Full Court Press:
Utah Jazz @ Atlanta Hawks
Vegas Total: TBD
Vegas Spread: UTH -6.0
From the Jazz, Rudy Gobert has scored 40+ FanDuel points in two of his last three games and should be able to get to that point again here, he’s a solid option in all formats. The Hawks don’t have anyone that can box him out down low so he should have an easy double double here. Donovan Mitchell isn’t my favorite option here at this price tag, but he’s always worth a look in GPPs. With Conley out for the foreseeable future, point Mitchell will be a thing again. Bojan Bogdanovic has proven himself as an elite scorer this season, and he gets a really nice matchup here as the Hawks are a bad defensive team and have been struggling against SFs. Joe Ingles becomes playable again here as he’ll likely slide into the starting lineup again with Conley out and it should secure his minutes at around the 30 minute range.
For the Hawks, Trae Young is coming off of a 50 burger and should be able to do what he pleases here, he is an elite play in all formats as he is matchup proof and with Mike Conley out the matchup gets much better for him here. Jabari Parker should play here and is probable, he’s a good GPP option in a matchup that doesn’t scare me but the pace will likely be slowed down a bit here. Alex Len continues to play well and has 20+ FanDuel points in seven of his last eight games, I actually like him quite a bit here and hoping he can keep getting good minutes and he likely won’t have to see a good amount of Gobert. De’Andre Hunter is getting big minutes and is a GPP option considering the small slate.
5-star plays: Rudy Gobert, Trae Young, Donovan Mitchell
4-star plays: Jabari Parker, Bojan Bogdanovic, Joe Ingles
Deeper Value: Joe Ingles, Alex Len, De’Andre Hunter
GPP Sleeper: Alex Len, Joe Ingles
Los Angeles Lakers @ Milwaukee Bucks
Vegas Total: TBD
Vegas Spread: MIL -4.5
Starting with the Lakers, Anthony Davis to no surprise is listed as questionable here, but it looks like he’ll play in the biggest game of the year so far. For the sake of this article, I’ll operate under the assumption that he is playing, but if he were to miss I would be all in on LeBron James. LeBron is playing great basketball right now and has 50+ FanDuel points in five of his last 6 games. In a matchup such as this one, they are both great plays here as this game will likely go down to the wire. Rajon Rondo is also a nice GPP play here, as he plays 20+ minutes off the bench and can put up fantasy points in a hurry, especially in games like this.
Starting with the Bucks, Giannis Antetokounmpo should be a full go here, and is actually my favorite pay up option on this slate, unless AD ends up sitting. Giannis is the man here and has a usage rate of over 35%, I would prefer him over Harden tonight after Harden went nuclear last night. Khris Middleton seems to have made it back up to the 30-minute mark and they’ll need him to come out firing in this game as they’ll need someone other than Giannis to step up. Eric Bledsoe has already been ruled out for this game, meaning that Donte DiVincenzo will likely draw the start again here like he had been when Bledsoe was out last week. For GPPs, Brook Lopez, also sees a boost here with Bledsoe out, who you hope can get hot from three. George Hill will also be popular here for value on a small slate, and he should see 20+ minutes with Bledsoe out.
5-star play: Giannis Antetokounmpo, LeBron James, Anthony Davis
4-star play: Khris Middleton, Brook Lopez, Rajon Rondo
Deeper Value: Donte DiVincenzo, George Hill, Rajon Rondo
GPP Sleeper: Rajon Rondo, George Hill

Brooklyn Nets @ San Antonio Spurs
Vegas Total: 220.5
Vegas Spread: SAS -2.5
From the Nets, Kyrie Irving continues to be out, so fire up Spencer Dinwiddie who is one of the safer options on the slate in this matchup. The Spurs have been really bad against opposing guards so far this year, so the matchup is there as this game should be very competitive. Jarrett Allen has also been hot over the past week, but he gets a tougher matchup here against the Spurs who are a pretty solid defensive team when it comes to the front court. I’ll have some interest in Caris LeVert if he returns as well as he’s pretty cheap everywhere. Wilson Chandler is also in play for value here as he’s dirt cheap and his minutes are trending upward.
From the Spurs, LaMarcus Aldridge will be available here making him a secondary play, as the matchup is there, but he really hasn’t shown that 50+ FP ceiling that we know when he gets hot. But this matchup is as good as it gets against the Nets. This should be a high scoring game though, as neither team really plays defense so both him and DeMar DeRozan will firmly be in play for GPPs here. Dejounte Murray is going to be in play here as well, I just wish Pop would give him 30 minutes as he would smash here against the Nets, as they’ve been bleeding FPs to opposing PGs all year long, I’d much prefer him if he starts. If he gets the start again you can also fire up Derrick White as a deeper GPP value play.
5-star play: Spencer Dinwiddie
4-star play: DeMar Derozan, Dejounte Murray, LaMarcus Aldridge, Jarrett Allen
Deeper Value: Derrick White (if he starts), Caris LeVert
GPP Sleeper: Wilson Chandler
Houston Rockets @ Los Angeles Clippers
Vegas Total: TBD
Vegas Spread: LAC -5.0
Starting with the Rockets, James Harden can takeover in this game as he draws a better matchup than the rest of this Rockets squad, aside from Clint Capela. Russell Westbrook has actually looked pretty good as of late but he draw a matchup against his arch nemesis in Patrick Beverley. He’s actually a better play if Beverley is out, because there is a legit chance of both of them getting ejected in this game. Still, he’s firmly in play for GPPs. Clint Capela has the best matchup of the Rockets here, as the Clippers are really really bad against opposing centers and he has a legit 60+ FP ceiling in this matchup. Both Ben McLemore and PJ Tucker are playing big minutes right now and are solid last guy in plays.
For the Clippers, both Kawhi Leonard and Paul George are in great spots here as they lead this team with usage pretty handily. They both draw elite matchups in a fast-paced game against a Rockets team that doesn’t have a whole lot of interest in playing defense. The same can be said for Lou Williams and Montrezl Harrell who are both secondary plays but great for GPPs. However, Williams has been out the past 2 games, so if he’s out again it’s a boost to PG13 and Harrell. If Beverley sits again, he was replaced by Terrance Mann but he only played 18 minutes, the guy it seems you’ll want for value there is Derrick Walton Jr. as he played 30 minutes off the bench. If Beverley is in, he’s a great play but like I said above, him and Westbrook are arch rivals but he is pretty cheap.
5-star play: Kawhi Leonard, Paul George, James Harden, Clint Capela
4-star play: Russell Westbrook, Patrick Beverley, Lou Williams, Montrezl Harrell
Deeper Value: Derrick Walton Jr. (if Beverley sits), Ben McLemore
GPP Sleeper: Derrick Walton Jr. (if Beverley sits), Patrick Beverley
