Full Court Press:

Toronto Raptors @ Brooklyn Nets

Vegas Total: 217

Vegas Spread: Bkn -1.0

Starting with the Raptors, Kyle Lowry continues to play a boatload of minutes and produce nicely. This is an elite matchup for Lowry as the Nets don’t play great defense against opposing point guards. The same can be said for Fred VanVleet with Siakam and Powell both out still. Serge Ibaka has 33+ Draftkings points in four straight games and makes sense again here. Lastly, I like OG Anunoby for GPPs as we have seen him put up some big games this season. From the Nets, Spencer Dinwiddie is coming off a bad game in which he played just 23 minutes, I would expect those to come back up here, he’s a good option for cash games especially. Dinwiddie may lose some usage however as Caris LeVert is expected back here. I would assume LeVert is on a minute restriction so I’ll take this game as a wait-and-see game. Jarrett Allen has been pretty up and down over the past week or so, but I like him as a GPP option here with Gasol and Siakam still out. Taurean Prince is always a GPP option at the very least due to the amount of stats he can produce across the board. Lastly, Joe Harris makes sense for GPPs as well in hopes he can get his shot in a rhythm.

5-star play: Kyle Lowry, Serge Ibaka, Fred VanVleet

4-star play:  Spencer Dinwiddie, Jarrett Allen, Taurean Prince, Joe Harris

Deeper Value: Rondae Hollis-Jefferson

GPP Sleeper: Taurean Prince, OG Anunoby

Oklahoma City Thunder @ Cleveland Cavaliers

Vegas Total: 212.5

Vegas Spread: Okc -6.5

Starting with the Thunder, it looks like everyone is healthy and ready to go here. The point guards draw the best matchups as the Cavs have struggled against opposing guards all season, so Chris Paul, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, and Dennis Schroeder all make sense here. Steven Adams is in pretty good form but I don’t love the price tag on him. The same can be said for Danilo Gallinari, I think we can find better options on this slate. From the Cavs, Kevin Love is in pretty good form, I don’t love the matchup with Steven Adams but I’m hoping he sticks on Thompson, I like Love here. As I mentioned, this is a tough matchup for Tristan Thompson as Steven Adams is a solid defender, I’ll likely go elsewhere on this slate. Collin Sexton has gained some consistency both in minutes and production recently and with Jordan Clarkson gone, I expect this to continue. Lastly, Cedi Osman is a fine secondary cash option.

5-star play: Chris Paul

4-star play: Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Kevin Love, Dennis Schroeder

Deeper Value: None

GPP Sleeper: Steven Adams, Danilo Gallinari, Collin Sexton

Denver Nuggets @ Washington Wizards

Vegas Total:

Vegas Spread:

Starting with the Nuggets, I like the price on Nikola Jokic and this is an elite matchup against a Wizards team that is struggling on all cylinders on defense. Will Barton has scored at least 32 Draftkings points in four straight games and is a solid GPP play and may even be in play for cash games due to the matchup. Jamal Murray is a GPP play as well due to the massive ceiling he has but can be very volatile. Lastly, Paul Millsap is a secondary option that I never mind as a filler play. From the Wizards, Bradley Beal is questionable but I’ll operate under the assumption that he’ll play. As long as he isn’t limited he’s a great play and will be in control of this offense with all their injuries. If he’s out we can go right back to Jordan McRae but he may be too expensive if Beal is in. Troy Brown is a bit too volatile for me to like in cash but makes for a nice GPP option. The same can be said for Isaiah Thomas, GPP only. Gary Payton’s minutes came back up last night but he didn’t do a lot with them even with Isaiah Thomas getting ejected early, he’s a fade in this matchup.

5-star play: Nikola Jokic, Bradley Beal

4-star play: Will Barton, Jamal Murray, Paul Millsap, Jordan McRae

Deeper Value: None

GPP Sleeper: Troy Brown, Isaiah Thomas, Jamal Murray

Utah Jazz @ Orlando Magic

Vegas Total:

Vegas Spread:

Starting with the Jazz, Donovan Mitchell has 40+ Draftkings points in six of his last ten games and is showing some consistency, I don’t love the spot but you can go here in GPPs. Rudy Gobert continues to play 37-38 minutes per game and gets a decent matchup here, however on a nine-game slate I think there are better options. Both Joe Ingles and Bojan Bogdanovic are playing well with Mike Conley off the court, they make for nice secondary options. From the Magic, Nikola Vucevic has 40+ Draftkings points in five straight games but gets a difficult matchup here, he’s more of a GPP play on this slate. With Jonathan Isaac out, Aaron Gordon’s minutes are more solidified but again it’s not a great matchup and one that I only want to target in GPPs.  Evan Fournier always makes sense for cash games due to his consistency for me. Finally, DJ Augustin and Terrence Ross are good GPP plays to round out this team.

