Full Court Press:

Charlotte Hornets @ Washington Wizards

Vegas Total: 227.5

Vegas Spread: Was -3.5

We kick this six-game slate off with the Hornets who get a very juicy matchup against the Wizards in a huge pace up spot for them. Devonte’ Graham’s status was all over the place in their last game but should be good to go here. In two matchups against the Wizards this season he’s averaging 45.1 Draftkings points per game. Terry Rozier is coming off a nice game against the Knicks, I like him here as well in a similarly great matchup. The rest of this team is pretty much GPP plays for me with my favorites being PJ Washington and Malik Monk as they look to showcase him a bit. From the Wizards, Bradley Beal has 50+ Draftkings points in four straight games and gets another nice matchup here. He’s shot an unreal amount of free throws over his last two as well. Davis Bertans‘ price has come up to a point where I think it exceeds his production right now, he’s more of a GPP play. Thomas Bryant was back up to 32 minutes in their last game where he scored 44 Draftkings points. It appears his minutes limit has been lifted and is a solid play against a weak frontcourt. Lastly, Troy Brown makes sense for GPPs as well but can be a little volatile.

5-star play: Devonte’ Graham, Terry Rozier, Bradley Beal

4-star play:  Davis Bertans, PJ Washington, Thomas Bryant

Deeper Value: None

GPP Sleeper: PJ Washington, Malik Monk, Troy Brown

Toronto Raptors @ Cleveland Cavaliers

Vegas Total: 220.5

Vegas Spread: Tor -10.0

We start this game with the Cavs. This isn’t the greatest matchup for Kevin Love as he will need to deal with Gasol and Siakam down low, but that should impact Tristan Thompson more than him. I have no issue with getting some Love here. Speaking of Tristan Thompson, he feels incredibly cheap here and is averaging 30 Draftkings points per game in two matchups with the Raptors this season. Collin Sexton continues to play very consistent basketball, the Raptors aren’t a great matchup but I’m still okay with going with him on a shorter slate like this one.Lastly, Larry Nance seems to have gotten back into the swing of things, I think he makes sense as a secondary option, as he has scored 40+ Draftkings points in two of his last four games. Lastly, Darius Garland makes for a fine GPP play if you happen to land on him. From the Raptors, Pascal Siakam seems to finally be knocking the rust off since returning from injury. He has at least 40 Draftkings points in three of his last four games and should be able to do what he wants here as well. Fred VanVleet continues to produce nice and scored 35 Draftkings points against the Cavs already once this season. Kyle Lowry is right there with VanVleet in terms of guard production on this team, I may lean Lowry in this spot as he’s performed better against the Cavs on the season. I can never get Serge Ibaka right, but with Gasol ruled out for this one he should see an uptick in minutes at the five, making him a pretty solid play for me.

5-star play: Kevin Love, Pascal Siakam

4-star play:  Tristan Thompson, Collin Sexton, Larry Nance, Kyle Lowry, Fred VanVleet, Serge Ibaka

Deeper Value: None

GPP Sleeper: Larry Nance, Darius Garland, Norman Powell

Philadelphia 76ers @ Atlanta Hawks

Vegas Total: 228

Vegas Spread: Phi -7.5

Starting with the Sixers, this is an elite spot for Joel Embiid who played 26 minutes last game. I would expect him to be up near that 30 marker here and he scored 66 Draftkings points on the Hawks once already this season. Ben Simmons should have no issue doing what he wants either but it’s pretty clear these two are better producers with one off the court, so I will likely be higher on Embiid. Tobias Harris is still seeing huge minutes even with Embiid back, I like the spot for him as well even though he scored just 28 Draftkings on the Hawks earlier this year. Al Horford is questionable while Josh Richardson is already out meaning there could be a good amount of minutes for Matisse Thybulle who really isn’t my favorite option but he’s a value guy nonetheless. From the Hawks, its basically two guys for me, Trae Young and John Collins. Young has proven to be matchup proof and has at least 70 Draftkings points in two of his last three games, tough not to like him here. The matchup with Embiid doesn’t really scare me for Collins, he’s a solid play regardless. I prefer him for GPP though as he can be a bit volatile. Lastly, you can make a case for Kevin Huerter as your last guy in as well.

