But, you’ll mostly find me in our VIP coaching forums where I provide detailed lineup maneuvers and answer all lineup questions. With that said, let’s get it started!

Full Court Press:

New Orleans Pelicans @ Dallas Mavericks

Vegas Total: 233

Vegas Spread: DAL -9.5

For the Pels, Brandon Ingram continues to play great and has 40+ FanDuel points in 6 of his last 9 and he’s actually coming off a dud game against Phoenix where he should bounce right back, he’s about as consistent as they come right now and draws a solid matchup tonight, as the Pels will rely on his scoring to try and keep pace in this game. Jrue Holiday continues to play well but I think his ceiling is a little limited here if both Lonzo and Hart play. Derrick Favors has already been ruled out, which will open up some playing time for Jaxson Hayes along with Jahlil Okafor. JJ Redick is also pretty cheap here and has been shooting the ball really well. For really deep GPPs you can get on Lonzo Ball as well, as he’s been hot the past few games and seeing more of the court.

For the Mavericks, it’s really two guys here for me, Luka Doncic and Kristaps Porzingis. Porzingis will be the lower owned of the two, but Luka is an elite play even at his elevated price tag. I expect both of these guys to show out here tonight, as the Pels are an exciting young team that play at a fast paced which is right in specifically Luka’s wheelhouse. If you have to go anywhere else on the Mavericks, Tim Hardaway Jr. is in play if he continues to start, but he is very scoring dependent, but the Mavs have been using him a ton lately as his shot has been falling.

5-star plays: Luka Doncic, Brandon Ingram

4-star plays: Jrue Holiday, Lonzo Ball, Kristaps Porzingis

Deeper Value: Tim Hardaway Jr., Dorian Finney-Smith

GPP Sleeper: Dorian Finney-Smith, Tim Hardaway Jr.

Cleveland Cavaliers @ Philadelphia 76ers

Vegas Total: TBD

Vegas Spread: PHI -11.5

From the Cavs, Kevin Love has already been ruled out for this game. Larry Nance now becomes one of the better mid to low range plays on the slate again tonight. This also a pretty good matchup for Tristan Thompson, the Magic have struggled with post players with Vucevic off the court. He has had a double-double and gone for 33+ FanDuel points in three of his last 4 games. Collin Sexton also has 30+ FanDuel points in three of his last 4 and should see some added usage with Love off the floor again tonight.

From the Sixers, Joel Embiid has already been ruled out for this game which puts the rest of the Sixers starting 5 all in great spots against a bad Cavs defense. Ben Simmons is coming off a great game last time out and is a triple-double threat every time he takes the court, and he is actually the biggest beneficiary of having Embiid off of the court. Tobias Harris and Al Horford are in very similar spots as well, where they both see a nice usage bump with Embiid off the court as well. Josh Richardson has already been ruled out for this one, which means Furkan Korkmaz will likely get the start, but James Ennis is the guy I will want from a DFS perspective. For deeper value we may even get a Kyle O’Quinn night if he starts for Embiid, so keep an eye out there as he’s already been ruled available for tonight’s game.

5-star play: Ben Simmons, Al Horford

4-star play: Tobias Harris, Tristan Thompson, Larry Nance

Deeper Value: James Ennis, Kyle O’Quinn, Collin Sexton

GPP Sleeper: Kyle O’Quinn

Indiana Pacers @ New York Knicks

Vegas Total: 207.5

Vegas Spread: IND -6.0

Gotta be honest, don’t love this game. But we will start with the Pacers, Domantas Sabonis has seen his price dip but gets a decent matchup against the lazy Knicks frontcourt. I don’t have any issue with him for cash games. The same can be said for Malcolm Brogdon and Jeremy Lamb although they are more of secondary plays on such a a smaller slat like this as this game has by far the lowest total on the night. Lastly, Myles Turner and TJ Warren have both flashed upside this season so they are worth a shot if you’re multi-entering.