5-star play: None

4-star play: Donovan Mitchell, Rudy Gobert, Nikola Vucevic

Deeper Value: Khem Birch, Mo Bamba

GPP Sleeper: Terrence Ross, DJ Augustin, Joe Ingles, Bojan Bogdanovic

Indiana Pacers @ Atlanta Hawks

Vegas Total:

Vegas Spread:

Starting with the Hawks, Trae Young didn’t return with a minute restriction last game so we can go ahead and fire him up in GPPs again.  John Collins has proven massive upside already since returning from his suspension, however is sounding like he’s closer to doubtful for this matchup which may mean more minutes for Jabari Parker at a nice price tag. Kevin Huerter’s price has come back down to a playable level as a secondary cash option. While Alex Len is an elite GPP option due to his upside, but way too volatile for cash games. From the Pacers, this is a great matchup for Domanatas Sabonis as he’s been so consistent this season. He’s an elite play in all formats especially with John Collins questionable. He gets an even bigger boost with Malcolm Brogdon already ruled out. Aaron Holiday will likely start in Brogdon’s place and be a fine option in a good matchup. Jeremy Lamb seems like he may be the biggest benefactor of Brogdon being out, I’m willing to go back to the well on him. Myles Turner and TJ Warren are both GPP options in a strong matchup.

5-star play: Trae Young, Domantas Sabonis

4-star play: Jabari Parker, Kevin Huerter, Jeremy Lamb

Deeper Value: None

GPP Sleeper: Alex Len, TJ Warren, Myles Turner

Boston Celtics @ Chicago Bulls

Vegas Total:

Vegas Spread:

Starting with the Celtics, Kemba Walker will be questionable here so we will need to keep an eye on him, but if he plays this is an elite matchup where he should be able to do whatever he wants. Jayson Tatum’s price has come up to a point where I don’t think I want to go there in cash, but he makes sense for Tiers and GPPs even after a dud last night. Jaylen Brown should play here and much like the rest of this team is in a great spot, fire him up in all formats. Gordon Hayward has played 35 minutes in back to back games which is a good sign and has scored 30+ Draftkings in five of his last six games, he’s a solid option here as well. Enes Kanter is playing great basketball right now and doing it in short stints, if the Celtics eventually run him out for 25ish minutes he could absolutely destroy making him a GPP option. From the Bulls, Lauri Markkanen feels a bit too priced up for this matchup, I’ll wait for a better spot on him. Zach LaVine is probable here, but similar to Markkanen and the rest of this team really, the Celtics play great defense so he’s just a GPP play for me. Wendell Carter hasn’t flashed any sort of upside that warrants this price tag so he’s a fade for me especially in this matchup. Lastly, Tomas Satoransky has come down a bit over his past couple of games but I don’t hate the idea of going to him for GPPs if you land in that price range.

5-star play: Kemba Walker, Jaylen Brown

4-star play: Jayson Tatum, Gordon Hayward, Enes Kanter, Zach LaVine, Lauri Markkanen

Deeper Value: None

GPP Sleeper: Lauri Markkanen, Marcus Smart, Tomas Satoransky

San Antonio Spurs @ Milwaukee Bucks

Vegas Total: 228

Vegas Spread: Mil -12.0

Starting with the Spurs, LaMarcus Aldridge is kinda playing out of his mind right now scoring 45+ Draftkings points in four of his last five games, I like him in hopes he stays hot here. DeMar DeRozan is also in good form scoring 40+ Draftkings points in three of his last four, he makes for a nice cash option as well, although he doesn’t fit the mold to beat the Bucks. He’s not exactly the three-point shooter that this Bucks team allows big games to. Dejounte Murray is out here which will likely mean a start for Derrick White who is a great play at his price tag. From the Bucks, Giannis Antetokounmpo has an insane 39.1% usage rate and 1.91 fantasy points per minute on the season, he’s an elite play in hopes that he can find his way to 30+ minutes. Khris Middleton is back down to a playable price, he’s more of a guy that I want for cash games as he’s a very consistent player. Eric Bledsoe is slowly getting his minutes back, the Spurs are not great against opposing point guards so I like him for GPPs. Lastly, Brook Lopez continues to play good basketball and seems to have shaken his poor play earlier this season, I like him for GPPs in hopes that he can get hot from three.

