(FREE) Clipping Coupons DFS NFL Week 3 Salary Savers on FanDuel and DraftKings

Clipping Coupons for NFL Week 3

Another week is in the books and now we have more stats to work off for week 3. This is the best time of the year for me and there is a ton of money to be won in Daily Fantasy Football every single week. Somebody can win a million dollars each week on DraftKings and FanDuel and there are tons of other contests that can fit your personal DFS goals. However, if a player is a good play on one site, it doesn’t necessarily mean they are a good play on the other site. Salaries are everything in DFS and in this article I am going to point out the best deals on each week on each site and help you clip some coupons if you are looking to bargain shop around the DFS industry. Here are some of the best deals this week at each offensive position:

Quarterbacks

Cam Newton on FanDuel $7,700. Cam has looked pretty great this year so far and he even threw 44 times last week. He is also the best RB on the team right now and he has 26 rushes for 122 yards and 4 TDs in the first two games. This weekend they play against the Raiders who have allowed 54 points in the first two games. Right now, DFS ARMY has Cam ranked 5th on the slate in Fpts/$ and 4th in our DFS ARMY Grades for QBs. I like Cam a lot this week and he is one of the few QBs you can run out naked because of his rushing floor and ceiling. He is a solid play on both sites but DraftKings has Cam priced as the 5th highest QB and FanDuel has the 7th so we are getting a slight discount over there at $1k less than Russell Wilson where he is only $600 less than him on DK.

Mitch Trubisky on DraftKings $5,700. ATL has allowed 78 points in the first two weeks of the season. They look like they are going to be in a shootout every week and even though this is an easier matchup for them, the Bears can still put up points and I think Trubisky is one of the better DraftKings. He has 5 TDs on the season, and this could be his best game yet. He also has the ability to run which I like and that makes him playable in cash for me as well. I am going to be more likely to use him on DraftKings though where he is priced with 16 people the same or above him compared to FanDuel where only 8 guys have a higher salary than him this week. Our Domination Station Optimizer has Trubisky as the 4th highest Fpts/$ on the DraftKings slate at QB.

Running Backs

Jonathan Taylor on FanDuel $6,700. This one will likely be a core play for me this week and it’s the second week in a row FD has given us a nice discount on Taylor. There is no Mack the rest of the season and Taylor is going to be the workhorse. The colts are 10.5-point favorites against the Jets, and they have the 3rd highest team total on the slate. Taylor had 19 carries in just the first half last week so that shows how much the Colts want to run him behind one of the best O lines in the league. The DFS ARMY Domination Station has Taylor as the 4th highest Fpts/$ play on FanDuel this week and he is the 12th highest priced RB on the slate compared to will probably be where he is all the way up at 5th on DraftKings.

David Johnson on DraftKings $5,400. Johnson is coming off a bad week against the Ravens where he only scored 7 DK points on 11 carries and 2 receptions. He has another tough matchup this week against the Steelers but he is priced down to $5.4k now which has 18 other RBs priced above him and is the full-point PPR site where you would think they look to get him more involved in the passing game, especially if Duke Johnson sits again. On FanDuel, they have Johnson priced as the 11th highest RB on the slate, and talent-wise, I think that is closer to where he should be each week. I don’t think this is a great play against the Steelers, but I am much more likely to clip that coupon and use him on DraftKings instead of paying up on FanDuel.

Wide Receivers

AJ Green on FanDuel $5,900. Green could be a sneaky play this week, but I prefer him on FanDuel if I am going to use him personally. FD has Green priced as the 29th highest WR on the slate where DK only has 19 guys priced above him. He isn’t a guy I want to invest heavily in so I would just clip that coupon and get my exposure on FanDuel this week. Green had 13 targets last week so he is getting the looks, but he only pulled in 3 of them so I don’t think he gets the ownership. He is also leading the league in Air Yards the first two weeks of the season so he could be due to catch one of these long ones for a big score. I still think he is a top talent so I will be getting some exposure to AJ this week but it will be on the FD side where we don’t need the full-point PPR for a guy like him if he is going for all these deep routes that could pay off his salary in one TD.

Kenny Golladay on DraftKings $6,200. Golladay is expected to make his season debut this week and he is the best player on the team and should make this entire offense better adding in his talent. FanDuel has Golladay priced as the 6th highest WR on the slate this week which goes to show how good he is expected to be this season. DraftKings has Golladay priced all the way down as the 16th highest priced WR and to me that is too good to pass on. I need some exposure to Golladay this week but I am always worried about WRs coming off hamstring injuries so I will limit my exposure to DK only. This game has the 2nd highest game total on the slate and the Lions should be playing from behind which on paper, should lead to more Golladay looks.

Tight Ends

Dallas Goedert on FanDuel $5,200. TE is usually pretty even across both sites so I went with some two guys who have a slight discount that I am interested in making my player pool for both sites. Goedert is a top TE this year with this 2 TE set and the Eagles TE’s are used more than any of their WRs so it makes them have solid floors week in and week out. Goedert has 17 targets through the first 2 weeks and he has put up a 34.1 total DK points on 12 catches through those games. On DraftKings, Goedert is the 9th highest priced TE where FanDuel has 13 other TE’s priced the same or above him, so we are getting a nice little discount on him over there.

Hunter Henry on DraftKings $4,800. Henry is the 5th highest priced TE on the FanDuel slate this week but on DraftKings we are getting him priced down as the 10th highest TE. He has had 8 targets in both games so far and he has averaged 78 yards in those two games. If he gets in the endzone he could score 20+ so I think he is a decent play on both sites this weekend, I just prefer clipping that coupon and getting more exposure to him on DraftKings.
