Sandhagen $9300 vs. Font $6900

I am taking stands this week with which fights I am targeting, and the Co-Main and Main events will be the two places I do that. Over a five-round fight, either guy could accumulate a ton of volume on the feet before landing a late finish. Or someone could get knocked out early enough to hit the quick finish bonus. Regardless, I don’t see how the fight doesn’t score well. I like Sandhagen, as he can wrestle and strike, which has been shown throughout fighting quality opponents. Font is not very active and is 2-2 over his last 4, with a recent win over Yanez. Watching the film and comparing the two, I think Cory has the better-rounded skill set and will win. Both fighters average 100 pts on DK, and it is five rounds. Lock this fight in as core in 150 max and lean to the favorite.

Suarez $9500 vs. Andrade $6700

Boser $8700 vs. Camur $7500

Anytime a big guy goes down in weight, I go the other way. When that guy is Tanner Boser, who has a ceiling of about 100 and needs a finish even to get that… I go with the fade on the favorite. Camur is nothing to write about, but two years off and working in a decent camp. Why not? Both guys are not very good but keep in mind with the weight cut; a weakened Boser could get starched. It will be a dog or pass for betting, and DK.

Bahamondes $9100 vs. Klein $7100

We have a talented prospect who can land a submission on the ground fighting. He is fighting a Klein who recently lost submission to “Nate the Train” but won a decision over Mason Jones. However, we can’t give too much credit for that, as the fight could have gone either way. Bahamondes is 5-1 with two KO/TKO and one submission wins. He should get the submission again here, but DK depends on the finish to produce a decent score. Even with his finish over Roberts, he only scored 104. Klein’s volume sucks as well, and it will be an ugly decision if he wins. I am looking to fade the fight, possibly, but I may keep Bahamondes for GPP purposes.
