So what is a Free Square exactly? In NBA DFS there will be situations that come up that will lead to bench players getting more minutes. Some may even enter the starting lineup. The low cost of these players will allow us to spend up across the rest of our lineups. Wich gives us the ability to lock in some high dollar studs.

My Favorite NBA Free Squares for Today – December 7th
💥 Bam Adebayo MIA PF $5,900
Hassan Whiteside is out again tonight so we’re going right back to the well here with BAM BAM. Last night he went off against the Suns scoring 43.0 fantasy points in 32 minutes. Tonight he gets a matchup vs the Clippers who allow 10% more fantasy points to centers than the league average. Don’t overthink this one just plug BAM into your cash lineups and move on.
💥 Denver Nuggets
Paul Millsap and Gary Harris are OUT tonight for the Nuggets. This is going to create a ton of value for us to attack all throughout this Nuggets roster. Trey Lyles, Juan Hernangomez, Monte Morris are all going to be solid value options tonight. Trey Lyles is only $3,600 tonight on Fanduel and with the expected increase in minutes for him he should have no problem paying off this salary. He scored 25.0 fantasy points in 19 minutes last game vs the Hornets.
Juan Hernangomez has a reasonable $5,000 price tag and should also see extened run tonight. Over his last 5 games he is averaging 27.1 fantasy points and 31 minutes per game. Tonight he gets a matchup vs the Hawks who allow 15% more fantasy points to power forwards than the league average. Atlanta also plays at a 109 pace and has a 109 Defensive Efficiency rating. You should know this by now but if not “Bad Defense + Fast Pace = Fantasy Points”.
Nikola Jokic is going to be my top play of the night Millsap and Harris out. With these two off the floor Jokic has a 36.7% usage rate +10.3% from his normal usage. He averages +13.77 more fantasy points per 36 minutes and scores a ridiculous 1.83 fantasy points per minute. I will be building everything around Jokic tonight.

💥 Kent Bazemore ATL SG $5,900
Taurean Prince will be out again tonight for the Hawks so Kent Bazemore will get the start. Last game vs the Wizards he started and scored 46.40 fantasy points in 35 minutes. Tonight the Hawks get a matchup with the Denver Nuggets who will be without starting Shooting Guard Gary Harris. Look for another solid game from Bazemore tonight as the minutes and opportunity will be locked in with Prince out.
💥 Cleveland Cavaliers
With George Hill being recently traded and David Nwaba and Rodney Hood OUT tonight all of the remaining Guards will get minutes boosts tonight vs the Wizards. Colin Sexton, Jordan Clarkson and Alec Burks are all solid options tonight and they should all play 30 minutes in this one. The Wizards are awful defensively and have a 109 defensive efficiency rating this season. They play a fast 105 pace and I’ve always said “Bad Defense + Fast Pace = Fantasy Points”. Alec Burks exploded last night with a near triple double and he’ll be one of the best values on this slate priced at only $4,000 on fanduel. Ranking these 3 from a points per dollar perspective I would rank them 1) Burks, 2) Sexton and 3) Clarkson. Rolling all 3 in 1 lineup is not out of the question in this matchup.
