PITCHERS

Today’s slate has some decent pitching options starting with an obvious top dog, but we will examine our options today! Here’s what I have for you:

Chang Mo Koo vs KIW ($9,600/$30)

Koo has been by far the best and most consistent pitcher in the KBO this season. He comes with a HEFTY price tag, especially on Fanduel here today. That being said, I think we will be able to find the value on the slate in order to get him. I mean, the guy is 5-0 with a 0.66 ERA aand 0.71 WHIP. I MEAN COME ON PEOPLE JUST PLAY HIM! He has agood matchup too where he scored 27.6 DraftKings points in. Koo has not allowed more than 1 ER in a start all season and has had no less than 6 K’s per start. Just play him. Koo is an ALL Format play tonight across the board.

Drew Gagnon @ SK ($7,400/$27)

Gagnon is a good option here on DraftKings, but his Fanduel price is a bit up there. He has a good matchup with SK too. Gagnon has been good and really just had one bad start so far this year. Last time out he did allow just 1 ER though. He’s been up around 6-8 K’s normally per start. He’s our 4th highest projected P on the slate today too. He comes into this start with the highest K/9 on the slate too at 10.8.  Gagnon is an ALL FORMAT SP2 on DK, while just a GPP play on Fanduel

Jong Hoon Park vs KIA ($8,000/$26)

I don’t think many people are going to go here today, and I think that can be a mistake. Park has been really good for SK this season. Even though I do like Gagnon, I have interest in both pitchers on the game today. Park comes into this game with a 3.44 ERA and just 1.27 WHIP. He’s been striking out batters and going deeper into games. He has been getting about a K per inning and I think SK can be a little sneaky today. KIA is basically middle of the pack in a lot of hitting categories, but rank near the bottom in OPS which is interesting to note. Park is a GPP option for me today on both sites. I think he has upside for a solid game, but SK’s offense struggles to score some games.

Dan Straily ($7,600/$26)

Don’t love this matchup here, but I think there is some upside here and I think many people will look at Wilson instead. Straily has been really good for LOT this season and has really had just two bad starts so far. He has a very good ERA and getting over a K per inning. I dont think he’ll get a ton of K’s here tonight, but getting about 1 per inning isn’t out of question. LG has been a good offense all season so far, but they aren’t putting up insane numbers on offense against SPs. Straily is a GPP play only for me on both sites today

With Pinto starting the first game of the DH, we’ll assume he isn’t in the player pool for the main slate, however, if they decide to add it to the pool he is a decent option as well.

Hitting STACKS

Here are several of my favorite hitting teams for tomorrow. For the purposes of this article, our hitter focus will revolve around teams to stack. You can also see a detailed look at individual hitters by gandering over to at our KBO Cheat sheets! The cheat sheets have core plays highlighted in blue as well as other cash and tournament options.

Tonight’s Cheatsheets are coming alive!  But, here is a glance at what our cheat sheets look like on a daily basis! You have time to jump in, save hours of tedious research, and apply our help for the overnight slate.  You unlock core plays to build around, key pieces to stacks, great 4 and 5 star one-offs, and detailed coaching notes providing the why behind the play.

NCD (vs Seung Ho Lee) – Another great matchup for the Dinos here as the best team in the KBO day in and day out. Lee has been brutal too and has allowed 11 ER over his last 2 starts and allowed 4 ER last time he faced the Dinos. NCD has a team ISO of .209 and one of our highest projected stacks on the slate tonight.  It starts for me with Eui Ji Yang at C, followed by Sung Bum Na, Aaron Altherr always mashes LHP. Fill out your NC stacks with either Jin Sung Kang, Suk Min Park. Their whole lineup is in play here today

DOO (vs Chad Bell) – After being limited in his first start of the year, Bell has really struggled over his last two starts. DOO has been scoring a ton of runs lately too and Bell has allowed 11 ER in his last 2 starts. We all know it starts with Jose Fernandez. I like following that up with Jae II Oh who is underpriced on DK for the matchup. Jae Hwan Kim is also in play too. check out the Research Station for more stack details! Below you’ll see a quick glance at our “Todays Stacks” section! Quick note the pricing difference in DOO 😉

KTW vs (Seung-Min Lee) – KTW finally came alive last night/this morning and boy do they get another great matchup. As you see above, they are actually our top rated and projected stack of the night. They have a bit lower ISO than I like, but I do like the options we have and they have been pretty good most of the year. It’s baseball every team goes through cold spells. Our main guy here is Mel Rojas Jr. Follow that with Baek Ho Kang and you can grab some value with some other OF options here. Most of their lineup is going to be in play for me today!

Other GPP stacks I don’t mind at low ownership: LG Twins, SK Wyverns, and Samsung Lions!

These are my top 3 stacks for the night! But please don’t forget to check out our CHEAT SHEETS for more stacks, plays and detailed notes on everything!
