Jared Goff (DET) @ Carolina Panthers

The overall QB 15, 4, 4, 17 over his last four weeks and he gets a tough Panthers defense on the road. Goff is averaging 257 passing yards per contest and has his highest touchdown percentage since 2018.
Goff has fantasy goodness within him, even in bad matchup. Compared to other NFL quarterbacks he has the eighth most red zone pass attempts (70), sixth best adjusted yards per-attempt (7.5), sixth in QBR and his receivers get 3.92 yards after the catch on average, ninth highest.
It is hard to find a floor/ceiling combination for streamers. Goff has both compared to the other names in this group.
Daniel Jones (NYG) @ Minnesota Vikings

After five consecutive weeks of 14-or-more fantasy points, Daniel Jones floundered in Week 15 against Washington. The putrid defense of Minnesota should allow Jones to succeed for fantasy in Week 16.
In the last five Vikings’ games, they have allowed 20.4-FPPG to opposing quarterbacks (25th worst). Within that same time, they have given up six fantasy points above expectation and that is the second highest clip in the NFL.
Jones is a mobile quarterback who can run the football as well. This always helps us in fantasy because rushing quarterbacks generally have a better floor and ceiling.
Brock Purdy (SF) vs Washington Commanders

Just like Jimmy G was a staple in the streaming articles for 2022, it seems Brock Purdy finds himself in Garappolo’s place.
In three games played, Purdy has finished as the overall QB 18, 8 and 14. He has thrown six touchdowns to one interception, making him efficient. This is partly because the 49ers’ offense, and Purdy himself, succeed at running play-action. Purdy has a 86.4-completion percentage on play-action pass attempts.
Washington has been stout against opposing quarterbacks and over the last five weeks they are the third toughest defense against the position. The path to Purdy prevailing is there, however. San Francisco’s defense can easily play a great game and that would lift Purdy up as well. In addition, the quality of weapons that surround Purdy inflates his fantasy outlook.
