Grasso $9000 Vs. Araujo $7200

The line to Impact Lean: Under 4.5 +180, Grasso KO/TKO/DQ +380

If you watch my videos, you know I am conflicted with this fight, not with who wins, because that is Grasso. However, I am conflicted about whether I want to go ALL IN on the fight. My logical mind is saying YES! My heart is saying maybe not. Here is why:

• I like that Grasso is only 9k  as a -225 favorite in a 5-round fight
• Grasso is the superior fighter in almost all areas
• Also, Grasso has a nice +150 decision line that tells us she could go the distance accumulating volume/fantasy points in the process

Here is what my heart is telling me:

• Araujo knows she is outmatched and will keep a range
• Araujo could take down Grasso and make this greasy and boring
• Everyone will probably be in the fight. Are there spots for leverage?

My gut is telling me instead of going ALL IN, have a crap ton of Grasso and full fade Araujo. If Araujo gets upset, I think it will be a boring fight with low volume. Therefore, I will likely go with my logical brain and go ALL IN, having a fair amount of both relative to the field.

Askarov $9200 Vs. Royval $7000

The line to Impact Lean: Over 2.5 -135

This is simple, Royval is weaker and will need to hit a submission to win. I don’t see him winning in a fight that goes the distance, as that will mean he is more than likely dominated pillar to post from the jump. However, he does have a chance to land a submission as this goes to the ground. Do I think he hits his +500 submission tag?? NO!

On the other side, as noted before, I could see Askarov dominating the fight and getting control time, leading to an excellent score. He has quality wins, including one of Pantoja. That said, he has a TD upside and the ability to land a submission (+500 R1). I like Askarov this week, and I like him a lot because he has multiple paths to a strong score on DK.

That l be heavy on this fight with a moderate amount of the dog here.

Maximov $8300 Vs. Malkoun $7900

The line to Impact Lean: Over 2.5 -280

I think this one is sneaky because the field is always chasing those fights with a finish. I think this fight could go to a decision and score great for either fighter. Both fighters have a ton of potential to get over 100 ftpts, as Maximov has gotten as many as 11 Takedowns in one fight! The lines are close, which tells us we have a dog with a shot here, and Malkoun is +165 to get a decision. With that said, I am going all in on this fight, and I like the winner to land multiple takedowns and get control time in a decision win!

Cub Swanson $7400

I think Cub is a good fighter, and I will always like him at $7400 as he is +175 M/L with +550 to get a KO/TKO/DQ if ifan gets a finish or high-volume. I don’t see many worlds where he is not optimal. Cub is my dog shot for the week!
