DFS NBA Lineup Strategies - Blande's 6th Man - Draftkings and Fanduel Advice Nov 30th

Hi there! I’m Glen but I go by Blande and you can find me on twitter as @DfsBlande . I’m a contributor and coach over here at the DFS Army.

Today’s article is VIP Only. We have a massive 11-game slate on our hands tonight. Even so, there are so many moving parts and injury scratches that everyone should be playing smart tonight. With all the news and scratches, the bench is proving to be a little weak tonight. That said, there are still a handful of solid options we can go to. Pricing is FD/DK, let’s dive in!

The wins just keep piling up in the DFS Army this month! Congrats to Kingmoe for this takedown!

Congrats to hokierob too!

CORE PLAY

Julius Randle (7300/6900): Randle is a stud who comes off the bench behind AD. The matchup today is a favorable one for him, and while he is pricey, he can make/exceed value tonight in this matchup. He is a nice candidate for Hybrid lines and is a core play on this slate.

Terrence Ross (5000/4900): Ross has seen a nice uptick in his usage and minutes over the past three games. The matchup against the Suns is an excellent one since the Suns don’t really defend anyone. Add in the possibility of both Aaron Gordon and Jonathon Simmons beings out today, and you have the makings of a huge game for Ross. He’s a core all-format play if both Gordon and Simmons are out.

Ellie Okobo (4400/3000): With the release of Isaiah Canaan, Okobo has moved into the backup point guard role. He had an excellent game last time out and is expected to be chalky tonight. Okobo and Frazier will draw heavy ownership with Frazier being higher. Okobo can be utilized as a value play in cash/hybrid lineups and could work as a pivot off the chalkier Frazier in GPPs.

GPP PLAYS

Richaun Holmes (5100/3600): Holmes is very nearly a core play today. I like him a lot on DK where he is just too cheap for the production he has been putting up. On FD, his elevated price relegates him to strictly GPP status. Add in Aaron Gordon being out and the Magic probably going small ball and the upside to Holmes here might be a little limited. He’s a fine GPP play today, especially on DK.

Devin Harris (4200/3400): Devin Harris has been all over the place since returning from injury. That said, the guy is a pure scorer who has put up some really nice games in very limited minutes. Today he gets the poor Lakers guard defense. While Harris is not getting the minutes to completely kill at his price level, he is still capable of hitting 10-12x on DK at his current price. This makes him an excellent GPP play there. He is also playable on FD in the drop-one format.

JaMychal Green (4600/4300): With Marc Gasol questionable, JaMychal Green hangs in the wings, ready to capitalize. If we get news that Gasol is out tonight, it’ll be hard to find better value than Green. In this scenario, he’ll see a boost in minutes against a Nets team that struggles mightily rebounding and stopping Centers. Yes, please!

Those are your Sixth Men for today. Good luck out there!
