Full Court Press:

Washington Wizards @ New York Knicks

Vegas Total: 232

Vegas Spread: Nyk -3.0

Starting with the Wizards, this team is getting to the point where they’ll struggle getting five guys on the court with all their injuries. Davis Bertans, Rui Hachimura, Mo Wagner, and Isaiah Thomas are all out here. Bradley Beal has scored 56+ Draftkings points in four of his last five games making him an elite option here. The team will have no choice but to play Troy Brown big minutes here making him a very solid option at his price tag. Ian Mahinmi won’t play 30 minutes regardless of who is hurt, but he should get 20-25 in a good matchup against the Knicks. Admiral Schofield should also see around 30 minutes but just isn’t a big point per minute guy. There is some value to be had here but will be easier to decipher once we get closer to tip-off. From the Knicks, Julius Randle really hasn’t flashed his ceiling this season but in this matchup, it’s hard not to like him. Marcus Morris and Mitchell Robinson are also in great form and are getting consistent minutes, I like them both here. RJ Barrett’s price is back to a spot where we shouldn’t feel obligated to play him, with that said, this is an amazing spot for him. The point guard situation seems to be clearing up, Elfrid Payton is probably your best bet in a great matchup.

5-star play: Bradley Beal, Julius Randle, Troy Brown

4-star play: Marcus Morris, Mitchell Robinson, Elfrid Payton

Deeper Value: Ian Mahinmi, Admiral Schofield, Watch the Wizards starting lineup for more

GPP Sleeper: Elfrid Payton, Marcus Morris

Toronto Raptors @ Indiana Pacers

Vegas Total: 209.5

Vegas Spread: Ind -6.0

Starting with the Raptors, Pascal Siakam has been ruled out indefinitely which is a huge hit to this team. Not to mention that big man Marc Gasol is out along with Norman Powell as well. Kyle Lowry will likely be the biggest beneficiary in terms of usage, he sees a 37% usage rate and 1.65 fantasy points per minute with Siakam, Powell and Gasol off the court and is playing great basketball right now. I would expect Serge Ibaka to see a massive bump as well, he’s seeing 1.2 fantasy points per minute with those two off the court. OG Anunoby and Rondae Hollis-Jefferson should also see extended run with the big men out. Fred VanVleet isn’t in the best form but should get a ton of minutes which will put him in play. From the Pacers, Domantas Sabonis is questionable for this game but for the sake of this article, we will operate under the assumption that he’s in, he’s coming off of a massive game last night against the Bucks. Malcolm Brogdon was one of my favorite plays last night against the Bucks but he has just not played up to his potential as of late. Myles Turner has 30+ Draftkings points in three of his last four games and he’s in a good spot here with Siakam and Gasol out. TJ Warren and Jeremy Lamb are GPP flyers.

5-star play: Kyle Lowry, Domantas Sabonis, Serge Ibaka

4-star play:  OG Anunoby, Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, Fred VanVleet, Malcolm Brogdon, Myles Turner

Deeper Value: None

GPP Sleeper: Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, TJ Warren, Jeremy Lamb

Chicago Bulls @ Orlando Magic

Vegas Total: 209

Vegas Spread: Orl -4.5

Starting with the Bulls, Zach LaVine has 40+ Draftkings points in five of his last six games. I don’t love the spot but he’s worth a look in GPPs. Lauri Markkanen is finally back into good form, again I don’t love this game or this matchup, but you can make a case for him here for GPPs. Wendell Carter is getting the minutes but really not flashing his ceiling, he and the rest of this team are GPP plays. From the Magic, I actually like the price tag on Nikola Vucevic, this is a great matchup and he hasn’t seen any kind of minute restriction since returning from injury and is playing good basketball. Jonathan Isaac has been in good form and gets a similarly good matchup. Aaron Gordon, Markelle Fultz, and Evan Fournier are all GPP options here but I don’t love any of them.

5-star play: Nikola Vucevic,

4-star play: Jonathan Isaac, Evan Fournier, Markelle Fultz, Zach LaVine, Lauri Markkanen

Deeper Value: None

GPP Sleeper: Jonathan Isaac, Wendell Carter Jr.

Atlanta Hawks @ Cleveland Cavaliers

Vegas Total: 228.5

Vegas Spread: Cle -1.5

Starting with the Hawks, Trae Young has seen his price come WAYYY up, however it is warranted. He has 50+ Draftkings points in four straight games. I don’t love the price tag with that said, he needs to be hitting his shot to really hit his ceiling whereas a guy in a similar range to him does it in more columns than the scoring one. John Collins will return here from his suspension since he wasn’t injured I would expect he gets his normal amount of minutes, but I’m still tempted to leave him as a wait-and-see in his first game back. Alex Len is coming off of a huge game last time out and is a decent play here. Jabari Parker likely takes a hit with Collins back, I’ll fade him in this game until we see his role with Collins here. From the Cavs, Kevin Love now has 40+ Draftkings points in three of his last five games and gets a pace up game here, he’s a solid option in all formats. This is a tough matchup for Tristan Thompson here, he’s more of a secondary GPP guy. Collin Sexton has 32+ Draftkings points in three of his last four games, tough not to like him in a pace up matchup. You can make a case for Cedi Osman for value as well.

