Welcome Back to Part the Cloud!
With only three weeks left in the regular season, we storm into Week 16. Over the past few weeks, we’ve seen a shift toward more concentrated big performances. While there have still been isolated receivers breaking the century mark, we’ve also enjoyed full-on shootouts—games where wideouts on both sides erupt for massive days.
There’s one obvious spot this week where many will expect fireworks. Instead of overanalyzing that game, my goal is to provide salary-saving options that can help you build unique, high-upside lineups.
🎥 The Film Room
Before diving into this week’s gems, let’s quickly review how our picks from the past couple of weeks performed:
Brian Thomas Jr.
- DraftKings: 3x
- FanDuel: 2.5x
He found the end zone early and remained involved throughout the game, ultimately tying Meyers for the team lead in targets. A great spot, and he delivered exactly as hoped.
Deebo Samuel
- DraftKings: 1.4x
- FanDuel: 0.9x
Samuel led the team with five targets but managed just 43 yards. The volume was there, but the efficiency wasn’t.
A.J. Brown
- DraftKings: 1.8x
- FanDuel: 1.4x
I expected more than two targets, but he salvaged the day with a touchdown as the Eagles cruised to a comfortable win.
11 Personnel
Three–wide receiver sets are the most common formation in football, so it’s only fitting we follow suit.
🟣 Jalen Nailor
Salary
- DK: $3,500 (Projected Ownership: 1.25%)
- FD: $5,100 (Projected Ownership: 1.23%)
J.J. McCarthy continues to show signs of improvement, and while many are waiting for Justin Jefferson’s breakout, I’m far more intrigued by Jalen Nailor this week.
All season long, we’ve targeted slot receivers against the Giants—and for good reason. Andru Phillips has allowed a catch rate north of 70% and has already surrendered three touchdowns. New York leans heavily on Cover 1, Cover 3, and Cover 4, all of which have been exploitable.
Nailor has thrived against single-high looks over the past three games. According to Fantasy Points Data:
- 3.92 YPRR vs. Man Coverage
- 2.48 YPRR vs. Single-High
This is a matchup tailor-made for his skill set.
🔵 Jalen Coker
Salary
- DK: $4,400 (Projected Ownership: 4.44%)
- FD: $5,900 (Projected Ownership: 2.4%)
The return of Jalen Coker has given Bryce Young a reliable weapon in the passing game. Over his last four contests, Coker has dropped just three passes on 18 targets and has recently emerged as the most targeted receiver on the team.
Tampa Bay has quietly become a defense to attack through the air, and Coker draws a favorable matchup against Jacob Parrish, who is allowing nearly an 85% catch rate. The Bucs have struggled across coverages over the past month, and that versatility works in Coker’s favor—he’s been productive regardless of the scheme.
Target counts in his last four games: 4, 4, 6, and 4. If he sees even a modest bump in volume, he has legitimate smash potential.
🔴 Tre Harris
Salary
- DK: $3,300 (Projected Ownership: 3.67%)
- FD: $5,400 (Projected Ownership: 0.82%)
This play hinges on the status of Quentin Johnston, who enters the week questionable after three limited practices. With this game kicking off at 1:00 PM, we’ll have clarity before lock.
If Johnston sits, Tre Harris becomes extremely interesting. With defenses focused on Keenan Allen and Ladd McConkey, Harris has quietly shown why he was drafted 55th overall. He’s likely to see snaps against Shavon Revel, who currently ranks 112th out of 112 qualified cornerbacks in PFF grading.
Dallas leans heavily on single-high coverage shells—precisely where Harris does his best work. Allen excels against zone, McConkey’s usage has been inconsistent, and that leaves Harris matched up against the lowest-graded corner in football.
Oddsmakers are leaning toward the Chargers exceeding their team total, and if Harris earns a starter-level route share, he could play a significant role in making that happen.
🧠 In Summary
These are my three favorite low-owned wide receiver plays for Week 16. If you have any questions about the process or want to discuss other players, you can find me in the channels as TreyJ989—feel free to tag me.

Let’s make some bold moves this week. 🚀
