Welcome to the DFS Army NBA 1st look article. In this article I’ll try to give you a quick glance at the NBA slate each morning. I’ll go over some of the Vegas info and some of the Injury situations we’re monitoring throughout the league.

💥 Who’s Out? Who’s Questionable? What it means…
LAL JaVale McGee – Q – Brandon Ingram and Rajon Rondo OUT
Tyson Chandler started last game for McGee and scored 16.25 DK points in 20 minutes. The game was not close as the Lakers were blown out by 18 points. With Ingram and Rondo out, Kyle Kuzma is the clear #2 option this team next to LeBron. He’s been playing about 35 minutes per game and averaging around 37 fantasy points per game. Lonzo Ball has also had some monster games recently so he’ll be in play as well without Ingram and Rondo.
DAL Dennis Smith Jr – Doubtful – JJ Barea – Q
We’ll get to see some more Jaylen Brunson if Smith Jr or Barea were to miss the game. He’s been playing ok while those two deal with injuries recently. When he gets around 30 minutes he usually produces around 25 fantasy points so he’ll be a decent value option on a small slate. Luka Doncic leads the team in usage when Smith and Barea are off the floor and he averages 1.2 fantasy points per minute without them.
WAS Otto Porter OUT
Jeff Green should continue to start while Porter is out. He has started the last 3 games without Porter and has averaged around 30 DK points per game. Recently acquired Trevor Ariza should make his debut on Tuesday so that would likely cut into Jeff Green’s minutes. The matchup vs the Hawks is juicy so we’ll have to pay close attention to the Wizards lineup on Tuesday.
BKN Allen Crabbe – Q
Rodons Kurucs will likely get the start again if Crabbe is out. In the last two games he has scored over 23 fantasy points in each game. Rondae Hollis Jefferson gets a +4% usage with Crabbe off the floor and DeMarre Carroll has played well in Crabbe’s absense scoring 23 DK points per game.
IND Tyreke Evans – Q
Cory Joseph gets the biggest bump if Evans were to miss the game vs the Cavs on Tuesday. When Evans missed earlier this year Joseph played 29 minutes in each game. The matchup vs the Cavs is as good as it gets as they are terrible defensively so Victor Oladipo will be a popular option on Tuesday. His production should only go up if Evans misses the game.
DEN – Juancho Hernangomez – Q
Denver is dealing with a ton of injuries right now with Paul Millsap, Gary Harris and Will Barton all out. If Hernangomez is out Malik Beasley could get the starting nod on Tuesday.
