Full Court Press:

Oklahoma City Thunder @ Toronto Raptors

Vegas Total: 211

Vegas Spread: TOR -4.0

From the Thunder, Chris Paul continues to be a consistent producer and makes a lot of sense for cash games here, but I don’t love the matchup against Lowry. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is the more GPP guy as his floor is much lower than CP3’s, but he gets a solid matchup here as the Raptors have been struggling against 2 guards, and if Schroeder is out again he makes for a great play here. Steven Adams should be a solid play here as well, and his price hasn’t risen much despite playing really well the past week and he won’t have to deal with Gasol. Lastly, Dennis Schroeder makes sense here as well if he plays, as Gallinari is likely out again. Darius Bazley makes for a deep GPP value play as well with Gallinari out.

From the Raptors, Kyle Lowry is probably still too cheap here, especially with all the injuries to the Raptors. Pascal Siakam has been ruled out indefinitely which is a huge hit to this team. Not to mention that big man Marc Gasol is out along with Norman Powell as well. Kyle Lowry will likely be the biggest beneficiary in terms of usage, he sees a 37% usage rate and 1.65 fantasy points per minute with Siakam, Powell and Gasol off the court and is playing great basketball right now. I would expect Serge Ibaka to see a massive bump as well, he’s seeing 1.2 fantasy points per minute with those two off the court. OG Anunoby and Rondae Hollis-Jefferson should also see extended run with the big men out. Fred VanVleet isn’t in the best form but should get a ton of minutes which will put him in play. Chris Boucher also makes for a really good GPP play here, as he can really pour it in, even in limited minutes, but the downside is there as well for him, so GPP only there.

5-star plays: Kyle Lowry, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (if Schroeder sits)

4-star plays: Steven Adams, Serge Ibaka, Chris Paul, Dennis Schroeder, OG Anunoby

Deeper Value: Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, Chris Boucher, Darius Bazley

GPP Sleeper: Chris Boucher, Rondae Hollis-Jefferson

Charlotte Hornets @ Memphis Grizzlies

Vegas Total: 217.5

Vegas Spread: MEM -3.5

From the Hornets, Devonte’ Graham is coming off one of his better games over the past week or so. I really do like his price as well, given the upside he has in a fast paced matchup like this. Terry Rozier is similar just a little more volatile, I don’t mind him for GPPs but I’m not really going out of my way to play him here. PJ Washington is also in play here, but I don’t like how he has looked since he’s returned. Cody Zeller and Miles Bridges are both GPP plays on a small slate like this.

Starting with the Grizzlies, Ja Morant is in pretty good form and I don’t hate the price, still more of a GPP option as the consistency hasn’t been there. Both Jaren Jackson and Jonas Valanciunas are GPP plays for me as they have flashed ceiling games but really haven’t been up there consistently. Dillon Brooks is in great form as well and makes sense as a secondary play as his shot has been falling as of late. Jae Crowder tends to also play better in these pace up games as he should see more secondary stats and is cheap as well. Brandon Clarke is also in play here as he is relatively cheap and if Jackson or JoVal get into foul trouble he’ll see additional minutes as well. Charlotte has struggled against bigs all year long, so one of these guys is going to go off.

5-star play: Devonte’ Graham

4-star play: Ja Morant, Jaren Jackson, Jonas Valanciunas, Terry Rozier, PJ Washington

Deeper Value: Cody Zeller, Dillon Brooks, Jae Crowder, Brandon Clarke

GPP Sleeper: Brandon Clarke, Jonas Valanciunas

Houston Rockets @ New Orleans Pelicans

Vegas Total: TBD

Vegas Spread: TBD

From the Rockets, James Harden and Russell Westbrook should be able to do whatever they want against this Pelicans defense, both are elite plays at their respective price tags, Westbrook has been rested on B2B’s as well, so if he does then Harden is even more of an elite play. Clint Capela sat last game, and if he does so again, then Tyson Chandler is going to need to play more minutes as the Pelicans aren’t too undersized like the Nets were last night. PJ Tucker will see more minutes if Capela is out as well. Ben McLemore and Danuel House both make sense as lineup filling value plays as well, McLemore and House are the more blowout proof of the three if that sways your opinion.

From the Pelicans, Brandon Ingram has been all sorts of consistent this season, that said, this is a bit of a pace up game for this Pelicans team, and they’re going to need him to score a ton here to keep up. Jrue Holiday has been crushing it lately, and he gets up for games like this, as he loves to face off against Harden, I would rather find the extra salary and get up to Ingram. Lonzo Ball and JJ Redick, and Derrick Favors round out some deeper GPP options for me here as well.

5-star play: James Harden, Russell Westbrook, Brandon Ingram

4-star play: Jrue Holiday, Derrick Favors, PJ Tucker

Deeper Value: Danuel House, Ben McLemore, Lonzo Ball, JJ Redick, Tyson Chandler

GPP Sleeper: Lonzo Ball, Danuel House, PJ Tucker

Sacramento Kings @ Denver Nuggets

Vegas Total: TBD

Vegas Spread: TBD

Starting with the Kings, De’Aaron Fox is likely out again, so that puts Cory Joseph firmly in play for value and at his price point he still has some upside there. If he is a full go. Marvin Bagley is also likely out again here, which is a boost to both Nemanja Bjelica and Richaun Holmes. Buddy Hield is playing great basketball right now and his price is way too low for the amount of usage he should see here. Both Harrison Barnes and Bogdan Bogdanovic, my favorite is Bogdanovic as he sees the biggest usage bump with Fox and Bagley off the court.

For the Nuggets, this is an elite spot for Nikola Jokic who is in great form as of late. This is a big pace up spot for this team and I like it as an underrated game stack. Jamal Murray has been playing really well as of late, but I don’t love the matchup against Joseph who is a really solid defender. He has flashed a massive ceiling this season but is very volatile. Will Barton is a solid GPP but very similar to Murray that he is not the most consistent. Jerami Grant will also be firmly in play here if Millsap sits this one out as well.

5-star play: Buddy Hield, Nikola Jokic

4-star play: Bogdan Bogdanovic, Jamal Murray, Will Barton, Richaun Holmes

Deeper Value: Nemanja Bjelica, Harrison Barnes, Cory Joseph

GPP Sleeper: Cory Joseph, Jerami Grant

Dallas Mavericks @ Los Angeles Lakers

Vegas Total: TBD

Vegas Spread: TBD

Luka Doncic is and elite play here today, and I’m likely going to have a ton of him, especially in the hammer game here. Kristaps Porzingis has taken a back seat since Luka has returned, but he’s in play for GPPs as the Lakers will need someone else to step up to help Luka out in the scoring department. Tim Hardaway is more of a boom-or-bust option, but definitely worth a look in GPPs, especially if you don’t think Porzingis steps up in this game.

Starting with the Lakers, it’s the LeBron James and Anthony Davis  show, LeBron is questionable while AD is expected to play. Both are elite plays as well, that said, I will not be pairing the two, you need to pick one here. If I’m picking one it is Anthony Davis, simply because he feels less injured and gets a matchup against Porzingis who is a pushover on defense. Rajon Rondo makes sense for GPPs, but nothing else I really love from this team, Alex Caruso also makes for a deeper GPP play, but his usage has taken a hit with Avery Bradley returning.

5-star play: Luka Doncic, LeBron James, Anthony Davis

4-star play: Kristaps Porzingis, Rajon Rondo

Deeper Value: Rajon Rondo, Alex Caruso, Tim Hardaway

GPP Sleeper: Rajon Rondo