5-star play: Giannis Antetokounmpo, LaMarcus Aldridge, Derrick White

4-star play:  Khris Middleton, Eric Bledsoe, Brook Lopez, DeMar DeRozan

Deeper Value: None

GPP Sleeper: Eric Bledsoe, Brook Lopez

Detroit Pistons @ Golden State Warriors

Vegas Total:

Vegas Spread:

Starting with the Pistons, Andre Drummond should be able to do whatever he wants here, the Warriors don’t exactly have the skill down low to matchup with him especially if Cauley-Stein ends up sitting. Blake Griffin is doubtful here, so Drummond should see an increase in usage and rebound percentage at the very least. With Blake, Kennard, and Morris off the court this season, Derrick Rose has a 36.3% usage rate and 1.5 fantasy points per minute. It’s a tough matchup but it’s tough not to like. You can make a case for Bruce Brown as well. From the Warriors, we have a good amount of injury news to sort thru here. D’Angelo Russell is out and Willie Cauley-Stein is questionable. With those guys off the court, this season Alec Burks leads the team in usage at 25.6% and over a fantasy point per minute which puts him firmly in play. I also like Damion Lee to take a good amount of usage in this offense with his recent production. Draymond Green has been playing pretty well as of late and I like him to get a lot of ball-handling opportunities here. Marquese Chriss has scored at least 29 Draftkings points in two of his last three and should see some center minutes here as well.

5-star play: Andre Drummond, Damion Lee, Alec Burks

4-star play: Derrick Rose, Draymond Green, Marquese Chriss

Deeper Value: Eric Paschall

GPP Sleeper: Marquese Chriss, Glenn Robinson, Bruce Brown

Charlotte Hornets @ Dallas Mavericks

Vegas Total: 216.5

Vegas Spread: Dal -11.5

Starting with the Hornets, Devonte’ Graham is playing a crazy amount of minutes right now and anybody playing that kind of minutes is in play for me. Terry Rozier is coming off of a 46 point Draftkings outing last time out, I like going back to the well here, he is Devonte’ Graham lite to me. PJ Washington has flashed some upside recently and is priced nicely, I don’t hate him as a GPP option. Miles Bridges has been pretty volatile here so he’s GPP only until the consistency comes back. From the Mavs, Luka Doncic is one of the better raw options on the slate due to the matchups, I don’t need to tell you that he’s an elite play here. With Kristaps Porzingis and Tim Hardaway off the court this season, Doncic has a 39% usage rate and 1.94 fantasy points per minute. Maxi Kleber has at least 31 Draftkings points in two straight and will help pick up minutes with Porzingis out. The Hornets have struggled against opposing bigs all season long. Dwight Powell has at least 25 Draftkings points in five of his last six games and is in the same boat as Kleber.

5-star play: Luka Doncic, Devonte’ Graham

4-star play:  Terry Rozier, PJ Washington, Dwight Powell, Maxi Kleber

Deeper Value: None

GPP Sleeper: PJ Washington, Dwight Powell

New Orleans Pelicans @ Sacramento Kings

Vegas Total:

Vegas Spread:

Starting with the Pelicans, Brandon Ingram has been the best option on this team this season and in a good matchup here I like going back to him after a dud game last time out. Jrue Holiday is normally the model for consistency, he’s similar to Ingram in that I like going back to him after a dud last game. Both Derrick Favors and Lonzo Ball are in great form here and make for great secondary options and elite GPP options in hopes they stay hot. JJ Redick’s price came back up a little bit after last game, I still think he’s a little too cheap here and if he’s hot out of the gate they won’t take him out which is great for his GPP upside. From the Kings, the price has come up on De’Aaron Fox after dropping nearly 60 Draftkings points last time out. That said, the Pels are one of the worst teams in the league against opposing point guards this season. Richaun Holmes has three straight games of 30+ fantasy points, he’s in play here again with Bagley still out. Nemanja Bjelica is more of a GPP option, but he’ll see extended run with Bagley out. Buddy Hield is in pretty good form scoring at least 42 Draftkings points in two of his last three games. Lastly, Bogdan Bogdanovic is a secondary cash play at the very best with Fox back.

5-star play: Brandon Ingram, Jrue Holiday, De’Aaron Fox

4-star play:  Derrick Favors, Lonzo Ball, JJ Redick, Buddy Hield, Richaun Holmes

Deeper Value: JJ Redick

GPP Sleeper: Nemanja Bjelica, Bogdan Bogdanovic
