Welcome to the week 10 edition of Kickers Corner.  I hope you are ready for some football because I know I sure am.  We now have a new President Elect, and the season is quickly running out of time.  So let’s not waste any time, and get right into the review.

Review of Week 9

Recap

How did this week go for you?  I sadly did not make it into New Mexico, so I did not get a chance to play a single kicker this week.  I did love Santos, so hopefully you played a lot of him.  I know after talking kickers in Slack, that Santos was my hard push, and it worked out.  Overall it was a solid week, as almost no one on the list would have killed you.

Player to  Long Term Fade

Janikoski goes into a bye, with my plan being to keep him on the fade list, but we will see how that changes next week.  Still I like him at most as a GPP play, but he has shown that he can put more than just one big game.

Short Term Fade

Boswell is playable, but not someone I will often target.  Pitt is either too good at moving the ball, or not good enough.  We probably will have to hit him here and there, but overall there will be to many question marks for me.

Gano Gano Gano…What will we do with you.  I am not sure he deserves the fade list, but I also do not think I want to put him into play.  He will be a big question mark most weeks, and I think the safe call is to just leave him off our rosters.

Quick How to Pick a Kicker

• Pick kickers on teams who are favored to win or be in close high scoring games.
• Focus on kickers who have the ability to kick with high accuracy from long ranges.
• Find kickers who are in domes or where weather is not an issue.
• Worry about price last, focus on ability to score points first.
