DFS NBA Lineup Strategies - Blande's 6th Man - Draftkings and Fanduel Advice Dec 4th

Hi there! I’m Glen but I go by Blande and you can find me on twitter as @DfsBlande . I’m a contributor and coach over here at the DFS Army.

We have a juicy five-game slate tonight! The injury news out so far has sliced this slate wide open, creating tremendous value opportunities. The lack of expensive studs also helps, making it possible to fit just about anyone in today. There is tremendous opportunity off the bench today, with more likely to open up as more injury news comes in. Let’s dive into some of these value 6th Men!

Shoutout to darthvoltron for this amazing 300k win on Sunday!

CORE PLAYS

Domantas Sabonis (7700/7200): Good player? Check! Excellent spot? Check! Hot streak? Check! Enough said, roster the man! Sabonis is on a roll, keep riding that train. All-format play.

Bogdan Bogdanovic (6600/5800): The Kings face a defensively inept and short-handed Suns team tonight. The spot is good for Bogdanovic who is in terrific form and pacing the Kings off the bench. Bogdan has a safe floor and his ceiling is high, making him an excellent play in all formats in a prime matchup.

Dwayne Wade (5700/5500): Wade has been carrying the Heat over the past few games on his shoulders. He has been doing some heavy lifting off the bench, translating his minutes and usage into fantasy points. He showed he still has the ceiling with a 52.75 DK outing versus the Raptors, but realistically with Wade you are looking for somewhere around 5-6x value. He’s capable of delivering in this good matchup. He’s a good play in all formats.

GPP PLAYS

Derrick White (4700/4200): White has been getting more minutes than Forbes even though he comes off the bench, over the past three games. He has seen over 32 MPG in his last 2 games and turned that into 26 FDPs per game. Those games where against much tougher opposition than he’ll see today against the Jazz who have been bleeding fantasy points to opposing PGs. I love White as a GPP pivot off the chalky Okobo on both sites.

Bam Adebayo (4900/4300): Adebayo burnt a lot of people last time out. You could see the smoke across the entire US as lineups went up in smoke. This is the perfect time to go back to him and leverage the low ownership he’ll garner today. You’ll probably get him at under 5% today. That’s GPP-winning type of leverage right there. It is not a play for the faint of heart and is strictly GPP.

Richaun Holmes (5500/3800): As a smart man I know said earlier today, “Richaun Holmes is going to win someone a GPP tonight”. Everything is set up for Holmes tonight. He doesn’t need much to go off, 25 minutes is more than enough for him, and with both Booker and Warren out, he would get more run. Holmes is GPP viable on FD. On DK, he is an all-format play. He’s basically a steal on DK.

Those are your Sixth Men for today. I’ll have notes covering the entire slate later on. Good luck out there tonight!
