DFS NBA Lineup Strategies - Blande's 6th Man - Draftkings and Fanduel Advice Dec 3rd

Hi there! I’m Glen but I go by Blande and you can find me on twitter as @DfsBlande . I’m a contributor and coach over here at the DFS Army.

Today’s article is VIP Only. We have a nice seven-game slate, with a lot of moving pieces. Staying tuned for late-breaking news will be extremely important today. We also have some pretty good 6th Men on the slate today, so let’s dive into it!

Shoutout to all the winners from this weekend! The Army has been on fire!

CORE PLAYS

Markieff Morris (6600/5900): Morris continues to be a beast with Dwight Howard out. His usage and minutes are all up and his fantasy performance reflects this. Today he gets a fantastic matchup against the Knicks. Count me sold in all formats on him.

Serge Ibaka (6000/5500): Ibaka has been on an underperforming streak recently. He is due a good game any day now. His price has dropped to the point where hi floor game won’t hurt you, so we can now jump back on the train. The matchup against Denver is a good one too, as the Nuggets have struggled this season defending bigs. I like him in cash and even GPPs here.

Montrezl Harrell (8300/7600): Harrell is still expensive, but not prohibitively expensive as he was yesterday. He gets a great matchup against the Pelicans who don’t defend and will see a lot of minutes here. He’s in play in all formats at potentially low ownership.

GPP PLAYS

DeAndre’ Bembry (4500/3900): Bembry has been extremely inconsistent this season, however, his upside has been clearly displayed. With the Hawks mostly healthy, there’s not a lot of minutes for Bembry in close games. However, in a game like tonight where there is a possibility the Warriors open a huge lead, Bembry has a chance to get extended run. He can crack the 30 FDP barrier if he gets 25 minutes, that makes him a good GPP value play. I like him on FD with the drop-score format.

Daymean Dotson (4200/4500): Daymean Dotson has once more burst into the Knicks rotation. He has seen over 23 minutes in each of the last three games and has put up 30+ FDPs in 2 of the 3. We all know Fizdale likes playing around with his rotation, so we need to ride this train before it dies out. Dotson is a GPP-Only play on both sites, but preferably FD.

Alec Burks (4000/3800): Burks is off to a great start with his new team, the Cavs. Two games, 24 MPG and 27 FPG. He is still relatively cheap on both sites and makes for a nice value play. With George Hill returning from injury and being eased back into the rotation, this will make minutes hard to come by, so be careful playing Burks. Keep it to GPPs only and preferably FD with the drop-score format.

Those are your Sixth Men for today. Good luck out there tonight!
