Another week is in the books and now we start this puzzle all over again for week 13. We are over halfway finished with the NFL season and there is a ton of money to be won in Daily Fantasy Football every single week and we have solid data to work off at this point in the year. Somebody can win a million dollars each week on DraftKings and FanDuel and there are tons of other contests that can fit your personal DFS goals. However, if a player is a good play on one site, it doesn’t necessarily mean they are a good play on the other site. Salaries are everything in DFS and in this article I am going to point out the best deals on each week on each site and help you clip some coupons if you are looking to bargain shop around the DFS industry. Here are some of the best deals this week at each offensive position:

 

 

 

Quarterbacks

 

Kirk Cousins on FanDuel $7,300. The Vikings are big favorites this week at home in the 2^nd highest total (52) game on the main slate. Cousins is quietly having a solid season having 6 games with more than 20 FD points. He is facing the 30^th ranked opposing defense against QBs. He is also coming off his highest pass attempt game with 45 and now he is getting Adam Thielen back. Cook was also banged up last weekend and has a Q tag this week. Plus, we are getting a discount on Cousins on FanDuel. That is all adding up to me liking some Kirk Cousins on FanDuel this week. DraftKings has Cousins priced up as the 6^th highest QB on the main slate this week and on FanDuel he is tied for 11^th. We have easy stack options with Thielen and/or Justin Jefferson and depending on the injuries for the Jaguars we could have a cheap run back option that could get a lot of looks. This might be a coupon I look to clip in GPPs, especially if Cook ends up sitting.

 

 

Matt Ryan on DraftKings $5,600. Ryan had his worst game of the year against this Saints team two weeks ago where he only scored 7.28 DK points. This is a tough matchup and if Julio is out again then I will like Ryan less. However, we are getting him at a discount compared to FanDuel and he is the cheapest he has been on DraftKings since 2018. The Saints are a great defense but they have allowed 18 or more DK points to opposing QBs in 7 games this season so they are not untouchable, and the tough matchup will also drive people away from Matt Ryan. FanDuel has Ryan priced as the 9^th highest QB on the main slate but we are getting a coupon over on DraftKings with him priced as the 15^th highest QB. Ryan is averaging 19 DK points on the season and if Julio is active this week then this price might be too cheap for me to pass on.

 

 

 

 

Running Backs

 

Austin Ekeler on FanDuel $7,000. This coupon does make sense because DraftKings is full-point PPR and Ekeler had SIXTEEN targets last week. However, I like him in this offense and even with 0.5-point PPR, I think Ekeler is a great play. He had 14 carries last week and only ran for 44 yards, but in the first 3 weeks when he was healthy, he averaged over 78 rushing yards per game. I like Ekeler on both sites but DraftKings has him priced as the 7^th highest RB on the slate and on FanDuel we are getting a slight discount with him priced as the 11^th highest. We currently have Ekeler tied with Dalvin Cook for the 4^th highest Fpts/$ on the slate over on our Domination Station Optimizer and he is one of my favorite options this week, especially if Kalen Ballage sits again.

 

 

Chris Carson on DraftKings $6,300. When healthy, Carson is a guy who can get 20+ touches and he is a beast near the endzone. The Seahawks are 10-point home favorites this week and that leads to a good game script for Carson here. Carson has scored 19 or more DK points in more than half of his games this season and he might go a bit overlooked in this matchup. I like Carson on both sites but we are getting a discount on him over on DraftKings where he is priced as the 12^th highest RB on the slate compared to FanDuel where is all the way up at #5. Carson might be my favorite option on the team this week where I would think most people look to Tyler Lockett or DK Metcalf.

 

 

 

 

Wide Receivers

 

Jarvis Landry on FanDuel $6,000. Landry smashed last week scoring 24.3 FD points. He had 11 targets and caught 8 of them for 143 yards and 1 TD. He also saw 3 Red Zone targets which is always nice for a guy who usually relies on volume. With OBJ gone, Landry is the guy in the receiving game on this team and they are going against the 25^th ranked opposing defense against WRs in the Titans. This game has the highest game total on the slate at 53.5 and it should be a heavily stacked game. The RBs will be the focus on both sides but Landry is probably my favorite WR option in the game. We currently have him projected as the 4^th highest Fpts/$ play at WR on FanDuel over on our Domination Station Optimizer and we are getting a discount on him as well. DraftKings has Landry priced as the 14^th highest WR on the slate. On FanDuel, we are getting him priced right under the Titans #2 WR option in Corey Davis as the 23^rd highest WR. That is a coupon I plan on clipping this week, especially in my game stacks.

 

 

Cincinnati WRs on DraftKings. It’s hard to like any of these guys with no Burrow behind center, but they are all priced way down on DraftKings so if we do like any of them, we are getting discounts on all 3 on DK. Auden Tate has also been ruled out so we don’t have to worry about him eating into their workloads. On FanDuel, Boyd is 15^th, Higgins is 18^th, and Green is tied at 48^th highest on the WR salaries. On DraftKings, they have Boyd at 32 and Higgins at 33, then AJ is all the way down at $100 more than min price as one of the cheapest WRs on the slate. Not only are we getting discounts on all these guys, but none of them will be owned either because they don’t have a QB that people trust. I would not go here in cash games, but these salaries do put them in my GPP player pool as low owned punt plays.

 

 

 

Tight Ends

 

Will Dissly on FanDuel $4,500. Greg Olsen is out so Dissly and Jacob Hollister are the guys now at TE. Last week in the first game without Olsen, Dissly was on the field for 72% of snaps compared to Hollister’s 55%. Hollister did see more targets though, so I doubt anybody looks at Dissly this week at $4,500 on FanDuel. DraftKings has Dissly priced as the 17^th highest WR on the slate and $300 more than Hollister. FanDuel has him priced all the way down at 32 which is behind Hollister by $400. Waller is the only real “stud” TE on the slate this week so I don’t hate paying down at the position this week and this Dissly coupon has me interested in clicking his name and at his price all we need is for him to fall in the endzone.

 

 

Dallas Goedert on DraftKings $4,300. Zach Ertz has a chance to return this week and that could open Goedert up by taking attention away from him. Goedert is coming off back-to-back 75+ yard games with a TD in both games and in week 1 when this team was almost fully healthy, he had a huge 27.1 DK point day. He is one of the better TEs in the league and not many guys at that position have that 27-point ceiling. There is no Kelce on this slate so Goedert is averaging the 3^rd most points per game at the position and he is only 1.6 fppg behind Darren Waller. He is the 2^nd highest priced TE on the FanDuel main slate this week but on DraftKings, we are getting him as the 5^th highest active TE on the slate. I can see me clicking that coupon this week and he is one of my top TE options on DraftKings.