5-star play: Kevin Love, Trae Young

4-star play: Tristan Thompson, Collin Sexton, John Collins, Alex Len

Deeper Value: Cedi Osman

GPP Sleeper: Darius Garland, Collin Sexton, Jordan Clarkson, John Collins, Jabari Parker

Philadelphia 76ers @ Detroit Pistons

Vegas Total:

Vegas Spread:

Starting with the Sixers, Joel Embiid is in a good spot here and has 45+ Draftkings points in six straight games. Ben Simmons sees a good matchup as well and is playing a boatload of minutes lately, I love the upside he provides for both cash and GPPs. Both Tobias Harris and Al Horford are solid secondary options here as well. From the Pistons, Andre Drummond has 50+ Draftkings points in three of his last four games and the matchup with Embiid doesn’t really bother me. Blake Griffin is questionable here but Derrick Rose should be back, Rose is a nice GPP option. Markieff Morris is in play if Blake sits but if Blake plays I will fade. Finally, Luke Kennard continues to see 30+ minutes on a nightly basis, he is a solid secondary play.

5-star play: Joel Embiid, Ben Simmons, Andre Drummond

4-star play: Tobias Harris, Al Horford, Luke Kennard, Derrick Rose

Deeper Value: None

GPP Sleeper: Ben Simmons, Derrick Rose

Utah Jazz @ Miami Heat

Vegas Total: 212

Vegas Spread: Mia -4.5

Starting with the Jazz, Rudy Gobert has 40+ Draftkings points in seven straight games and I like his chances to keep it going here against the Heat. Donovan Mitchell has 40+ Draftkings points in five straight games, he’s a bit more volatile than Gobert and gets a tough matchup with Jimmy Butler, he’s a fade for me. With Mike Conley out Joe Ingles is my favorite beneficiary and will continue to start. Bojan Bogdanovic is a solid GPP plays as well. From the Heat, Jimmy Butler has come back to down to Earth over his past few games, the Jazz have one of the best defenses in the league, but he’s a GPP guy nonetheless. Bam Adebayo just continues to rack up huge games and now has at least 48 Draftkings points in six of his last seven, this is a tough matchup against Gobert but is a solid GPP option. I don’t like Kendrick Nunn’s price tag on Draftkings but I won’t talk you off of him and Tyler Herro for tournaments with Winslow and Dragic still out.

5-star play: Jimmy Butler, Bam Adebayo, Rudy Gobert

4-star play: Kendrick Nunn, Tyler Herro, Joe Ingles, Bojan Bogdanovic

Deeper Value: None

GPP Sleeper: Donovan Mitchell, Jimmy Butler, Bam Adebayo

San Antonio Spurs @ Memphis Grizzlies

Vegas Total: 226

Vegas Spread: Sas -1.0

Starting with the Spurs, this is a pretty nice pace up spot for them so this is a game we can look to attack them with. LaMarcus Aldridge had 32 Draftkings points in this game earlier this season, he’s a solid option in all formats here. DeMar DeRozan has seen his price dip here and really hasn’t shown off any kind of ceiling this season, he’s a fine cash option. Dejounte Murray 30+ Draftkings points in five of his last six games and seems to be getting more minutes as of late. This is an elite matchup for him and I like the price quite a bit. From the Grizzlies, Ja Morant has 35+ Draftkings points in three straight games and gets a great matchup here against a Spurs team that has struggled with point guards all season long. Jonas Valanciunas now has 40+ Draftkings points in three straight games and is an elite per-minute producer when he gets the chance, I like him for GPPs as well. Jaren Jackson has been kind of all over the place lately, he and Brandon Clarke are both secondary plays with Clarke being more cash relevant.

