Welcome to the DFS Army NBA 1st look article. In this article, I’ll try to give you a quick glance at the NBA slate each morning. I’ll go over some of the Vegas info and some of the Injury situations we’re monitoring throughout the league.

💥 Who’s Out? Who’s Questionable? What it means…
PHI Joel Embid – Q
He sat out last game and the Sixers got rolled by the Blazers. They were down 40 at one point and ended up losing by 34 points. With Embid off the floor Jimmy Butler leads the team with a 33% usage rate and he averages 1.36 fp/min. JJ Reddick is 2nd on the team with a 31.7% usage rate and 1.06 fp/min. Ben Simmons is 3rd with a 24.1% usage rate and 1.35 fp/min. Mike Muscala and Amir Johnson would likely pick up extra minutes (one of them will start) if Embid is out
DEN Gary Harris – Q
Harris has been out for awhile but he’s been upgraded to Questionable today. When he comes back I expect him to have some sort of minutes limit as the team works him back into the starting lineup. He will likely replace Torrey Craig in the starting lineup when he is back to 100%
NYK Emmanuel Mudiay and Enes Kanter – Q
Kanter was listed as questionable late on Monday for the game Tuesday against the Nuggets. Then he said he was Probable so he should play in this one. We’ll have to wait and see what happens with Kanter, but, if he were to miss the game Noah Vonleh and Luke Kornet would likely get time at Center.
Mudiay left the previous game late in the 4th quarter with a sprained ankled and is questionable Tuesday. If Mudiay is out Alonzo Trier, Trey Burke or Frank Ntilikina would likely enter the starting lineup. If Mudiay and Kanter miss the game Tim Hardawy Jr would get the biggest usage increase on the team at +8.9%. In those situations he averages 1.32 fantasy points per minute.
