Welcome to the DFS Army NBA 1st look article. In this article I’ll try to give you a quick glance at the NBA slate each morning. I’ll go over some of the Vegas info and some of the Injury situations we’re monitoring throughout the league.

💥 Who’s Out? Who’s Questionable? What it means…
NOP Nikola Mirotic and Julius Randle OUT
With Mirotic and Randle off the floor this season Anthony Davis has averaged over 2 fantasy points per minute and has a 38% usage rate. He’ll be in consideration as the top overall play on the slate. Jrue Holiday would likely receive a boost with Mirotic and Randle out as well. This will be something we need to monitor throughout the day as these two have not missed many games at the same time.
MIN Jeff Teague OUT
With Teague out Derrick Rose will start again at point guard for the T’Wolves. Last game he played 24 minutes and scored 33 DK points in a 27 point win vs the Kings.
MIL Malcom Brogdon – Q
If Brogdon is out again we’ll see a boost for Eric Bledsoe and Giannis Antetokounmpo. Tony Snell started last game for Brogon and Pat Connaughton started the previous game for him. We’ll have to wait and see who gets the starting nod Wednesday. DJ Wilson played 26 minutes off the bench as well last game.
MEM Mike Conley – Q
Missed last game and if he misses Wednesday Shelvin Mack would likely start at point guard again. He’s a risky DFS option so proceed with caution.
NYK Tim Hardaway JR – Q, Damyean Dotson Doubtful, Mitchell Robinson and Alonzo Trier OUT
Courtney Lee got the start last game and will be a viable punt Wednesday if he starts again. Emanuel Mudiay has been hot recently scoring 48.5, 29.8, 52.8 and 39.5 fantasy points in his last 4 games. With the thin backcourt for the Knicks he’ll be a popular play on Wednesday.
TOR Kyler Lowry and Serge Ibaka – Q
Fred VanVleet would likely start at point guard if Lowry is out. He has scored 37.5, 23.8, 33 and 29 fantasy points in his last 4 games. He will be a very popular play on Wednesday is Lowry is out. Pascal Siakam would get a boost if Ibaka were to miss the game along with Greg Monroe entering the mix as a drop score candidate.
BOS Al Horford OUT – Jaylen Brown – Q
Aaron Baynes will likely start for Horford but he hasn’t played more than 20 minutes in his last 3 games. Kyrie Irving gets a nice usage increase of +2.3% with Horford off the floor. If Brown were to miss Marcus Smart and Marcus Morris would get bumps for the Celtics.
