Finally! NBA is back! This Scene from Anchorman is kind of how I felt when NBA was gone. I am pumped for this 6 game slate, and I know you guys are ready to get down to it as well. As always, I am in #The-Loose-Goose-Nba prior to lock helping people out.

Brooklyn at Charlotte (215.5)(-8)
I’m surprised both these teams have yet to play one another this year. We have a rising total here, and the third highest pace on the board. Both teams have some glaring weaknesses according to the aDvP Chart. However, one thing that stands out to me is Nicolas Batum. He has roasted these Nets every single time he has played them. When you see something like this, you need to just jump on and enjoy the ride. I’ll be playing Batum everywhere tonight. Kemba’s price is ridiculous on both sites. I’d rather just go get curry who has the higher upside in a faster game. Brooklyn has struggled vs Centers all year. Howard is in a smash spot. For Brooklyn, I really like Allen Crabbe here. He starts at the 2 and Charlotte is weak vs the 2. His price is still very affordable on both sites. He is shooting the ball 15-20 times and just grabbing 30 fantasy points game in, game out. I guess it will take a 50 point game for his price to finally go up. It could be tonight. Russell is slowly coming back into form, but I only like him for GPPs. I do think he is almost there. Quincy Acy is getting 30 minutes and is near min price. He is a fine salary saving option, but he can give you 10 points or 30 points. I don’t trust him in cash. By the way, if you want to guess between Marvin Williams or Frank Kaminsky, go right ahead. Both are near min price. I’d lean towards Kaminsky if your roster construction took you there.
BATUM: His history vs the nets is hard to ignore. Not often Batum becomes a cash option, but today he is.
Howard: Only person who can stop Howard tonight, is Howard himself.
Crabbe: Great price for someone who chucks 15+ shots a game. Imagine if he decided to get steals and rebounds.
New York at Orlando (215)(-3)
I hate Frank Vogel. We all hate one coach in the NBA, and he is that guy for me. Anyways, this total is rising between two bad teams. On the Knicks, you have Mudiay who is going to be starting tonight. Mudiay is a great cash option tonight! His floor increases with the starter minutes, and he has a great ceiling vs a bad Orlando team. You don’t need to get cute with Frank Ntilikina tonight. I also love Beasley for cash tonight as well. He is going to continue to give you 30-40 at 7k. His floor is cash safe. Hardaway Jr found his shot last time out, and his ankle seems to be looking great! I love him in GPPs, and I won’t be surprised if he makes his way into my cash lineups as well. I don’t have any interest in Kanter with Vucevic back. Vucevic is a very capable defender. For Orlando, I only like Nikola Vucevic. He was my favorite cash center tonight until this minute “limit” came about. Frank Vogel said, “I want to keep their minutes at a reasonable amount”. Whatever that means. I still like Vuc for GPPs, and might even roll him out in cash. He is going to smash Kanter. No interest in anyone else from Orlando due to usage being split with these two guys back. I also see Gordon being the one who would get his minutes restricted more than Vuc will.
BEASLEY: Safe Floor. 30-40 is going to happen.
Mudiay: Another safe Floor. Load him up in Cash.
Hardaway Jr: I love him for GPPs, but he makes me a bit uneasy for cash.
Vucevic: The minute restriction hoopla might get me off him for cash, but I love him in GPPs. He is going to smash Kanter.
Washington at Cleveland (221)(-5.5)
This game has a high total, but interestingly enough has 2nd lowest pace on the board. This game is really clear cut for me for options. It is Bradley Beal and Lebron James. Satoransky and Nance would be my two GPP targets. I could very well see Cleveland blowing Washington out tonight. If that happens, Both Beal and James won’t hit value. I absolutely hate Beal’s price tonight. With that said, I will be fading Beal in all formats. Lebron is going to be the highest owned stud, and he has killed in this matchup. These teams hate one another. I just don’t see Washington being able to keep up with Cleveland without Wall. I will be fading Lebron tonight on FD in Cash to build more of a balanced lineup. On DK though, I would start my lineups with Lebron.
Philadelphia at Chicago (213.5)(+7)
I understand the Nwaba move but don’t really understand moving Felicio to the starting lineup. With that said, I love this game for dfs purposes. It has the value we need, and the studs as well. Lock Felicio in DK and Fade on FD. Lock Nwaba on both sites. Kris Dunn is my favorite point guards on the slate. He used to be almost 8k when he was healthy, and he will see full minutes and is only $6400/$6800??? Please and Thank you. Ben Simmons is my mortal lock tonight. No one on Chicago will stop him and he will just feast and eat babies. I don’t see how he doesn’t get a triple-double tonight. Feel free to pair Embiid and Simmons together and get yourself 100 points. That is what I will be doing.
NWABA: Min price and can get me 30. That is my criteria for min price and he met it.
SIMMONS: The question isn’t IF he will get a triple-double, it is how quick will he get it.
DUNN: Price is too low. He will be back to 7.5k+ after he drops 40.
Embiid: I am worried he might not hit value if this game gets out of hand. Otherwise, he is good for 50+.
OKC at Sacramento (214)(+7.5)
Slowest game on the board. Most expensive player on the slate. I am fading Russell in cash and will be underweight in GPPs. He can blow up anytime, but he has two 45 point games vs these awful kings already. The Kings are his Kryptonite. I do like Carmelo Anthony here. He has had success and could easily get 30-40 tonight. FOX is out. Buddy Hield skyrocketed to one of the more chalky plays tonight. He was already a sneaky gpp play for me, and now instantly jumped into my cash lineups. Skal is under-priced but he won’t blow your socks off. He will get you 20-30 points and that is it. He is a good cash option. Justin Jackson is a nice pivot off Nwaba.
HIELD: His floor became cash viable with fox being out, and his upside is 50.
Clippers at Golden State (234)(-11)
Highest total and highest pace on the board. If this game turns into a blowout that will mean the warriors put up 130+. So let’s not worry about that. I love Draymond Green here. He is going to get a triple-double tonight and crush value. For GPP, I want to pair him up with either Steph or KD. Both can go off. I would lean towards going Steph over KD. Mainly because if you are already going to KD, you might as well just go get Lebron. For the Clippers, Austin Rivers is going to get all the minutes he can handle tonight. Bradley is out and he will see 35 minutes at 5k. Load him up in Cash and GPP. Stack this game, and don’t forget to add Lou Williams. If he catches fire, he can win you a GPP. His floor is also fairly safe as of late. He torched this same GS team for 50 real points last time they met.
GREEN: Triple Double waiting to happen for the mouth breather
RIVERS: 35 minutes in a fast-paced game. Yes Please
Williams: GPP winning ceiling.
Curry: He is my go-to GPP pivot tonight off the chalk point guards. I won’t be surprised if he ends up in the 100k lineup tonight.
