If you like making money, be sure to read all the articles our NFL staff has for you each week. If you don’t like either, take a hike. Get it? Hut Hut Hike… let’s do this Army!!
Tier 1 Draw Plays
JuJu Smith-Schuster Vs. Daryl Worley
Chris Godwin Vs. Eli Apple
Keenan Allen Vs. Darqueze Dennard
Davante Adams Vs. Robert Alford
Speaking of safe… is there a receiver in football more consistent than Adams? What a season he is having. I’ve said this the last couple of weeks, the Packers need to win to make the playoffs. This is their last chance though, not only do they need to win out. they need some help along the way. First, they need to take care of business and maybe this week they actually do. Adams has been the biggest part of the offense and that’s not changing this week either. He’s one of two guys I’m paying all the way up for often this week.
Tier 2 Draw Plays
Michael Thomas Vs. Ryan Smith
I said two! The other guy I pay all the way up for is my boy Michael Thomas. After two really poor weeks from him, it’s time to rise up yet again. You don’t really need reasons for this play do you? FINE. Buccaneers defense, a Saints offense coming off a tough loss looking to make a statement, and oh yeah last time out he caught 16/17 for 180 and a score against this team. Yes, the Saints have been spreading it around a bit lately, but make no mistake the cream always rises to the top. You can keep it down for a bit, but it will always rise.
Curtis Samuel Vs. B. Boddy-Calhoun
If you don’t use Godwin, you’re using Samuel when paying down a bit. Samuel had already been seeing an increase in snaps and targets the last few weeks and carving out a multi purpose role for himself in the ever frustrating Panther offense. Greg Olsen went down last week and we saw 11 targets from the young receiver. Not that it was ever a concern, but Denzel Ward is OUT for this game as well, so that means nothing to worry about here. It affects Funchess and Moore greater than Samuel, but he’s still in a terrific spot at a good price. All the Panthers receivers are in play, but my first choice is going to be Samuel.
D.J. Moore Vs. Phillip Gaines
I told you they were all in play. My number two though is Moore as he’s priced to value this week in my opinion. That doesn’t change the fact that he has 8+ targets in three straight and a big time ceiling. This game actually profiles to me as a sneaky shootout and that’s the type of game I want to use Moore in. Gaines has been pretty decent overall this season keeping his target rate down to about 15% but that number should play over with a few extra targets to go around for Carolina.
Amari Cooper Vs. Sidney Jones
Value Town
I am quantifying value on each site by price where on FanDuel I am looking for players priced below 6K and DraftKings priced below 5k. These are the guys in GPP’s that are those targeted punts that we need to beat large fields and walk away with the trophy.
Think about this for a moment, you look at the teams at the top and say to yourself, “How in the world did this guy think rostering player X was a good idea?” Well, these are the guys who allow you to get all the heavy hitters in the same lineup. You want a swag bag, you want the big bucks, these are the guys in week 14 I think could help you get there.
FanDuel DraftKings
- Jarvis Landry 5.8K 1 . Adam Humphries 4.9K
2. Tre’Quan Smith 5.7K 2. Mike Williams 3.9K
3. Dante Pettis 5.5K 3. Larry Fitzgerald 4.9K
4. Willie Snead 4.7K 4. Demaryius Thomas 4.1K
5. Courtland Sutton5.6K 5. Antonio Callaway 3.9K
