Full Court Press:

Charlotte Hornets @ Cleveland Cavaliers

Vegas Total:

Vegas Spread:

Pace: Cle +2.3

Cleveland is obviously eliminated from postseason contention, but the Hornets need to win to try and climb into that eight seed in the Eastern Conference. I would expect Kemba Walker to shoulder the load in there final games and try to get them there. However, he has struggled in three games against the Cavs this season, averaging less than 40 Draftkings points per game. With that said, the Cavs rank 29th in defense against opposing point guards, he’s in play here. Jeremy Lamb, on the other hand, has performed very well against the Cavs this season, and they rank 24th in defense against opposing shooting guards. Frank Kaminsky has turned it up a notch and makes sense as a secondary play. From the Cavaliers, Brandon Knight has received at least 25 minutes in six straight games, he’s a fine value, although I expect better plays to open up before lock. Kevin Love and Tristan Thompson won’t play tonight, which should launch Larry Nance and Ante Zizic into play. Cedi Osman may also see some extra fantasy production.

5-star play: Kemba Walker, Larry Nance, Ante Zizic

4-star play: Jeremy Lamb, Frank Kaminsky, Cedi Osman

Deeper Value/FD Drop Candidate: Ante Zizic

GPP Sleeper: Jordan Clarkson

Boston Celtics @ Washington Wizards

Vegas Total:

Vegas Spread:

Pace: Bos +1.8

Technically, Boston is still jockeying for playoff position, but it seems like they’re content with where they are, as they have ruled Kyrie Irving, Al Horford, Gordon Hayward, and Jayson Tatum all out tonight. There is going to be A TON of value to be had on this team, as they draw a great matchup. Keep an eye out for a starting lineup on the Breaking News Feed, but likely beneficiaries include Terry Rozier, Jaylen Brown, and then the full punts of Robert Williams, Daniel Theis, Brad Wanamaker, Semi Ojeleye, and Guerschon Yabusele. My favorites of these guys will be the ones who are starting, but they all make sense as some value tonight. On the Wizards side, Thomas Bryant has finally hit a price to where I’ll probably jump off, he’s still playable in GPP though. Troy Brown draws the best matchup, as the Celtics rank 27th in defense against opposing small forwards. Bradley Beal looks like he will get some rest to close out the season, so there’s no way I’ll be paying that price for him. Bobby Portis rounds this team out as a GPP play.

5-star play: Terry Rozier, Jaylen Brown, (The other 3 starters for the Celtics, whoever they end up being)

4-star play: Troy Brown, Bobby Portis

Deeper Value/FD Drop Candidate: All the Celtics  not named Terry Rozier or Jaylen Brown

GPP Sleeper: Bobby Portis

Memphis Grizzlies @ Detroit Pistons

Vegas Total:

Vegas Spread:

Pace: Mem +1.0

The Pistons need to win this game to keep up in the Eastern Conference, while the Grizzlies have nothing to play for. Starting with the Grizzlies, the guy I have some interest in is Tyler Zeller. He draws an incredibly tough matchup, but with this frontcourt pretty depleted he got 26 minutes last game. I don’t hate him as a min priced value. Ivan Rabb is priced right where he should be, in a tough matchup on an 11 game slate, I’ll likely go elsewhere. With Mike Conley out, Tyler Dorsey and Delon Wright jump into play, Wright has been playing unbelievable basketball and has scored over 60 fantasy points in his last two games. From the Pistons, both Blake Griffin and Andre Drummond are solid plays here, as there is nobody that will be able to stop them. Ish Smith and Luke Kennard make sense as value plays, but I would rather use the Boston guys.

5-star play: Delon Wright, Blake Griffin, Andre Drummond

4-star play: Tyler Zeller, Tyler Dorsey

Deeper Value/FD Drop Candidate: Tyler Zeller, Ish Smith, Luke Kennard

GPP Sleeper: None

Philadelphia 76ers @ Miami Heat

Vegas Total:

Vegas Spread:

Pace: Mia +3.6

The Sixers are locked into the three seed and Miami needs to win to hang on to there playoff hopes. I’m not really sure how to attack the Sixers, I would expect Ben Simmons, Jimmy Butler, and Tobias Harris to see reduced minutes, so I would leave them for GPPs only. Mike Scott could be a decent value play, but we’ve already discussed a handful of better values, so I don’t know that he is worth it. I likely won’t have much, if any, of the Sixers tonight. From the Heat, tonight will likely be Dwyane Wade’s final home game, as their playoff hopes are very low. I absolutely love him as a GPP play, remember Kobe’s final home game, where he went unowned and shot about 50 shots… yeah, narratives are real in these situations. However, his price is a bit too intrusive for cash games. In terms of cash games, I like James Johnson and Goran Dragic here. Johnson has seen at least 28 minutes in two straight games and should be able to push for that number again here. Dragic is getting minutes near 40 on a nightly basis, he’s certainly playable here. Josh Richardson and Bam Adebayo are secondary plays here.

