Houston Astros @ Boston Red Sox (-125)
Pitchers:
Astros – Zack Greinke
Red Sox – Nick Pivetta
Rundown:
This game has opened with a total of 10. The Astros need Greinke to step in and get out while keeping the Red Sox bats off balance. I would think that Javier would follow Greinke to form a tandem start with the goal being 6 innings total. Pivetta has looked really strong but that has been in more of a swing-man role. I could see him starting out strong in this and then fading the 2nd time through the order so it will be interesting to see what Cora does with his bullpen. The Astros need this game so I would expect guys like Correa and Altuve to step up.

Rundown:
This game has opened with a total of 7.5. We should see the opposite of the HOU-BOS game in this one as both SPs should be rested and ready to pitch 6+ innings. The Dodgers need the elite Buehler on the mound as they can’t go down 3-0 in this series. The good news for the Dodgers is that they have won 12 of the last 13 against ATL in LA. This feels like a spot for a guy like Mookie Betts to wake up and put together a multi-hit game with an SB or two.
