Waiver Wire Adds Drops for Week 13 NFL Season Long Fantasy Football | DFS Army

Every week we will be breaking down the top waiver wire adds for your season long fantasy football leagues. This article will highlight some of the key players to target in week 13 and the recommended Free Agent Auction Budget (FAAB) you should spend. Check out the video to get a more detailed breakdown and a deeper list of players.

Wide Receiver Waiver Wire Targets

Elijah Moore, New York Jets 6-10% FAAB

Elijah Moore finally showed life with Mike White at quarterback, and we give you permission to be excited. Moore was expected by many in the Fantasy Football industry to be a breakout candidate in 2022. In his rookie season Moore finished as the wide receiver 28 in points per game. He caught 43 of his 77 targets and scored five touchdowns through the air in addition to one on the ground. This was all done with backup quarterbacks. Under the leadership of Zach Wilson, Moore was barely relevant. Mike White brings a new spark to the offense and should raise Moore back into fantasy productivity. Moore should be a wide receiver three with massive upside for the reason of the season.

Zay Jones, Jacksonville Jaguars  4-5% FAAB

Zay Jones is quietly putting together a productive season. Jones has secured the trust of Trevor Lawrence and he is getting the targets to secure a solid floor for a wide receiver three. He has received an impressive 24 targets over the last two weeks and has finished as the WR4 twice this season already. The downside of Jones is he has only caught a single touchdown on the season. Touchdowns are hard to predict and we always recommend following the targets in fantasy football. Zay Jones is a player that should be rostered in all 12 team leagues as we enter playoff season.

Running Back Waiver Wire Targets

Zonovan Knight, New York Jets 5-7% FAAB

Zonovan “Bam” Knight made his season debut for the Jets in the place of James Robinson. Due to the early injury of Michael Carter, Knight saw more carries than I’m sure the Jets expected. He produced a respectable 4.93 yards/ carry and also caught all three of his targets. With Michael Carter battling the low-ankle sprain, Knight could find himself in the lead role as the Jets starting running back. While he does not possess elite athleticism, Knight has an 89th percentile agility score and caught at least 20 receptions in his last two years in college. Knight has short-term value that could grow if he continues to produce when called upon.
