It happened again. I cannot make this stuff up if I wanted to. This past weekend on FanDuel and DraftKings, we had a member win $250,000! This is our 8th member in the last 60-days to win between $50,000-$250,000! The DFS Army helmets are up and down the standings across all DFS platforms and our membership is closing in on 2,000 because of it. We have enormous momentum, no doubt about it.

On Sunday, in the $250 Sun NFL Do You Want More large field GPP, member “dbarlow87”, who also has a live final seat and had a $40,000 winning night a few weeks ago, took down first place and walked away with a life-changing $250,000!

If you want to read about this $250,000 win and seven more $50,000 – $150,000 winning lineups, go ahead and read this article!
Before we get started I just wanted to post this here just in case any of OUR members missed it on our VIP Slack the other morning. We’ve had four qualifier seats won on DK, several on FanDuel, eight wins between $50,000 and $250,o00 and dozens of 5-digit winning lineups by members over the past 60-days. I sent this little message out in Slack because recently our members keep praising the staff in Slack for all our extra one-on-one work and discussions. This goes out to all of you, the best members in the universe:

Guards
Kyle Lowry has a usage rate of 21.5% but is averaging 1.07 FP/Min and 35.1 Min/G. His usage rate is actually one of the lowest of all starting point guards on Friday but his minutes and FP/g are both in the top eight.
Lowry dismantled Eric Bledsoe up and down the court in their last matchup on New Years Day. Lowry played 41 minutes and scored 45.20 FanDuel points. His usage rate also has seen a spike recently as he has finished with a rate above 24% in five of the last seven games.
He will be low-owned because people could be worried about the offense flowing through DeMar DeRozan (who is an easy fade tonight as it took him 29-shots to score his 74.00 points against the Bucks which I doubt happens again).
Eric Bledsoe is going to go under-owned today and could be someone who will be in a few winning GPP lineups by the end of the night.
Game log watchers are going to start Goran Dragic who is a bit cheaper on both sites while savvy DFS players will go back to the well with Bledsoe. Bledsoe has scored more than 36 fantasy points in five of the last seven games, including three games of 50’sh points.
If we throw away the Pacers stinker, Bledsoe has had a usage rate over 25% in eight straight games. He also played at a very fast individual pace against the Raptors and likely will be the lead dog as Giannis Antetokounmpo will have his hands full with OG Anunoby, who is turning into an elite defender as the season progresses. OG also played a season-high 34-minutes against the Bucks because he was doing such a good job guarding Giannis.
Tyreke Evans has been in my Slack Coaching Notes (for members only on Slack) for about three weeks now anytime he’s on the slate. He continues to be one of the premier cash game options on both FanDuel and DraftKings.
His 27.1% usage rate, 35 FP/G, and 1.14 FP/Min are his season-long averages. However, over the last nine games, he has scored over 40-points eight different times. He has had a usage rate of 28% in all but just one of those games. He’s clearly outperforming his price tag and his role on the offensive has increased dramatically.
Mario Chalmers might get talked up today which would take me off of him if he becomes chalky. However, Andrew Harrison is likely out for Friday and if that happens Chalmers would be the only other ball-handler on the team. The last two games that Harrison missed while Conley was also out, Chalmers played 29 and 34 minutes, turning in 22 and 28 fantasy point performances on FanDuel.
He is a solid salary saver today if Harrison is out. Because he has burned people in the past, I won’t blame you if you kept him to only GPP. I really like him as a pivot off of Terry Rozier, who is still at a discounted price and performing extremely well over the last five games.
Dennis Smith Jr is going to squeeze the orange for a team that is projected to score 8.0 more points than their season-long average. Anytime we get a team that has the potential to have a 9% increase in scoring means that the offensive weapons could be in for a nice game.
The Mavericks are in a pace-up game and actually have the second largest pace increase on the entire slate. Smith Jr has a 26.4% usage rate and is scoring .92 FP/Min. I like him on both FanDuel and DraftKings for GPPs only.
Malcolm Brogdon is a safe cash game play at a discount. If you don’t want to pay up at shooting guard I really like Brogdon. His price is sub-5k on both FD and DK. He’s averaging 30.3 Min/G and .79 FP/M. Neither are groundbreaking numbers but he’s consistent and provides us with a nice floor for cash games while allowing us to pay up for some of the superb mid-tier talents on Friday’s slate.
Wes Matthews is the exact opposite of Brogdon. Wes can put up a 38 point fantasy score or a 13 point fantasy score. He’s at the same price point as Brogdon but is a much more volatile option. If looking for value I believe Wes can be a difference maker in GPPs due to his price and the potential the Mavs offense has against the Bulls.
Donovan Mitchell is going to be low owned on Friday. While the crowd pays down for a handful of shooting guards in good spots at cheaper price points, we can be savvy GPP players and pay up a little bit to build our own unique lineup.
The Jazz are leaning heavily on him to be their primary play-maker and scorer, as evidenced by his 26% usage rate over the last 11-games. On the season, that’s actually higher than Jimmy Butler’s usage rate!
Jimmy Butler might go under-owned today against the strong defense of the Celtics. However, he is playing incredibly heavy minutes and his usage rate is nearly 29% over the last two weeks. I don’t care about tough matchups when discussing elite players. Butler is a fantastic option for cash and GPP alike on DraftKings, although his FanDuel price is a bit too rich for my blood.
His consistency combined with his ceiling is why he is the ideal “ladder system” option for the DFS Army. The ladder system is a revolutionary investment strategy that we created to increase our ROI potential based on the type of players we pick combined with the types of contests we use them in. It’s a very specific strategy and something we work on with our members in Slack every single day.
I’ll break down a very sharp game stack with game theory for large field GPPs (hint, it begins with Butler) included in my Notes that you can find in our VIP Member Slack where we have 57,000 Weekly Messages among our 2,000 members and 19-staff.

Forwards
Kawhi Leonard is still priced down across the industry and has a superb matchup against the Pheonix Suns. It’s a mammoth pace-up game for the Spurs and they are implied to score 10 more points than their season-long average.
Leonard took 20-shots on Tuesday against the Knicks and played 30-minutes while finishing with a 36.54% usage rate. Even if we hear that he has a 30-minute cap he obviously is still in play.
If you want the rest of my forward plays, including a superb large field GPP approach by stacking 2/3 forwards from one game, you’re going to have to join up and check out my updated “Slack Notes” that I will release an hour prior to lock. All three of our full-time NBA coaches release updates “Notes” based on the news cycle and ever shifting NBA DFS landscape.
