen Curry, Giannis Antetokounmpo

4-star play: Khris Middleton, Bobby Portis, Andrew Wiggins

Deeper Value: Juan Toscano-Anderson, Jordan Nwora, Otto Porter

GPP Sleeper: Otto Porter

Minnesota Timberwolves @ Memphis Grizzlies

Vegas Total: 230

Vegas Spread: Mem -5.5

Here is the game we want to target tonight, as this has the highest total on the slate and should be super competitive. Karl-Anthony Towns is going to be a good target here, especially if Steven Adams is out again as Memphis won’t have anyone to stop him, but I love Anthony Edwards here as he is due for an explosion game and this Memphis defense has been really bad against stretch wings. D’Angelo Russell is also in play here as he has similar upside but the consistency is the main issue. If you’re looking to get deeper, Patrick Beverley has a good matchup here as well, but he’s been dealing with an injury so keep an eye on news there. Lastly, if you like the total here you can get some Naz Reid as well as he is a FPPM monster but the consistency is not there either.

Now for the Grizzlies, Dillon Brooks is gonna be out for the foreseeable future here, so Ja Morant will be their main source of offense moving forward and he has a good matchup here tonight. Jaren Jackson has also picked up his play as of late and we all know that this Wolves frontcourt is not good defensively. Desmond Bane has also found his groove here, he is a bit scoring dependent but man when he gets hot, look out. Brandon Clarke would also be in play here if Adams were to miss again, and I’ll have some shares of some of these Grizzlies bench guys as well, as I expect Killian Tillie to continue to start here as long as Adams is out.

5-star play: Ja Morant, Anthony Edwards

4-star play: Karl-Anthony Towns, Jaren Jackson, Desmond Bane, D’Angelo Russell

Deeper Value: Brandon Clarke, Killian Tillie, Naz Reid, Patrick Beverley

GPP Sleeper: Brandon Clarke, Naz Reid

Los Angeles Clippers @ New Orleans Pelicans

Vegas Total: 215.5

Vegas Spread: Nop -3.0

Starting with the Clippers, they’ve been pretty much the same team over the past few weeks with Paul George out, he is still out here. I’m not going to go into great detail here as this team is not very fantasy friendly outside of guys like Marcus Morris, and Serge Ibaka for value. They’ll start Reggie Jackson, who has a decent matchup against Graham, but with Eric Bledsoe healthy the two cap each other’s upside. Really the only target I’ll have from this game will be Morris, and some Ibaka given that Zubac could get into foul trouble here.

Now for the Pelicans, Devonte’ Graham gets the best matchup on the night as LAC is allowing the most FPPG to opposing PGs over their last 7 games, very underrated play tonight. Jonas Valanciunas is a good option here as well given that he should be able to get whatever he wants against this frontcourt. Brandon Ingram has also been heating up, he’s a really good option here tonight as he is priced nicely and has some great upside here. Josh Hart has also been playing some fantastic basketball, but the price is getting up there for me, however, on a smaller slate he is definitely in play tonight.

5-star play: Brandon Ingram

4-star play: Devonte’ Graham, Jonas Valanciunas, Josh Hart, Marcus Morris

Deeper Value: Eric Bledsoe, Terance Mann, Serge Ibaka

GPP Sleeper: Serge Ibaka

Oklahoma City Thunder @ Brooklyn Nets

Vegas Total: 216.5

Vegas Spread: Bkn -9

Starting with the Thunder, they are pretty thin from a fantasy perspective, there aren’t a ton of guys I ever really target on this team. The main one being Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, he’s gonna have to have a huge game here tonight if this one is going to stay close. The other target here will be Josh Giddey as both are a bit underpriced on both sites but you have blowout risk in this one for sure. But Giddey does do it all so the floor is decently safe. If you’re looking to get really different, Jeremiah Robinson-Earl has a solid matchup here, and Darius Bazley has been playing much better off of the bench.

Given the spread of this game, I can see the Nets resting some of their starters here being on the 2nd half of a B2B, we know that Kyrie is likely out here since they are playing at home. One of Kevin Durant or James Harden will likely rest here, and I’d guess it would be KD because it was Harden the other night. If that is the case then I’ll have a ton of Harden here. Patty Mills would also become playable in that instance as well. Day’Ron Sharpe also started last game and saw some solid minutes, he is a decent value if Claxton misses again. David Duke Jr. has also been starting and should draw some more usage with some of the big 3 likely out tonight as well. Keep an eye on the starting lineup because those are the guys that you will want here.

5-star play: James Harden, Kevin Durant

4-star play: Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Josh Giddey, Patty Mills

Deeper Value: Day’Ron Sharpe, David Duke Jr., Darius Bazley

GPP Sleeper: Day’Ron Sharpe

Portland Trail Blazers @ Denver Nuggets

Vegas Total: 215.5

Vegas Spread: Den -8.5

Dame has just been announced out for the next 5-6 weeks, so that leaves a lot up in the air for this Blazers team as CJ McCollum still isn’t back either. Anfernee Simons will be your main target here, as he’ll handle the PG duties with them out and Denver is horrible against PGs. If Norman Powell is back he’d be a fine option as well, but he’s missed the past 2 games. Nassir Little has stepped up his play, and he has 50+ upside if he gets going early. Jusuf Nurkic will also handle the bulk of the scoring load here but he draws a tough matchup going up against Vuc tonight. Overall, this is a tough team to love with all those guys out.

Now for the Nuggets, the obvious play here is gonna be Nikola Jokic as he has been crushing everyone and this POR team doesn’t have anyone that can stop him. For the rest of the Nuggets it is pretty hectic as their guards are in flux here. Will Barton is the best of them and he plays some of the PG role as Morris has not been too effective, but he missed last game so that is something to monitor. Facundo Campazzo has been the guy you want as he’s playing nearly 30 minutes off the bench and he’s been super efficient, but if Barton misses then I’ll have a ton of  Aaron Gordon as he always feasts when he is out. Jeff Green also starts and is in play on a small slate like this, as is Austin Rivers who has been starting the past few games as well, and if Barton is out again I’ll have a few shares of Monte Morris.

5-star play: Nikola Jokic

4-star play: Anfernee Simons, Nassir Little, Will Barton (if in), Aaron Gordon (if Barton out), Jusuf Nurkic

Deeper Value: Facundo Campazzo, Monte Morris, Austin Rivers

GPP Sleeper: Nassir Little