For the Knicks, Marcus Morris has been a little bit off lately, but his price is in a playable range, although I’m not going out of my way to play him. Julius Randle continues to play big minutes but is sort of bland in them, he’s a fine option in all formats and the matchup isn’t great downlow against Sabonis and Turner. RJ Barrett’s price has finally come up, I don’t hate him for GPPs but not someone that I’m seeking out. Frank Ntilikina is also a deeper GPP play as his price is still pretty cheap across all sites. Given this low total and two bland teams, I don’t think you need many pieces from this game.

5-star play: None

4-star play: Domantas Sabonis, Malcolm Brogdon, Jeremy Lamb, Marcus Morris, RJ Barrett, Julius Randle

Deeper Value: Frank Ntilikina, Justin Holiday

GPP Sleeper: Justin Holiday

Phoenix Suns @ Houston Rockets

Vegas Total: 240.5

Vegas Spread: HOU -10.0

Starting with the Suns, Devin Booker is the most expensive guy on the team but this is due to the ceiling he has, not his floor. In a matchup like the one he has tonight, this could be one of his ceiling games as this Rockets team doesn’t play defense and doesn’t defend the perimeter either. We saw one of his ceiling games last time out, and I think we can get close to a repeat performance from him here. However, if you’re looking for safety at a position/salary Ricky Rubio has been the far more consistent player this season, and he played really well last game, but the Rockets have been surprisingly tough on opposing PGs so far this year. Kelly Oubre is a guy that I like to get to in GPPs because of his massive ceiling, especially in a fast paced game like this where the total is over 240. Dario Saric has been playing really well, and with Baynes already doubtful you can fire up Frank Kaminsky once again and it’ll also make Cheick Diallo playable again for value.

For the Rockets, it always is going to come down to whether you want to roster, Russell Westbrook or James Harden as the two of them still do eat into each others usage. Tonight is more of a Harden night in my opinion, as he tends to get up for big games like this, like we saw two game against the Spurs where he went nuclear and this Suns team is no joke. Clint Capela is expected to play tonight as well, and will draw a decent matchup, but not easy by any standard against Kaminsky (or Baynes if he suits up). Ben McLemore will be in play as well if he starts again, as he started last time out despite Danuel House being back, but on a small slate he’d be one of the better value options. I also like House if he starts, so depending on who starts, that’s your value play for the night right there.

5-star play: James Harden, Russell Westbrook, Devin Booker

4-star play: Clint Capela, Ricky Rubio, Kelly Oubre, Frank Kaminsky, Dario Saric

Deeper Value: Dario Saric, Frank Kaminsky, Cheick Diallo, Ben McLemore, Danuel House

GPP Sleeper: Cheick Diallo, Frank Kaminsky

Memphis Grizzlies @ Utah Jazz

Vegas Total: 219

Vegas Spread: UTA -11.5

From the Grizzlies, Ja Morant will be out for a few weeks which vaults Tyus Jones into the starting point guard role for this team. Tyus Jones will start once again, but his price is starting to catch up a little, but he’s still way too cheap on FanDuel. The matchup for him will also be better if Mike Conley sits again tonight. Just as Jonas Valanciunas was starting to get rolling, he’s going to hit the buzzsaw that is Rudy Gobert down low and I expect this Grizzlies team to struggle tonight. Jaren Jackson and Jae Crowder are GPP options to round out this game but I don’t see this one staying too close. With Brandon Clarke also already ruled out, if you think this game gets out of hand Bruno Caboclo could see some solid garbage time minutes as well.

Starting with the Jazz, Donovan Mitchell has been shooting the ball really well, but in a slower paced game like this I’m not going out of my way to play him, unless Conley is ruled out again and we’ll see point Mitchell, then I’ll have some interest especially with it being the hammer game. Rudy Gobert is in play here as well, as he draws a nice matchup against JoVal who is too soft downlow to compete with the Stifle Tower. Bojan Bogdanovic finally had a bit of an off game but has been one of the more consistent options on this team, he’s in play as well, if his shot is falling he’s going to be deadly, Joe Ingles can also provide for some value here, especially if this game gets out of hand.

5-star play: Rudy Gobert

4-star play: Donovan Mitchell, Bojan Bogdanovic, Jonas Valanciunas

Deeper Value: Tyus Jones, Jaren Jackson, Jae Crowder

GPP Sleeper: Tyus Jones, Bruno Caboclo
