Boomer's Baller's: NBA DFS 11/9/2016

Good Morning! Or whenever you are reading this.  It’s the biggest day of the week for the NBA so that means we have a ton of things to get to for this 11 game slate.  Tonight is a perfect night to not get cute, not worry about ownership unless in huge field tournaments, and to take a stand on the players we like.  You aren’t going to be able to get everyone you like into your lineups, so it’s critical that you don’t try and you focus on a core that you LOVE to give yourself the best chance at having success.

Some things we are looking towards for tonight.  James Harden hasn’t scored more than 50 FDP since 2014 against the Spurs.  We talked yesterday about situations and taking new circumstances into our analysis when it comes to making player decisions.  I’m very interested in what the field is going to do here as there isn’t anyone hotter in the NBA than Harden.  However, something will have to give tonight.  With the new style of basketball that the Rockets are playing, does this allow Harden to get over the “hump” against the Spurs?  Or does Kawhi Leonard lock him down again and neutralize the play making ability that Harden has shown this season?

We have the ultimate “Revenge Game” when the Mavericks take on Golden State tonight as Harrison Barnes, Zaza Pachulia, and Andrew Bogut face off against their former team.  We also have the Curry brothers facing off against eachother after each one had a career night in back to back nights.  The game has a line of 16 points currently, but if it somehow stays close, this could be a game stack that could do some major damage in tournaments.

Tonight is a night to make sure that you are paying attention to all the injury news.  We have a lot of later scenarios that could end up taking place as the night goes and we want to make sure we do everything in our power to not get burned by it.

GREEN: My Core. My favorite plays of the night. These are guys that I am building my rosters around.

YELLOW: Value options that are safe for both Cash Games and tournaments. When it comes to Value. I don’t really discriminate between the two types of games. These are guys that I feel are going to be highly owned across the sites no matter the game type.

BLUE: These are players that I believe are very capable of giving you a fantastic breakout game at low ownership for tournaments. These are also guys that no matter what their price is, could completely bomb and not pay off their salary. As Kevin would say, these are NOT SAFE FOR CASH! (NSFC)

LETS GO MAKE THAT MONEY!!!
