Hi there! I’m Aaron/AFriedman15 (@AFriedman15DFS) and this is Friedman’s Fighting Five, where I will include 5 of my favorite plays from the new Prop site and DFS Army Partner Monkey Knife Fight, using information from the DFS Army NBA Research Station (RS), NBA WOWY, and other sources. I will also offer slate commentary based on DraftKings and DK pricing. Some days, when there is a smaller slate, there will be fewer picks. I will generally list them in order of personal preference. My research is focused around DK and the DK Research station, so keep that in mind. Players may be viable to varying degrees at the other sites as well. I will generally try to write Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Weekends, but I may have some spare time on other days as well.

In my articles, I will use a few terms which may or may not be familiar:
DKFPPG = DraftKings Fantasy Points Per Game
DKFPPM =DraftKings Fantasy Points Per Minute

Chicago at Atlanta:
Other than the later games, this game is pretty enticing from a DFS and an MKF perspective. Kris Dunn at $5,500 will make a lot of my DraftKings lineups, and Kevin Huerter could contend for being on of my top owned players on the slate at just $3,500 on DraftKings. Trae Young makes for a solid GPP play here, as he is rated pretty high on the Research Station (below) and gets a great aDvP matchup.

For the Bulls, I wish Lauri Markkanen was cheaper. He is feels right at his ceiling, but this is an undeniably good matchup. The only thing wrong with Lauri is is price and point per dollar potential (which cannot be understated on DK) But you know what? That’s why we love MKF. If he doesn’t make your DK builds, fire up some Lauri props on Monkey Knife Fight!

As I learn more about MKF, I am trying to go after more of the 2/3 props and the 3/4 props, which give you some flexibility if you take a chance on a guy. As of 3pm ET, John Collins was still questionable, so these 2 of these could be refunded if Collins does not end up playing. Young and Huerter are by far my two favorite Hawks, though Dwayne Dedmon would become very interesting in Collins was out.
- Zach LaVine under 24.5 points to MIN 22.5 points
- Taurean Prince under 2.5 3PM to MIN 1.5 3PM
- Trae Young over 8.5 assists to MAX 10.5 assists
- Kent Bazemore under 2.5 STL + BLK to MIN 1.5 STL + BLK
LA Clippers at Sacramento:
This game is full of fantasy goodness and I like the O/U props here too. Lou Williams is a great play here and I like him to get well into the 20s, points-wise. With Marvin Bagley III out, I do like Willie Cauley-Stein to get double digit rebounds here. Hield has been somewhat streaky with his three-point shooting and he only has one game with 4+ 3PMs in his last nine games. De’Aaron Fox is priced well across the industry and I feel like he has a very good chance of getting 8+ assists here.

- Lou Williams over 21.5 points to MAX 21.5 points
- Willie Cauley-Stein over 8.5 rebounds to MAX 10.5 rebounds
- De’Aaron Fox over 7.5 assists to MAX 8.5 assists
- Buddy Hield under 3.5 3PM to 2.5 3PM

Milwaukee at LA Lakers:
Will Giannis get his full complement of minutes? That is the big question of the slate, as we head into the late afternoon. In the meantime, I can count on LBJ to be locked in as he tries to carry the Lakers to the playoffs. My favorite Bucks from are Brook Lopez, Malcolm Brogdon, and Khris Middleton. Bledsoe should have a good game here too, and I like him to hit the over on what is essentially his season assists per game average.
- Giannis Antetokounmpo under 26.5 points to MIN 24.5 points
- Reggie Bullock over 0.5 STL + BLK to MAX 1.5 STL + BLK
- LeBron James over 28.5 points to MAX 30.5 points
- Giannis Antetokounmpo under 11.5 rebounds to MIN 9.5 rebounds