5-star play: Joel Embiid, Trae Young

4-star play: Ben Simmons, Tobias Harris, John Collins, Al Horford

Deeper Value: Matisse Thybulle

GPP Sleeper: Kevin Huerter, Ben Simmons

Golden State Warriors @ Boston Celtics

Vegas Total:

Vegas Spread:

Starting with the Warriors, D’Angelo Russell is playing some pretty big minutes as of late. I don’t hate him for GPPs, Kemba is not anywhere near an elite defender. Draymond Green is coming off a 46 point Draftkings outing and is a triple-double threat every time he steps on the floor. I wish Alec Burks got more minutes but he’s stuck in that 26-27 range, he’s a fine GPP option. That about concludes any interest I have in the Warriors other than a GPP dart at Marquesse Chriss who will pick up more center minutes with Cauley-Stein gone. From the Celtics, Kemba Walker has at least 54 Draftkings points in two of his last games and should be able to do whatever he pleases here. Jayson Tatum is questionable here if he plays keep an eye out for a minutes limit. If he’s out, it will boost Kemba, Jaylen Brown, and Gordon Hayward. I like Jaylen Brown regardless of Tatum’s status, he’s played well as of late. Hayward is a guy that I can never seem to get right so he’s more of a GPP guy if Tatum is in. Daniel Theis has at least 30 Draftkings points in four straight games and with Kanter out will continue to see good minutes. Lastly, Marcus Smart is in good form as well, I have no issue with going with him either.

5-star play: D’Angelo Russell, Kemba Walker

4-star play: Draymond Green, Jaylen Brown, Jayson Tatum, Daniel Theis

Deeper Value: None

GPP Sleeper: Marquesse Chriss, Marcus Smart, Gordon Hayward, Alec Burks

Sacramento Kings @ Los Angeles Clippers

Vegas Total:

Vegas Spread:

Starting with the Kings, De’Aaron Fox bounced back nicely over his last two games and has gone over 40 Draftkings points in both of them. This is not a great matchup, but he’s got a ceiling that I’m willing to chase in GPPs. Marvin Bagley and Richaun Holmes are out again here which opens the door for Nemanja Bjelica to have a good amount of opportunity here and is coming off a 50 burger against the Wolves. Also, keep an eye out for their starting lineup, if Dewayne Dedmond is in it, I love him as a value option. Buddy Hield is playing great basketball as of late, however, this is one of the more difficult matchups you can have as a wing, he’s a GPP guy for me. Lastly, Bogdan Bogdanovic is coming off a nice game last night, I don’t hate chasing that here. From the Clippers, Paul George is listed as probable here so I’m going to count on him playing which lowers the appeal on Kawhi and surrounding. Keep an eye out for a minute limit on him however as he hasn’t played since the 5th and can never seem to stay healthy. Kawhi Leonard has 60+ Draftkings points in four straight games but should see his production come down with George back in the lineup, he’s not my favorite option here especially at this price tag. Both Lou Williams and Montrezl Harrell are GPP guys with George back, but in a nice matchup, you shouldn’t be scared off of them.

5-star play: Nemanja Bjelica

4-star play: Buddy Hield, De’Aaron Fox, Kawhi Leonard, Lou Williams, Montrezl Harrell

Deeper Value: Dewayne Dedmond

GPP Sleeper: Dewayne Dedmond, Buddy Hield, Paul George, Bogdan Bogdanovic

Utah Jazz @ Denver Nuggets

Vegas Total: 215.5

Vegas Spread: Den -1.5

This is my least favorite game on the slate, it will be very slow and both teams play great defense. Starting with the Jazz, Rudy Gobert has a fairly difficult matchup here but he’s proven he can hang with the big boys this season, I don’t hate him for GPP but I will likely go elsewhere. Donovan Mitchell gets a very tough matchup but the price is so enticing I’m tempted to pull the trigger, he has at least 40 Draftkings points in three straight. Both Bojan Bogdanovic and Joe Ingels are fine GPP options as well, but nobody that I’m forcing in for cash games. From the Nuggets, Nikola Jokic has at least 60 Draftkings points in two of his last three games. Gobert is an elite defender making Jokic a pretty risky play at this price tag. Jerami Grant has come out of nowhere to score at least 33 Draftkings points in five straight games, it’s a tough matchup but again a GPP play at least. Will Barton has seen his production come down over the last week or so and this isn’t a spot where I want to bank on it coming back up. Lastly, they’re being very careful with Michael Porter Jr.’s minutes so I’ll leave him for tournaments as well.

5-star play: None

4-star play: Donovan Mitchell, Bojan Bogdanovic, Joe Ingles, Rudy Gobert, Nikola Jokic, Jerami Grant

Deeper Value: None

GPP Sleeper: Will Barton, Michael Porter, Bojan Bogdanovic, Joe Ingles
