PITCHERS
This slate is a bit better in terms of pitching, as we get some nice options here tonight as opposed to last night which was just an overall dumpster fire.
Chang-Mo Koo ($9,300/$29)
Koo has been absolutely dominant this year in the KBO, and he’s projected to lead the KBO in K/9. On the year he is 4-0/0.51 ERA/0.60 WHIP/9.7K/9/ and AVERAGES 30.8 DK FPPG. He’s the top option on the slate tonight and should dominate this Hanwha team which is one of the worst hitting teams in the league. NC is also a MAJOR favorite tonight at -333. He is in play for ALL formats tonight and should be highly owned but for good reason.
Chris Flexen ($8,600/$27)
Doosan is a -172 favorite and KIA has not been what you would call “good” offensively. Flexen is sporting a 2.61 ERA with a 1.19 WHIP and averages just under a 9K/9 innings. Kia has a team ISO of .096 and a wOBA of just over .300. Their team OPS of 0.675 also shows that when they are putting the ball in play, they aren’t doing much damage. Flexen is going to be my second favorite option on tonight’s slate. Pairing him with Koo will be extremely popular on DK. Flexen is in play for ALL formats tonight and makes for a nice leverage play on FanDuel as Koo will be heavily owned.
Dan Straily ($7,000/$25)
Straily is completely underpriced once again considering how well he’s done in the KBO this year. He’s only given up 1 ER over his last 11 1/3 innings that includes 12 K’s as well. KT has also been a bit down offensively since Kang went down. Straily’s challenge tonight will be to get past Rojas who is still on fire, if he does that he should cruise here tonight. Straily is a GPP option tonight as there is some risk here given how hot Rojas has been.
Drew Gagnon ($6,800/$26)
Gagnon is going to be my main GPP option tonight, as the matchup isn’t great but the upside and ownership leverage potential is fantastic, especially given his ceiling. Gagnon has the highest K upside of anyone on this slate and he’s been racking them up with relative ease in the KBO this year. He has an insane 12.2K/9 this year and while this Doosan offense is very good, they have shown that they can be shut down against above-average pitching, which is exactly the case here tonight. Gagnon is going to be a GPP only option here tonight, as Doosan is a great offense, but he has tremendous K upside and he’s priced down especially on DK.

Hitting STACKS
Here are several of my favorite hitting teams for tomorrow. For the purposes of this article, our hitter focus will revolve around teams to stack. You can also see a detailed look at individual hitters by gandering over to at our KBO Cheat sheets! The cheat sheets have core plays highlighted in blue as well as other cash and tournament options.
Tonight’s Cheatsheets are coming alive! You have time to jump in, save hours of tedious research, and apply our help for the overnight slate. You unlock core plays to build around, key pieces to stacks, great 4 and 5 star one-offs, and detailed coaching notes providing the why behind the play.
LG (vs Seung-Ho Lee) – My favorite stack of the night as Lee has an ERA of just under 8 on the year and gets to face this LG team who has been hitting well. I love Ramos in this matchup despite the L/L matchup as I don’t see him going too deep into this game which should give him a few ABs against their bullpen who have an overall ERA of over 5.
KIW (vs Tyler Wilson) – Kiwoom also grades out very well here in very own CeeGee’s Today’s Stacks tab in our ever evolving Research Station. Kiwoom has been very good offensively over the past few weeks and the Park Heroes (Byung-Ho and Dong-Won) are some of the best power hitters in the KBO. Wilson hasn’t been extremely sharp over his last few starts and I’d rather be stacking against him tonight.
NCD (vs Chad Bell) – Bell shouldn’t go too deep into this game, as he’s been on a pitch count so he’ll be lucky to get into the 5th inning which opens up a ton of AB’s against Hanwha’s bullpen. NC is an explosive offense and Sung-Bum Na is as hot as they come right now homering 3 times over the last 4 games.
KIA (vs Chris Flexen) – This mainly goes for the fact of how hot Preston Tucker is right now. He has 6 hits over his last 4 games including 2 HRs, which have also come on back to back nights. This MLB caliber pitching shouldn’t intimidate him as I see Tucker continuing his hot streak.