5-star play: Dwyane Wade (GPP)

4-star play: James Johnson, Goran Dragic, Josh Richardson, Bam Adebayo

Deeper Value/FD Drop Candidate: None

GPP Sleeper: Dwyane Wade

New York Knicks @ Chicago Bulls

Vegas Total:

Vegas Spread:

Pace: Chi +0.9

Obviously, neither of these teams have nothing to play for, so we can ignore the incentive part of this game. Starting with the Knicks, Mario Hezonja has scored at least 48 Draftkings points in three straight games and looks like he’ll continue to see big minutes to round out the season. Luke Kornet’s minutes are all over the place, but when he gets them he produces nicely, I like him more for GPPs. Mitchell Robinson continues to produce and draws a great matchup here as the Bulls rank 27th in defense against opposing centers. The Bulls, on the other hand, are trotting out a G-League team and makes it tough to love anybody who really isn’t good at basketball. However, Shaq Harrison and Jakkar Sampson are in play. Sampson has scored at least 34 Draftkings points in all three of his games with the Bulls.

5-star play: Mario Hezonja, Mitchell Robinson

4-star play: Luke Kornet, Shaq Harrison, Jakkar Sampson

Deeper Value/FD Drop Candidate: None

GPP Sleeper: Luke Kornet

Toronto Raptors @ Minnesota Timberwolves

Vegas Total:

Vegas Spread:

Pace: Tor +0.5

Neither of these teams has anything to play for here either. Starting with the Raptors, Kawhi Leonard isn’t really on my radar just because I can see them lessening his workload tonight. The same can be said for the rest of the Raptors starters, but they can be played in GPP for sure. From the Timberwolves, Tyus Jones is my favorite play, as the Wolves will likely run him out for mid-30’s minutes. Karl-Anthony Towns will see around 30 minutes here as well but only scored 32 Draftkings points against the Raptors earlier this season. He’s still a great play, however. The last guy I like on the Wolves is Andrew Wiggins, as he will continue to see big minutes and look to score. Dario Saric can also be played in GPPs.

5-star play: Karl-Anthony Towns, Tyus Jones

4-star play: Kawhi Leonard, Andrew Wiggins, Dario Saric

Deeper Value/FD Drop Candidate: None

GPP Sleeper: Kawhi Leonard, Kyle Lowry, Pascal Siakam

Golden State Warriors @ New Orleans Pelicans

Vegas Total:

Vegas Spread:

Pace: GS +2.4

Neither of these teams has anything to play for, as the Warriors have already clinched the one seed in the Western Conference. Starting with the Warriors, DeMarcus Cousins is still far too cheap here, and the Research Station has him projected to 6.3x his Draftkings price tag. Kevin Durant hasn’t had a 40 point fantasy game in five games, he can be avoided given the circumstances. Steph Curry is a fine GPP play, but I prefer targeting stars in games that matter. As always, Draymond Green and Klay Thompson are cheaper ways to get exposure to this team. From the Pelicans, Jahlil Okafor is coming off of a massive 50 point fantasy game and is in play here tonight, especially if Julius Randle ends up sitting. Ian Clark continues to play very well and is coming off a 50 point game as well, his price is very nice here. Kenrich Williams and Elfrid Payton are both GPP plays.

5-star play: DeMarcus Cousins, Ian Clark, Jahlil Okafor

4-star play: Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green, Kenrich Williams, Elfrid Payton

Deeper Value/FD Drop Candidate: None

GPP Sleeper: Steph Curry, Kenrich Williams, Elfrid Payton

Phoenix Suns @ Dallas Mavericks

Vegas Total:

Vegas Spread:

Pace: Dal +1.6

Starting with the Suns, Josh Jackson is my favorite play here, as he provides a nice floor and decently sized upside. He’s gone over 50 fantasy points in two of his last four games. Mikal Bridges draws the best matchup here, as the Mavericks rank 25th in defense against opposing small forwards. Bridges is going to play a ton of minutes, he’s gone over 40 minutes in three of his last four games. I also like Jamal Crawford quite a bit, as he has gone over 40 fantasy points in two straight games. Troy Daniels and Elie Okobo are secondary value plays here. From the Mavericks, Luka Doncic is an elite play if he is active, which he is expected to be. Justin Jackson has been playing well and is a mid-range secondary play if you fall on him, I don’t hate it.