5-star play: Dejounte Murray, Jonas Valanciunas

4-star play: Ja Morant, Brandon Clarke, LaMarcus Aldridge, DeMar DeRozan

Deeper Value: None

GPP Sleeper:  Jaren Jackson, Brandon Clarke

Denver Nuggets @ Phoenix Suns

Vegas Total:

Vegas Spread:

Starting with the Nuggets, this is an elite spot for Nikola Jokic who is averaging 50.9 Draftkings points per game in two games against the Suns this season. Jamal Murray has 40+ Draftkings points in two of his last three games. This is a nice matchup for him and has flashed a massive ceiling this season. Will Barton is a solid GPP play but pretty volatile. From the Suns, Devin Booker isn’t in the best form, has a tough matchup, and feels too expensive, he’s a fade for me. DeAndre Ayton is out here which will open minutes back up for Aron Baynes, Frank Kaminsky, and Dario Saric. My favorite of those three would be Frank Kaminsky who has 32+ Draftkings points in two of his last four games. Ricky Rubio has played great this season but I just don’t like this matchup, he’s fine for GPP but I won’t get a ton of him. Kelly Oubre has actually been very consistent as of late, I like him here as he hasn’t been as volatile.

5-star play: Nikola Jokic

4-star play: Devin Booker, Kelly Oubre, Ricky Rubio, Jamal Murray

Deeper Value: None

GPP Sleeper: Devin Booker, Frank Kaminsky, Will Barton

New Orleans Pelicans @ Portland Trailblazers

Vegas Total: 228.5

Vegas Spread: Por -6.5

Starting with the Pelicans, Brandon Ingram has been all sorts of consistent this season. I like him a good amount here in what should be an up-tempo competitive game. Jrue Holiday has 40+ Draftkings in three of his last four games, I like him here as well. Lonzo Ball and JJ Redick wrapped up this team as GPP plays for me. From the Blazers, Damian Lillard is priced where he should be but is coming off three straight games with at least 47 Draftkings points and the Pels rank dead last in defense against opposing point guards. Hassan Whiteside is playing out of his mind right now, has a great matchup and is way too cheap, I love him here. CJ McCollum has 40+ Draftkings points in four straight games and gets the same great matchup as Lillard. Carmelo Anthony is in great form as well and is probably too cheap right now.

5-star play: Damian Lillard, Hassan Whiteside, CJ McCollum, Brandon Ingram

4-star play: Jrue Holiday, JJ Redick, Carmelo Anthony

Deeper Value: None

GPP Sleeper: Lonzo Ball, JJ Redick

Houston Rockets @ Sacramento Kings

Vegas Total: 228

Vegas Spread: Hou -5.5

Starting with the Rockets, James Harden is at a similar price tag as Trae Young and I would much prefer Harden here. He does much more in other columns whereas Young needs to get it done in the scoring column with Collins returning to the court. Russell Westbrook scored 52 Draftkings points in this matchup earlier this season, it’s tough not to like the price on him. Clint Capela has 40+ Draftkings points in three of his last four games and gets a nice matchup here. PJ Tucker will play a ton of minutes and is a fine secondary cash option. From the Kings,  De’Aaron Fox returned from injury and was vaulted right into 30 minutes so I’m not worried about him being limited here. Buddy Hield has struggled lately and I would guess it’s no coincidence that it happened with Fox and Bagley returning to the lineup. Marvin Bagley still hasn’t gone over 30 minutes since returning from injury, that said I don’t hate the price on him in hopes that he gets near that 25-minute mark. Harrison Barnes plays a ton of minutes but doesn’t do a whole lot with them. I’m not huge on Bogdan Bogdanovic with Fox back and everyone getting healthy either. Finally, you can make a case for Nemanja Bjelica if you’re multi-entering.

5-star play: James Harden, Russell Westbrook, De’Aaron Fox

4-star play: Clint Capela, Marvin Bagley

Deeper Value: Danuel House

GPP Sleeper: Buddy Hield, Nemanja Bjelica

Minnesota Timberwolves @ Golden State Warriors

Vegas Total:

Vegas Spread:

Starting with the Timberwolves, I would expect this game to have one of the highest, if not, the highest totals on the slate. Neither of these teams plays a whole lot of defenses making it great for DFS. From the Timberwolves, Karl-Anthony Towns is questionable here, but for the sake of this breakdown, we will operate under the assumption that he is in. I like him at this price point. Andrew Wiggins continues to play at a consistent clip, he’s a great play as well. Both Jeff Teague and Robert Covington are solid GPP options. From the Warriors, D’Angelo Russell is tough to predict right now as he has been very inconsistent. With that said, I do like this spot for him as the Wolves are one of the worst teams in the league against opposing guards and the price tag is fair. He’s an elite GPP play against a team that doesn’t play a lot of defense. Draymond Green came back down to Earth last game, I don’t hate him here, but more of a GPP guy as well. Alec Burks continues to play well even with Russell in the lineup, I like him as a secondary option. Lastly, Willie Cauley-Stein is a solid value for GPPs.

5-star play: D’Angelo Russell, Karl-Anthony Towns, Andrew Wiggins

4-star play: Draymond Green, Alec Burks, Willie Cauley-Stein

Deeper Value: Willie Cauley-Stein

GPP Sleeper:  Willie Cauley-Stein, Draymond Green, Alec Burks
