The FA Cup break is over and we are back to some EPL action on Saturday on a slate that starts King of the Pitch qualifying! We only have two of the Big 6 teams playing and one of them, Chelsea, will feature in the hammer match…let’s get to it. The Slide Tackle is for usually for VIPs only and includes four players I’m targeting heading into that crucial period before lineups are released. Make sure you’re around in VIP Chat when that happens (about an hour before kick-off) as that’s when there is the biggest edge and when TreyJ will drop our full list of plays.

James Maddison (Leicester)
DraftKings: $8.1k M | FanDuel: $8.5k M
An especially strong DraftKings play, Maddison is the set piece taker and play-making option for Leicester, the third highest favorite on the slate as the Foxes are -105 against Southampton. I think Leicester should be a higher favorite considering all the injury concerns and sickness that faces Southampton in front of this clash. Give me Maddison as a high floor play on DraftKings on a slate that doesn’t lineup to have many goals on paper.
Eden Hazard (Chelsea)
DraftKings: $11.2 M/F | FanDuel: 11.5k M
The only moderate surprise anyone could have on this pick is that I’m putting Hazard ahead of Salah in terms of pure points per dollar even with the former being more expensive. Chelsea is at home, Liverpool is on the road, and Chelsea’s goal scoring is much more condensed then Liverpool. Hazard also has a higher floor in my opinion and on slate that only offers two big pay-up options, Hazard is my preferred play.
Dwight McNeil (Burnley)
DraftKings: $5.8 F | FanDuel: –
Gundmundsson has been terrible, Brady is on suspension, and McNeil has been hot – you pair those things with a home matchup against Fulham and McNeil becomes incredible hard for me to ignore. The only drawback is that he’s only forward eligible on DraftKings and on FanDuel he’s inexplicable not even in the player pool. For DK, he racks up peripherals and has a goal and an assist over his last two games. He’s an interesting pay-down option in cash and honestly could go under-owned in GPPs with everyone flocking to Salah/Hazard.
Jamaal Lascelles (Newcastle)
DraftKings: $2.7k D| FanDuel: 5.5k D
Okay so becasue McNeil wasn’t even in the FanDuel player pool, I’ll give you a FanDuel only play here in Lascelles. Targeting center backs on road underdogs is one of my favorite strategies on FanDuel and the casual players still haven’t caught on. The scoring system favors them and Lascelles is priced $1.0k less than fellow center back Schar. With Chelsea poised to dominate, Lascelles should get plenty of blocks, clearances, interceptions, and tackles. Fire him up.