5-star play: Josh Jackson, Luka Doncic

4-star play: Mikal Bridges, Troy Daniels, Justin Jackson

Deeper Value/FD Drop Candidate: Troy Daniels, Elie Okobo

GPP Sleeper: None

Denver Nuggets @ Utah Jazz

Vegas Total:

Vegas Spread:

Pace: Den +2.3

Keep an eye on the Breaking News Feed for news on the Nuggets starters, Jokic, Murray, and Millsap all sat last game. If they sit again, we can go back to Trey Lyles, Mason Plumlee, Monte Morris, and Will Barton. I like Barton regardless here, only for GPPs though, he has plenty of upside and this is the cheapest we’ve seen him in awhile. If Jokic plays, he’s averaged 52 Draftkings points per game in three games against the Jazz this season, putting him in play here. Murray and Millsap would be secondary plays. From the Jazz, Ricky Rubio and Raul Neto will be out tonight. With Rubio off the court this season, we’ve seen Donovan Mitchell handle the point guard duties. He sees a usage rate of 33% and averages 1.23 fantasy points per minute. He’s certainly in play here. We’ve seen Royce O’Neale have some big games with these guys out this season, he’s a solid value play. Rudy Gobert also sees 1.23 fantasy points per minute, I like him a bit more if Jokic is out, however. Derrick Favors and Joe Ingles are also secondary cash game plays.

5-star play: Rudy Gobert, Donovan Mitchell, (Depending on Nuggets News)

4-star play: Derrick Favors, Joe Ingles, Royce O’Neale

Deeper Value/FD Drop Candidate: Royce O’Neale

GPP Sleeper: Will Barton

Houston Rockets @ Oklahoma City Thunder

Vegas Total:

Vegas Spread:

Pace: Hou +4.9

These two teams are jockeying in their respective playoff seeds, so I would think there would be an incentive to win tonight. Starting with the Rockets, James Harden is averaging 51.7 Draftkings points per game in three games against the Thunder this season, he’s hard to talk someone off of here. I like Chris Paul quite a bit here, he is averaging 39.5 Draftkings points per game against the Thunder this season. He also draws the best matchup, as the Thunder rank 26th in defense against opposing point guards. Eric Gordon is also a great mid-range play. Clint Capela has performed well in this matchup as well this season, I like him as a secondary play. From the Thunder, Russell Westbrook is probably my favorite spend up option on tonight’s slate, he’s scored at least 53 Draftkings points in six straight games. Paul George is also an elite play, but I would find the money for Westbrook. Steven Adams is a secondary play, and I really wouldn’t go much deeper on this team.

5-star play: James Harden, Chris Paul, Russell Westbrook, Paul George

4-star play: Eric Gordon, Clint Capela, Steven Adams

Deeper Value/FD Drop Candidate: None

GPP Sleeper: None

Portland Trail Blazers @ Los Angeles Lakers

Vegas Total:

Vegas Spread:

Pace: Por +3.9

Starting with Portland, Damian Lillard is my favorite play here. CJ McCollum has returned from injury, but the Lakers rank 21st in defense against opposing point guards. Enes Kanter draws the best matchup, as the Lakers rank 24th in defense against opposing centers and has been getting more playing time recently. Finally, Al-Farouq Aminu and Maurice Harkless are secondary plays, as they both provide some upside. From the Lakers, Jemerrio Jones is one of the best value plays on the slate, coming off of a 38 point fantasy game against the Jazz. He’s going to get a ton of run, and there is very little risk here. Mike Muscala is right up there with Jemerrio, he’s going to get big minutes at a very cheap price, they both give the Celtics value a run for their money. I don’t know how to explain to Alex Caruso, other than he’s awesome. He’s proven he can play and is a good play tonight as well. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope has scored at least 45 Draftkings points in two straight games and will look to stay hot here. Finally, JaVale McGee is a secondary play and a very nice GPP play.

5-star play: Damian Lillard, Jemerrio Jones, Mike Muscala, Alex Caruso

4-star play: Al-Farouq Aminu, Maurice Harkless, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, JaVale McGee

Deeper Value/FD Drop Candidate: Jemerrio Jones, Mike Muscala

GPP Sleeper: Al-Farouq Aminu, Maurice Harkless, JaVale McGee, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope
